5 starsNew South did an excellent Window/Door job on my family members house so I contacted them. Sales person (****) came to my condo and provided great explanations on the product/process along with addressing all concerns I had. I also went to the ********* facility to look at the Doors/Windows product before installation of the 10 Door panels. Installation went great with knowledgeable installers that took no short cuts and installed the Doors properly. The very next day, the doors underwent Town Inspection so the permit was then closed. The following day New South came and completed the final step of installing the caps and covers. Very efficient since it only took 4 days for the whole process. New South Window proper installation of their energy efficient Doors corrected leaking problems I had previously so I am very happy with the results.Review fromCharles O

5 starsWe had 8 windows replaced in our newly built home in ********** by NewSouth Windows. The previous windows were not built to withstand the rigors of a potential hurricane. The work was done by two men in one day with removal of the previous windows and installation of the new ones. The strength of the new windows was apparent through the sound insulation. With the media talk of climate change storms becoming the norm, I am constantly reassured for the safety of my family with these window solutions.Review fromJudy M

From the very beginning we were pleased with the people we worked with and the product we selected to upgrade our windows. Everyone and everything came through as promised. We are enjoying our beautiful windows and are feeling safer as hurricane season approaches.

5 starsThe salesman, ********************* was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable & demonstrated the product flawlessly. He made me want the windows. I do not doubt they are the best windows in the market. Price, they are not inexpensive. In fact the price was the highest, but, they can't be compared because they are unique. Why didn't I purchase? Only 1 reason. 1 starWe signed the contract the first week of June 2023. Window installation was September 2023. The dining room window was cracked and reordered 5 times, 4 of those times the window came in cracked and the 5th time it was the incorrect style. I spoke with the manager Pat ****, December 23, 2023. He said once the inspection was complete to call him and he would make it right. I phoned May 30, 2024. He was no longer with New South. The new manager Brian **** has not returned my 4 phone calls.Review fromKevin T

1 starThis is almost a duplicate of the below. The sales team did great. The company was happy to take all the payments, but when it comes to the installation and communication who cares. After the initial install they called for inspection and had a bunch of pieces left to complete. Over the course of three weeks I finally got ahold of someone who stated they were just waiting on me to call to schedule the completion. I am not sure who they are waiting to call as I left messages and sent emails to sales team install team and their office admin. So they schedule a crew out two more weeks later and they do not have the parts they need to complete the install. So now 5 weeks I can not lock my doors. On that batch of paperwork I state come back immediately as the doors do not lock. Three weeks goes by and I start getting a call to schedule someone out. Once again I get on phone and explain no need to schedule just send someone to finish the work. The soonest is another three weeks out. So the doors have. Even painted and the rest of the house is complete but they can not seem to do there simple part, nor can they communicate or read their own paperwork. 1 starWe ordered a backdoor for our home that was installed in Spring of 2023. New South Window's laim that the product was covered by a lifetime warranty was a major reason for purchasing through them. Shortly after the installation we noticed that the vinyl covering of the external side of the door was coming unglued from the door. In June '23 , we contacted New South to have someone inspect the door and determine the right course of action. It took a number of weeks for New South to return our calls and find someone to come to our home. Much to our surprise we were informed that the door needed to be replaced. We were told that a new door would need to be ordered. After some weeks of follow-up and calls were told that our new door was on backorder. For months, we have been given constant run around and empty promises about our door. From being on backorder, to being lost, to ordering the wrong door! Our phone calls involve the same contacts who either do not return calls, that constantly apologize, and never take action to remediate the issue. As of June 2024 (over a year since we opened our request to remediate our door, We have yet to hear back.New South can make claims about wanting to help protect your home against weather, to want to help you by getting you to replace your windows or doors and they may sell you on the idea of having a great lifetime warranty or they may guarantee their work. However New South Windows makes empty promises. They are not available if you need help. They may act as though they want to help you. They will not help you after your initial purchase. They will not return your calls; they will not make things right. They will take your money If you value your money, if the word or promise of a guarantee or warranty matter, if workmanship is what you are looking for, look elsewhere. New South Windows is a mistake ! fact that should be understood by anyone looking to avoid pain and disappointment.
