I bought a brand new Entegra vision, XL 2023. Lazy days sales personnel were very nice and the buying process was easy. The problem is their maintenance. They have no clue. They have had my RV for six months and still can’t fix the problem so I have to take Lazy days sales personnel were very nice and the buying process was easy. The problem is their maintenance. They have no clue they have had my RV for 5 months on and off and still can’t fix the problem so I have to take it to Middlebury Indiana to have it worked on by the manufacturer. Lazy days maintenance is terrible. Every time I pick the RV it is super dirty and in worse shape than it was when I dropped it off. These guys at Lazydays have no clue. I would stay far away from Lazydays and never again will I buy anything from them again.

We made the difficult decision to sell our motorhome. Internet listings did not yield satisfactory results. Long story short, we were contacted by the Lazydays nationwide internet buyer and referred to **************** at the ********, ****** dealership. He recognized the difficulty I was having with our decision to sell. He was considerate and professional during our interaction. The offer presented was reasonable and the sale concluded. Thank you, ******************

We purchased a camper from Lazydays and was lied to about the extended warranty. We had a small leak that was not covered by the warranty. We picked up our camper to repair it ourselves and noticed the entire top was torn off when we got home. Now they want us to pay more money to have it fixed. We will never deal with this company again. ??

Lazy Days RV purchased our RV from us on 8-26-2023. We signed all the paperwork and it specifically notes that Lazy Days will be handling the payoff on our existing our loan, Three weeks later, our loan has not been paid off, the bank is contacting us for another payment - and if course, we no longer have the RV in our possession. I suggest you NOT do business with Lazy Days unless you want to be left in a position like this. Really bad business practices and at this point, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, even an enemy.

Lazydays does not honor anything. They promise everything before you buy and never put requested repairs in writing. When your purchasing, anything you point out that needs repair is promised by the salesman . It will be repaired. After the purchase is complete the promised repairs are delayed. Just long enough so your extended warranty is in effect. When you finally get the motorhome in the shop for the promised repairs its like they developed amnesia. They use the extended warranty that you purchased during the sale to do promised repairs. Basically any repairs that you were promised you end up paying for it. Using your warranty.

We had a trying experience with Lazydays. I will never buy from them again. My sales person was nice and hard working. The problem is horrible internal communications. We flew in and used Lyft from *******. We got a text when we got off of plane that our 2023 used Tiffin was not ready. The hinges made a horrendous sound as one was broken. Also, we were asked if we knew the motor for ****** bed was broke! This was after inspection and cleanup. They gave me their word they would get it fixed on Monday. We got there on a Thursday. We stayed an extra night in hotel and extra night in park. They felt like they were being generous when they said they would order and pay for parts, AND WE COULD GET IT FIXED. They then held us up even longer trying to sell extended warranties... at way inflated high prices. The sales manager was too busy to talk to us so I walked into his office. He was doing nothing and was absolutely no help. Anyway we are at ***************************** ** getting their issues fixed. Service here is light-years better than Lazydays. They just wanted the sell and lied point blank to me. They are too big and busy to give decent service. Oh yeah they did dump black tank. When they returned they parked too close to electric and scraped the slide when it was extended. I feel like I was taken and am embarrassed I didn't walk away. I was 600 miles from home and they knew it. They told me at 4:45 they closed at 5 on Saturday I had to sign paperwork or couldn't spend the night in RV. Our stuff was already in it. Overall the worst experience I have ever had buying a car or RV. Good luck if you deal with them. I won't ever deal w them again.

I started out thinking they were Great! Found my dream model they had a used- but it was only one year old and pristine! Bought it from them, worked with **** in Finance who offered ******** with our shake and bought the warrantee too! Excitedly decorated it and packed it for our first trip! A short ride to ******** ** and when we opened it- a strap had snapped and there was extensive damage inside!! We figured it would be covered by our warranty. NOPE! Straps are not covered, so all of the damage was not covered either it would be a $3500 repair, extremely unhappy with the service at LAZY days.

I bought a ************************************** **********, ** in late May of 2023. I towed it less than 20 miles and parked it until August 12, 2023. On August 13,2023 I started my trip to *******, **. I made it 142 miles and had a blow out. No big deal, this can happen. I bought a new tire and made it about 30 miles and had another blow out. This tire dealer noticed another bad tire and I changed it out also. All the tires were manufactured on the 22 week of 2018. The fourth tire looked ok they said. About 300 miles later the fourth one blew. I now have thousands of dollars in damage under my trailer. I contacted Lazy days and their response was that they noted the age of the tires and they looked ok. And because I owned it for more than 30 days any warranty is null and void. They sold me a trailer that had bad tires and now I have a piece of junk that cant be traded in or even sold. All Rv tire manufacturers recommend that you change your tires every 5-7 years, sooner if it sits a lot. I believe they took a ****** on the tires and now Im out thousands of dollars. I would never buy again, and I recommend that nobody buys from Lazy Days. Trust me, youll thank me later. I now know why they are not a BBB accredited business.

I purchased a used 2017 5th wheel from the lazy days in the villages Florida in May 30, 2023. For $35k and two months later on August 1 I am trying to sell back the RV with improvements to lazy days in Tucson AZ and they are telling me that they will not buy the RV due to the condition of the paint in the living room and kitchen. I bought it like that. I also bought it unknowingly without a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector or LP sensor. Although I have paperwork stating that these things were working. They sold me an unsafe unit with a two year old on my hip. I am willing to take the loss financially and just have them buy it back from me, but they refuse.

Very bad experience. The sales process was pretty good as everything is pretty flawless when it comes to taking your money however, after the sale. All bets are off. Impossible to get a service appointment, issues that have popped during the warranty period were not addressed and now I am outside of warranty and have to fight those battles. I bought a class A Tiffin Allegro however, this purchase price did not put me in the club category meaning you are low priority. Its been over a year and I would not recommend Lazy days nor would I purchase another unit from them.
