I purchased the rims and tires in February of 2023. When I called and sent in my documentation I was told I would get a package deal and they had my size tire. When I made it to the business I was told they did not have my size. I was never giving back my original tires and rims. I was told the rims and tires comes with sensors. As soon as I got them installed I received an error in my car that the tire pressure and sensor was missing. I told the business they told me just to ride around and put more miles it should go off and it did not. I went to make a payment today 6/27/2023 that they could not look at it until I made the payment. They looked and told me they did not put their sensors. The people that I was dealing with no longer works there, and I need to pay $55 dollars for the sensor. I also told them I no longer get paid once a week I need to change to it to twice a week they told me I need to pay the $288 I owe for two weeks and pay $410 if I wanted to change my payment dates. I have to pay late fees if I dont pay on time. This company is during bad business practices and need to be regulated.Business Response

***************** has written a false report about what has happened here in our store. When she visited 805 first, she was about 4 weeks passed due on payments(which she never said she gets paid differently now) she just asked how much to move her payment up to 2 weeks. Automatically when she comes in, she's yelling and causes a disturbance inside the store about her tpms light being on in her vehicle. I have *****(tire tech) go out to the vehicle to reset the sensors for her. Once realizing that there were no sensors in the vehicle, she was then informed that there were no sensors. After being violently yelled at, I went and pulled her contract and physically showed her there were no tpms sensors signed by her in the contract.
After this was shown to ***************** is where verbal abuse was put into play by ******. ***************** even decided that it would be a good idea to make death threats against my staff and me. The conversation with ****** ended with her asking "How many days until yall repo", which then we responded with collections begin after 7 days of non-payment. She then responds with "I'll see yall in 7 days when I shoot yall on my property.Bet I will pop off on all yall".
***************** is currently not being charged for tpms sensors and was offered sensors to be installed, but she refused. Her current payment to get the account caught up was $288 and the $400 payment was to get the account caught up and move the payment date to biweekly and stay on the *** price. I do want to let you know that I was indeed one more threat away from contacting my local authorities, even might still contact them on their non-emergency number to fill a police incident report as "blow the place up" does count in the eyes of the law. Overall, the exchange with ****** was handled extremely well by my staff as we did everything we could to try and assist her. We even offered her, if she was unsatisfied with the product, to return it free of charge. As soon as these options were brought up to her, she started walking out the door.
I do feel sorry for the bad review written by ****************, but her report is extremely falsified information about the exchange in the 805-*********** store. I do feel as if the staff who were involved in the exchange and the store security footage will reveal the truth about what happened in the store on 6/27/2023.

The threats this business said I said is a falsification. I even paid them $288.00 that day. I spoke with the manager yesterday at RNR and was told he did not tell them that I was making threats. Its a shame a business owner would rather lie on you than make it right. I am not obligated to keep the rims I could just give them back before I make threats while spending my money.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I actually recorded the conversation yesterday between me and the *** manager and he said he did not say that, but anyway I do not want to do business with a company that lies on me. After I still gave them money that day. Why would I just lie when all I have to do is get me some more rims and tires from another company and give them back theres, but I will post there response fromthis matter on there ******** page and ****** review and will be reaching out to the news station and authorities for being lied on about making threats. I want authorities to pull there cameras so they can see that I did not say those things verbally and give the recording that I have from yesterday from the *** manager telling me he never said that ai made threats. An the rims and tires that they took off was never given back to me, and it was apart of a lien through Navy ********************* so I will let them take care of that matter with the company.

On June 8th 2023, I went into my local RNR in ********,*******. I had purchased new tires and rims for a 2015 Chrysler 200. The car was completed after hours and driven home (10 miles away). My wife and son on June 9th 2023 took the car from our house to the interstate (I69) approximately 5 miles from our home and within a few seconds of hitting over ************************************************************************************* the car shifting lanes suddenly. This resulted in a ticket from a state trooper for shifting lanes with no signal. We took the car to a mechanic in ********************* to see if it had something to do with the lug nuts needing torqued as described in the maintenance procedure RNR provided for driving the car 25 miles to 100 miles after new tires and wheels were added. The mechanic stated all lug nuts were still within the specified range and expected the issue being the tires were not properly balanced.I then picked up the vehicle and drove to RNR to have them look at the issue. The car was looked at and then driven off the lot to which they admitted there was an issue. I was then brought back to the bay to be shown the struts /mounts were damaged. I asked the associate how this could of happened and they stated it was most likely previously malfunctioning. I then asked why this issue was not seen prior to the new tires and wheels being mounted and only immediately after. I was not given a definitive answer. My wife and childs lives were risked due to this malfunction and from the opinion of the mechanic seen prior to bringing the vehicle back to RNR and making contact after the discussion with RNRs associate I feel there was damage made during the process of installing the new tires and rims.Business Response

Had 4 tires installed on 6/1/23 at the *************** , ******* location and the installer broke my power/volume button on my brand new vehicle. I know for a FACT it was NOT broken prior as I went over the vehicle meticulously when I first got it looking for flaws on 5/29/23. The whole unit needs replaced as they don't just sell the k**** NOT happy with the service as they've damaged another vehicle of mine several months ago and didn't fess up to that damage either!Business Response

Over a year ago my boyfriend purchased tires from rnr, at first the worked with us when covid happened and we were struggling, but now its disrespect and harrassment..for me..and its not even my account..they text my phone up to 10 times a day..try and withdrawal at least 8btimes a day..call threatened to put my car on blocks if they dont get a payment..repossession..he was 4 days late..i called them told them that he was working out of like he does evey month and i make the payment for him..this month his daughter was a victim of a violent crime so he is still out of town..they called me and texted me because i live in the house hold..threatened me and disrespectful to me..irs not even my account a man named **** from the **************** store yelled and threatened me..i asked for corporate info he refused..a few minutes later a man named ******************* called said he was corporate yelled and threatened me..keep in mind the bill is only a few days late..saying he is gpung to put my car on blocks..watching my house for my car.the repossession team is all over ***************** and they will find my car and repo it..i have nothing to do with my boyfriends bill..my car has nothing to do with his bill..i was trying to help out since his daughter was in icu..they changed my card over 7 times a day....overdraft my account and saved all my personal information when i paid his bill a few times... they lied and said they were corprate but refusedvto give me a number or adress i had to contact an attorney for rhe harrassment..its not even my account..Business Response

To whom it may concern,
In regards to the recent complaint, the person making the complaint is not the account holder with our store. In regards to the account being past due we were trying to reach out to the customer but had reached his wife due to him not having his phone and it being in her posession. We had expressed our sympathy to the incident the customer's daughter had been in and offered a lower payment value to be paid by 5/20/23 to keep the account current so that it would not escalate to repossession of our merchandise. I have spoken to both parties listed in the complaint and we never told the customer we would take her vehicle nor have any of the staff been to her residence to pick up the merchandise or make contact with the customer. ************ is our regional director over our past due customers and works at the corporate level, this is why another number was not provided to her for corporate. We asked the woman we spoke to many times for a way to contact the customer directly so that we could resolve the account with him. She stated she had both his personal and work phone and didn't have a way to reach him. In regards to the payment she said was attempted on her card, when a customer calls in a payment we ask if they would like to save the card details on file and this was agreed upon at one time and because the customer is on automatic payments the system automatically runs the cards on file when the woman who placed the statement asked us to remove her card from the account to keep that from happening we did. Since the complaint we have worked out a payment for 5/24/23 on the account with the woman who made the complaint.Initial Complaint

Since the time I got the wheels and tires from this place they have continued to harass me on a daily basis I had initially agreed to a 60 some odd dollar a week payment which ended up being 104$ a week I have told them that I get paid on Wednesdays or Thursdays and have consistently made my payments, they always try to take another payment however on the following Saturday, and they attempt to charge my card several times a day. I contacted them this week and told them that I had experienced a family emergency and would pay my regular payment this coming week $104 they respond with that will not work they need it by this Saturday at noon I would like to keep the wheels and tires but this place is harassing and not compassionate to their customers at all, my purpose is to see if the bbb as a third party can help me negotiate a different payment amount and some leniency on my current situation, otherwise Ill just take the wheels and tires back because I do not need this kind of headache.Business Response

As a company we do apologize about any miscommunication from the signing of your contract. However, after multiple attempts to collect payment and to get ahold of you to rectify the payment, it deemed unsuccessful. As a company we do not intend to harass any of our customers, but only give opportunity to get your account out of the delinquent status and set the remainder of your agreement up for success. After multiple missed calls and text messages, our collectors deemed necessary to collect our product. RNR apologizes that we were not able to have success as a business relationship. I had my brakes done on my ****** Titan at RNR Tire Express on April 3, 2023. Approximately 3 days later I began hearing a strange noise coming from underneath my truck while driving. I took it immediately to the shop to have it checked out. The technician found a missing caliper bolt was the issue. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that a second bolt was also loose. I watched the technician remove the bolt using only his fingers. I was told that they were sorry and that if I spent more money with them in the future I would receive 25% off of my next purchase. This was a mistake that led to the damage of my front passenger side rim. I do not wish to spend any more money with this shop. I dont feel like they should be let off of the hook for a careless mistake that couldve costed me and my family our lives. Please help. This will bring ******************** to the maximum dollar amount provided for in his warranty and there will be no further warranty available for any future issues.

I entered a contract on November 12, 2022 for the purchase of tires from R&R for $1,365.00 and my payment dates we step to be on the 10th and 25th of every month. After leaving the store on the 12th they changed the contract without my knowledge and doubled the purchase price of the tires. When they changed the contract they also changed the payment dates which in turn has caused me to have several overdraft fees not only for the tire purchase but also causing other items to become overdrawn. When I came to realize that this has occurred I contacted the store and try to get it resolved on April 1, 2023 I was told that they would fix this. Today April 7, 2023 I had a charge from them for $205.00 which is almost double my bi-weekly payment. I also noticed 7 $1.00 charges from the company dating back to March 31st. I went to the store and informed the person there what had happen and he stated he knew of the situation. I went to RNR on *********************** in ************, ** (store #****) for a set of tires. I was approved for a new set of tires. At the time I was working 2 jobs but was laid off from one. I called (mid-late December) and spoke with ****, telling him that I was laid off and couldnt afford to pay $100 every two weeks and asked to negotiate the payments because I only get paid on the 1st and the 15th. He said he was going to speak to him supervisor and see what he could do. I still havent heard anything back about a new payment plan and Ive mentioned it several times when making payment. They will make several attempts throughout the day to charge me card (at lease 8 or more). The notifications comes to my phone and email each time. They send threatening text messages to my phone about having me arrested for theft. I strongly feel this is against the law and they must be stopped. How are you a business, servicing the public and treating your customers like trash. I asked **** would he email me the payments *** made and the balance on the account, he started searching for words and told me no, no I cant do that. Im not allowed to send sensitive information over the phone but you can come in. I added up the payments made on my own and have paid $845/$846 since November 2022. After making payments , communicating and asking for the payments to be renegotiated, Im not understanding why they are not willing to work with me. With the calls, constant card swipes per day and the threatening text messages I feel harassed. Im not running from my responsibility, ** just asking for a little help, understanding and to be treated fairly. Im very sure harassment is against the law, and seeing that I last paid $60 on March 15, 2023, lieing to the police about me steeling is against the law also.Business Response

Good morning. I am contacting you again about threats from RNR Tires on ***********************, ************, ** *****. Since I last contacted the BBB, I have spoken to ***** **************) about a new payment arrangement. They are very aware that I am paid on the 1st and 15th. ***** and I came to the conclusion of $75 on both pay days. I made a payment on Friday, March 31. From my understanding everything was okay until I left for a vacation for my wedding anniversary (4/3-8). I HATE that I EVER started business with this company. They have been rude, harassing bullies and very stressful to me. Im sick of this company and its employees. Something MUST be done with them. Im sick of being harassed, the threats and this company all together. I want my original 4 Michelin P235/65/R18 tires and they can have their product back. The rims came with my vehicle and does NOT belong to RNR Tires at all. God I would love to *** them for all of this. I HATE THIS COMPANY !
