We replaced 6 windows on the south side and southeast corner of the house with impact resistant Low E windows. Our salesperson, ****, handled everything in the beginning and kept us informed. The installation of 3 windows went smoothly, but the picture window (3 separate pieces) had to be reordered for a better fit. From then on, we had positive ongoing communication with ****** and *** in Production; ******* in Permitting; and ****** and ****** in Service. ****, Service, who did the caps and covers and cleaning, was extremely conscientious and did an excellent job. ***** and ***** always answered the phone cheerfully and helpfully. Bottom line, were very happy with the windows and recommend NewSouth Window Solutions of ********************. We would use them again if we replace the remainder of the windows in the house.

New South Windows just finished with my window and door project. Everyone, from my salesman, Joe C*******, my installer, Brandon, and the servicemen, Tommy and Alan, were great! Joe provided me with a fair price, Brandon and his worker, did a fantastic job with install and left my yard and house neat and clean. Tommy and Alan finished up and got me all that was promised, and I even got a follow up phone call! Highly recommend them!NewSouth Window Solutions, LLC

Your repersentive ***** came to my house to discuss me buying windows. ***** was a very nice person and was able to answer all of my questions, and made the presentation really well. ***** spent the time with me, making sure all of my questions were answered, I would rate ***** with a rating of if possible 10. 1 starAt first we were happy w/ the process of getting started and getting to know salesperson who also happens to be the manager. We were excited to receive our new entry door and upon inspection the door appears to be well made. Then the "circus" started w/ the install when there were (6) workers and (1) supervisor showed up to do the install for just (1) entry door. The supervisor spoke English, but he left after giving instructions in Spanish to the (6) workers. Unsupervised they made a mockery of the situation, (2) workers started dismantling of existing entry door while the other (4) cracking jokes and distracting the (2) workers. I became concerned w/ the mess and questioned the process, and they pull "no habla ingles" and began laughing session as they continued. The installation was messy and questionable. They installed new door handle and lock w/ haste and left out hardware items that should have been part of the install. Found out the workers do speak some English when they returned to rectify install w/ supervisor and NSWS representative...still left install as unsatisfactory after second visit. I would not recommend NSWS as they contracted install w/ subpar installers.Review fromBernadette M

We learned so much from him that he earned our business. **** was very thorough and gave us choices and assist us making those decisions. We will surely recommend him and his company. New South Window Solutions Representative ******************************* for New South Window was very professional in giving the presentation of the New South Windows. Explained everything about there windows and demonstrated how the thier window would kept the heat out of your house during the summer and keep the cold out of your house in the winter .
