1 starGreat sales team. That's about it.They lack quality control & don't manage their installation contractors well, if at all. Here are the facts - The permit was dated August, 2023. They mis-ordered parts - 3 wrong-sized sliding pocket door frames, & the incorrect opening direction sliding pocket window frame which still hasn't been received & installed. They initially ordered the incorrect number of windows & had to order one more for a follow-up installation. We went through 2 "contractor coordinators" or points of contact to schedule installation contractors, whom no longer work there & moved to a new department. 2 installation contractors that broke a window a windowsill & left us with an inoperable pocket window with damage to the external wall. 1 installation-remediation contractor that said they'd never seen such a bad installation with shortcuts & damage that would not have passed inspection. 1 "finishing" contractor that spent time finishing an incomplete job & further remediating the results of shortcuts & damage that would cause an inspection failure. The work remains unfinished & running up against permit expiration with no inspection. When I contacted our 3rd contract coordinator, he recalled hearing my name & admitted to having "lost track" of our kitchen window frame order. They've made 2 attempts to get us to sign the financing papers so they could get paid in full due to how much equipment & labor had been invested in our installation. Upon receipt of a requested invoice via email I replied I would sign when the installation & a passing inspection is complete. It was during our last phone conversation that an attempt was made to get me to sign - which was when I'd asked for them to email me the invoice & to schedule the final window installation at the end of May, 2024. It is now May 29th. My review of one star is generous. Even so, I'm willing and able to pay them if and when they complete the work defined on the permit.Review fromRobert M

1 starSales inspector really sold me on the company. Had no idea was going to be subcontracted out for the install. They sure tried to install all the windows at my convenience, even on a Saturday before 2023 ran out so they could get that revenue. SERVICE AFTER THE **** HAS BEEN HORRENDOUS!! Unfortunately, I needed a replacement window and it took longer for one window than 10! And nope, it got installed when they said. I had absolutely no input at all. All they want is your money. 5 starsI had a new slider installed by NewSouth windows. The 2 installers were on time and did a great job, and completed the install in the estimated time that I was given. No complaints at all. ****** was a fantastic New South Windows Representative. Our whole family was very impressed with him. Never would I have thought he only had one year's experience. He knew your product inside and out. His knowledge and ability to talk casually with us enabled us to completely understand how good your product is. A very important strongpoint was the fact that these windows are factory direct. The sample windows and demonstrations convinced us that your windows are very solidly and expertly constructed. ***** spent a great deal of time with us answering our questions and checking out concerns. We have automatic doors for my son who's in a wheelchair. We were asking for New South to replace one of the doors. To make sure he had all his facts correct he stood right at the door and called his supervisor for the answers. His supervisor asked to look directly at the power source and how it was hooked up. The two of them made sure they knew what they were advising. I am completely sold on ****** and the ******************

I am so amazed at this company. The sales presentation was so educational and informative. They physically show you how their windows are different and you can feel the dramatic efficiency they offer. They give an enormous amount of information in the presentation, which is appreciated when making a purchase of this magnitude. We are in the *******, ***** area, and had a 400+ square foot screened in porch converted to a sunroom. The windows are absolutely gorgeous. The installation WAS FIRST CLASS. They spare NO detail and make sure everything is done perfectly. This is by far the most pleasant experience we have ever had in remodeling. It is the best purchase we could have made. The quality, workmanship, and efficiency are unsurpassed. From the original estimate and presentation to the installation , everything was top of the line. ***** came out to our house and explained everything in detail before we purchased windows from your company. He was exceptional. Best of the best. He stated only doing this for about a year and someone doing this for 25 to 30 years could not have been any better.
