1 starWe have twice driven hundreds of miles to pick up a motorhome there for repairs, after being assured of their quality check, etc. The first time, when we walked out to drive our luxury RV home, it had a flat time. Note this is sitting within eyesight of the service department. They didn't have the tire in stock, so we had to drive another hundred miles plus back home without the MH. Then we had to wait a couple of weeks, because something got damaged removing the tire, etc. Finally, all ready (again). We drove another hundred of miles (each way), checked in, walked out to MH and discovered every battery, chassis and house, we completely dead. The ignition was on "ACC". No one bothered plugging it in to shore power as I requested, no one bothered to hit the battery disconnect switch or isolate the chassis batteries, turn off the inverter, etc. This is pretty much motorhome 101. If it's not connected to power, then it needs to be completely shut down. Adding insult to injury, the service person who went back out to check said the battery went dead because of cold weather - in Tampa - and they could just jump start it and we'd be on our way. No one seems available to speak with me. All I get is voice mails.Review fromPaula C

1 starAbsolute nightmare to work with this store. Cash purchase on a 6 figure unit, and they treat your time like it has zero value. I made it very clear to the name/state to be issued for title work. It showed up in the mail as an AZ title, and wrong name on it. Now I can't even get in reach with anyone and nobody has attempted to make contact. I would highly recommend avoiding.Review fromWilliam A

1 starThis dealership will tell you that it is a "Tennessee State Law" that requires them to charge their customers a $1299 Dealer Prep and Document Fee. I will share my experience and you can decide for yourself if you want to do business with Lazy Days. I was looking for a used particular model of camper and one was located with Lazy Days in Murphreesboro. I called and we discussed price. We came to to a price I was willing to spend. Then the price was increased $1299 for Dealer Prep and Document Fees. I was paying cash and am a resident of Texas where the camper was going to be located and titled. I asked why that charge was added on. The sales person tried to get around answering my questions and finally said that there was not anything the dealership could do. It was required by Tennesse law. His exact words were that if I was buying a $1500 camper or million dollar motor home the state of Tennesse required them to charge $1299. Well it was a deal breaker. I found the exact model at a Lazy Days in Denver and I received the same "Colorado State Law Requires....". I am an attorney who practiced in Texas. I had never heard of any state requiring a fee of this nature. They may regulate such a fee, but not require it. So I started researching Tennessee law and there is nothing codified requiring a set fee. In fact a dealer can charge any fee that they want in Tennessee and since the law changed in 2023 the dealer does not have to disclose this in the advertising but must disclose it in the contract. So there is no "State Requirement" for this fee. I do not do busy with entities that have a policy to lie about state law to their customers. You can be your own judge.Review fromchriss a

1 starLazydays RV Tampa - I would not buy a go-cart from these people. From the time we attempted to take delivery of our brand new Thor Tellaro Class B unit, through our 1st attempt to get warranty items fixed (10 weeks wait), to trying to use them to sell the unit, every step of the way was painful. Both *************** and Lazydays RV were not helpful at all in trying to service this unit,One of the biggest issues was that this unit had a Dodger chassis with a Thor RV. The air-conditioning in the Dodge chassis broke (approx. **** miles on unit) . This started the battle of whos issue was this (warranty) . Took to Dodge dealer and they refused to fix told was a Thor problem. Called Thor they said it was Dodge issue. Took to Lazydays - 2 weeks to tell me it was a Dodge problem. Finally found a Dodge dealer that said it was a Thor problem but agreed to fix under Dodge warranty. As said stay away from both **** and Lazydays RV-Tampa.Review fromWENDY B

1 starMy 2022 24X sat at the Lazydays dealership for a month waiting for warranty work & oil change, I got a call after it had been there for a month & over the long Labor-day weekend of 2022 I finally got a call from my service adviser “Chris P*******” he said I needed to come over & pick up my RV because it had been broken into, I fully expected to see a broken window along with anything else. When I got there they said that my RV had been left locked and other rigs on the property were not locked & all the RV’S that were unlocked were burgled they stole all they could, TV, specialized shore power cord & Radar detector & all kinds of other stuff. Chris informed me that there is NO SECURITY, NO CAMERAS, only a few lights near the building and Fence around the property, the fence near where my RV was stored was only about 5” high, i’m a 66 year old woman & I could scale that short fence in about a minute. The only thing that LD actually accomplished in that month was a $300 oil change, I asked Chris to call the manager over so that I could discuss the situation because under the circumstances I didn't feel they should have charged me for the oil change. Chris informed me that if I insisted on talking to the manager they would BLACKBALL me & thats exactly what they did. They happen to be the only place in Tucson to do warranty work so now I have to take the rig to Chandler, AZ 1 1/2 hours away from Tucson for all warranty work & there is a lot of that needed on this model. I am a single woman & this is extremely difficult as I need a rely on someone else to take time out of their life to give me a ride. > LAZY DAYS OF TUCSON has the worst customer service I have ever encountered, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED & YOU “WILL” REGRET IT. I paid over $200,000 for this vehicle and the support I have gotten from LAZY DAYS has been SHOCKING. ABSOLUTELY & UNEQUIVOCALLY DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ???? NO ?? IS WHAT THEY DESERVE. 1 starI have to convey this experience we had with a Grand Design dealer so others will not have a similar one. I gave Lazy Days RV of Milwaukee, in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, a last look at a couple of the other offers we had on a new Imagine 2970RL. I conveyed to them exactly what the deal was, and they said it was a go, they would match it. I clearly laid out with the salesman, Tyler, everything about the deal. We scheduled a time for us to come and do the paperwork. We went and got our trade out of inside storage, spent a few hours emptying it and lugging the stuff inside. Then, we took off of work a half day and were ready to head up about 50 minutes away. The Business Manager called me about an hour before our meeting and said they had good news, We were approved at a certain rate and my payment would be 20% more per month than the deal we agreed to. He said that the deal they agreed to was with $2,000 down. I have a trade in with huge equity in it. I NEVER AGREED TO, NOR DISCUSSED, PUTTING $2,000 DOWN! What SHYSTERS! Our credit is over 800 and they are trying to charge an enormous rate so they can make money off of it. That will be the last time I give a dealer the final look and, certainly, the last time I frequent Lazy Days RV. How to ruin what should have been an exciting day. I have two other dealers that have already agreed to this deal. My biggest issue is that they wasted our time and tried to cheat us.Review fromMykina G

1 starIf I could leave negative stars, I would. My husband and I found the perfect 5th wheel at Lazydays Las Vegas. He works in California for the time being while I’m home in another state, so there was lots of driving and logistics involved to get our old trailer from California to vegas, then get the new one from vegas to our home state and back to Cali again. The salesman made everything seem very easy. He made us aware of “minor” damage that happened in transport from the manufacturer to lazydays. Promised it would be fixed and look like nothing was ever wrong. I agreed to that. Lazydays was aware 2 weeks before pickup that we were for sure purchasing the unit, and they had the approximate date of pickup set. We had payment and financing arranged. Pickup day finally arrived, and upon the walk thru, my husband noticed that not only had the issues not been fixed, but that there was a crack in the BODY of the unit (this is a $160,000 fifth wheel btw) that these ******** tried to pass off as a crack in the paint that could be fixed. We told them to forget the deal and we’d take our business elsewhere. I don’t think anyone actually looked at the trailer before our walk thru. We spent over $1000 in fuel and 45 hours of driving to get this camper at this time, and all of that could have been avoided if they had out even a LITTLE effort to ensure that the product was good quality and ready to go home. Absolutely unbelievably horrible customer service. When I called and confronted the salesman, all he had were excuses. P*** poor excuse for a dealership. Integrity and responsibility are foreign concepts to these crooks. They’ll talk sweet to you but don’t fall for the ********. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.Review fromSusi D

1 starI would give no star if i could. Long story short, we came from another state, had our brother look at the used RV for us and when we came to pick it up they had swapped it out for another year but the same type. He had looked at the RV on the lot and they sold that one and pulled the one that was sitting in an overflow lot out and showed it to us. It was terrible. The mattress was covered in urine staines and the whole thing was absolutely filthy. They changed out the mattress, cleaned the old nasty carpet and supposedly cleaned the inside. The RV was put on the campsite while we finished our move from out of state and when we finally arrived….it was still nasty. They swore up and down that it was the same RV they had shown our brother. They lied! Even some staff members told us they had wondered why they suddenly pulled the old RV from the overflow lot. Our brother was shocked. He told us that was not the RV they showed him. We had.nothing but problems with the RV. The insurance they sold us is useless. We have electrical problems, Black Water tank was full of concrete hard toilet tissue all the way to the top. Our RV tech said it had never been properly cleaned. Our furnace was broken. They came and tried to fix it but it still didn’t work right so we had to replace it ourself. The black water tank valve didn’t close the tank properly, we had to fix that. The outside lights didn’t work…the list goes on. They have sold us a complete lemon and did the old switch trick on us. They are total swindlers. Do not trust them!!! Worst experience ever. My husband is a Veteran and has spend almost 20 years in the Middle East, I am disabled. I am beyond disgusted and furious. Still debating on a lawsuit.Review fromCarly S

1 starHad to get our travel trailer fridge fixed. Made it clear it was still under warranty and that any work done needed to be covered by the warranty. Took them 2 months, they made zero attempt to keep us updated on progress or status. I had to call every week, sometimes multiple times a week. Husband went to pick it up, they tried to make him pay $3,600 even though our deductible was $100, tried to hide what they were trying to have him pay and just kept saying "the agreed upon price" but wouldn't say the total they were trying to charge. Wanted to charge us $40 to put on a plastic vent cover (which they ordered the wrong one anyways), then wanted to charge $50 to have a tech come out just to point out a propane line to my husband. If anyone is considering doing business with them I strongly suggest against it, go somewhere else that actually values and respects it's customers and doesn't try to nickel and dime and be ignorant and deceitful.
