5 starsNewSouth Window Solution of ******************** did an excellent job for me. I most certainly will be using them for all my hurricane impact windows in future. From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was polite and very willing to help. Installer ******* did a beautiful job with minimal cutting and perfect fitting. Great clean up also. Highly recommend New South Windows of ********************. Very professional and knowledgeable about their products. From the start of process with *** in sales to installation of 10 hurricane impact windows by ******* and *****. Very impressed with them making sure each window was perfect inside and out.

The entire experience with New South Windows was awesome!!! *****, ********************** and ***** were very professional and the quality of the product and service is great. ****** and his crew did a wonderful job installing the windows. Very courteous and explained the process thoroughly. Did have a problem with a bathroom window that was not very obscure, but between the salesman and the company, they provided a suitable solution to the problem at no additional cost. 2 starsWINDOWS WERE INSTALLED AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER. AS FAR AS WE CAN SEE THEY WERE INSTALLED CORRECTLY. NO LEAKING. WE WERE UNDER CONTRACT TO INSTALL ALL NEW WINDOWS SILLS AND REPAIR AN EXTERIOR SILL. WE HAVE CALLED PROBABLY 16 TIMES TO GET AN ESTIMATED DATE AND NOT ONCE HAS ANYONE CALLED US BACK. WE ARE ALSO MISSING TWO SCREENS ON WINDOWS WE CANNOT OPEN BECAUSE OF LETTING IN THE BUGS. A TECH WAS SUPPOSED TO COME ON 12-11 AND NO ONE SHOWED UP AND NO ONE HAS RETURNED OUR CALLS FOR ANSWERS. THEY ADVERTISE ON WINKS NEWS AS A GREAT COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN NEVER COME BACK OR CONTACT YOU AGAIN TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES. I PUT IN A "CONTACT US" TO ASK ABOUT PURCHASING A NEW WINDOW, THEY SURE WERE QUICK AT THAT RESPONSE TO GET MORE MONEY BUT CAN'T FOLLOW THROUGH ON EXISTING INSTALLS. I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE MORE RESEARCH AND READ THEIR REVIEWS. MIGHT WANT TO THINK TWICE ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY.Review fromJames S

1 starI am writing this complaint against New South Windows and its manager that contacted me, *********************. It has been over 1 year since my windows were installed and they were installed incorrectly. I had reached out to its manager *** that contacted me for final payment and explained my issues. *** Failed to show up for a meeting we had on Wednesday July 19,2023. After several attempts to connect with ***, the issues never were resolved.I explained to *** and New South Windows that all the service Tech that have been at my house agreed with me that the windows were installed incorrectly and are now damaged from the install. After Several attempts to correct this situation, the contractor has gone silent. I explained to the contractor that final payment would be made once all issues have been corrected and no response from the contractor.I have already given this contractor Over $22,600 for the work, and they won't finish or correct all the issues. The demanded full payment of the balance of $10,900, but I do not feel comfortable giving the any more money until my windows are fixed and all the problems are corrected.Bottom Line, I do not feel comfortable making a final payment for windows that were installed incorrectly, broken and do not work as promised.Review fromJudy D

1 starCustomer service not good. You ask questions and it takes forever to get an answer. Been waiting since June for replacement windows as all the windows bought in 2013 failed. They were measured wrong and some were not even measured. I am not happy with this company and if I could sue them, I would. I was told install date mid December. So now I have to put my decorating on hold because of their incompetence. Do not use them for replacement windows.Review fromSarah D
