Don't trust anything you're told at this dealership. Unfortunately it's all very unethical. Reading the other reviews here, I realize my experience is common. Buyer beware. My purchase was at the Nashville, TN dealership. I won't be a "customer for life" as their motto promises. Wish I'd checked the bbb reviews and seen that this huge company is not even bbb accredited, BEFORE purchasing from this unethical company. My advice, trust nothing about these dealerships.

Sales was good, have no problem with them. The service department, however, is pathetic at best. My 5th wheel was there for 4 months to do some upgrades and repair a slide that was not working. A list of the mistakes they made would be too long to post but here are the highlights: barrel locks were to be installed; one was installed almost correctly, another was installed incorrectly and another was not really installed at all. Slide parts installed were wrong ones, other parts were wrong size and all were installed incorrectly, took my RV to a well know and highly respected shop in Indiana and they literally removed 3 bolts on the slide mechanism by hand… they weren’t even tightened down! On just the 1 slide that was worked on, this new shop identified more than 12 errors that were made in the “repairs”. Communication throughout the 4 months was horrible... the only way I could reach service was via text and often times, it would take over a week to get a response (after calling the corporate office). Avoid this service department if you can!

I need to know if the contact information listed in the text box is still available to address a problem.

I have extended Warranty on my fifth wheel bought from Lazy Days but they now say nothing is covered. My signed sheet of repairs says $0 cost to me. Now to have safety things done I have to pay for them. They sold us this unit right at the close of the day even though our appt was around noon. My late husband wanted me to be taken care of when he died. Guess the extended warranty is not even worth the paper its written on.

Purchased a used travel trailer. Tyler was the sales person and was helpful and honest. Andy handled the paper work and money, also honest, friendly, very thorough, and knowledgeable. John did the walk through and explained all the functions, operations and advise regarding maintenance. Very knowledgeable and clear on everything. All the staff in sales and service were helpful and pleasant.

After selling our RV to Lazy Days they went back on their word and a signed contract. They found an issue with a slide and took $1000 off of the price they were buying it back for. We agreed and the dealership said they would have to fix anything else upon arrival. We called the sales guy back the next day to purchase our unit back after an RV we were looking at to buy did not work out. ***** (sales person) was frustrated and said this just opened up a can of worms and would have to speak with Lazy Days on Monday when he returned to work. Less than a 1/2 hour after this conversation we decided because of the hassle for ***** and how frustrated he was we decided to just leave the signed contract the way it was and we would proceed in finding another RV. Monday morning ***** calls up and shares he never received the text tho continue with the deal and tells us to come and get the unit as they found other issues with the unit. Lazy Days will not stand behind their word or a SIGNED CONTRACT.

After dealing with two other large dealerships in Tampa area we were surprised by the honesty of LazyDays. There was an honest quote process with no hidden or excessive dealer fees and our salesman Robert (*******) ****** coordinated with financing, insurance and delivery the entire way. It was an awesome experience especially after having shopped around for a month dealing with very deceptive and slimy tactics from the other two large dealerships in town.

I called to order a part from their service department and they sent me the wrong part. When I call to return it they keep sending me to the original salesman (Jim at *****) who doesn't answer and doesn't return my phone calls. Read the other reviews. Once they get your money you'll get no service from them. Should be avoided at all costs.

We purchased an 2017 Fleetwood Bounder from Lazy Days in ******* back in November of 2022. The unit came to our house and sat until spring break. We took it out and found several things were wrong. I called and took the unit into be repaired on 4/4/23. They turned the ** over to the warranty for approval and it was denied. The unit was inspected by Lazy Days in ******* before our purchase of the unit. We were told there was nothing wrong. The galley slide out was rubbing and not aligned. we were told that was because a roller was in the wrong spot. The eclectic to the counter in the slide out failed (no 110V). The Water heater was not working and it was working. We were told they tightened the fitting that it was leaking and damaged the cabinet and the flooring. The side view windows in the cockpit are fogged over. The seal was broken. Today is 5/8/23 we are still waiting for the repairs to be completed. They are trying to double dip on the labor for repairs for the electric and the water heater. Labor amounts to $600 for each issue. They over lap in labor for removing ant he fireplace and the cabinet. I have left several Voice mails for the staff at the ******* Lazy Days site. They are not good at returning calls or resolving issues. I'm currently waiting for the service manager to call me back. My original message to him has on 5/12/23. I left him a voice mail again today. My issues with the Coach are easy to handle. We a feel that they were deceptive in the sale of the unit. We are certain that there was not a thorough inspection of our unit. If the inspection had been completed as they stated it would have found these issues. I hope to update this with positive news. However, at this point I would not conduct business with Lazy Days again.

Absolutely the worst place to do business. From every step of an 7-8 process is ridiculous. Purchased a fifth wheel with a delivery date set for 3 days later. Not ready at 9am. At 6:30 pm that evening they rush through walk through and leave the jack too far out and needed help. All staff gone no one to help. We hope to never ever shadow this place ever again and hope those looking for an RV go somewhere else! It's not worth it! Please read all the bad reviews and see everyone is basically having same thing happen. They don't even know the concept of customer service much less be able to say that's what's they are good at. Don't walk into this place, run away fast!
