      On Sunday, March 16 @ 4:58PM myself and family ordered food inside @ Popeyes in ************. After waiting 40 minutes the manager refused to give a refund when I asked. After waiting another 15 minutes a refund was still refused. We were given food however not all that we ordered and paid for due to being out of stock. I asked again for a refund for the food we did not receive and was refused a refund which basically is theft.

      The ********* location employees are the rudest people ever . If they feel that they dont want to assist the drive thru they will let you sit there waiting for them to take your order and they wont . You go inside they say rude this is all the food we have we wont cook more. Every time they are so rude

      Popeys#****** Order#** I look forward to this fish sandwich every year. Yesterday, I ordered the same meal as beforethe spicy fish meal with fries and a drinkand had a completely different experience. The fries were cold, and the fish sandwich was cold, dry, and had an overly strong fishy taste. The bun was also cold. It was so bad that even adding condiments couldn't make it edible. Fortunately, I had ordered a pie, so I at least had something to eat.Given the rising food cost, paying for something inedible is unacceptable. I am highly disappointed. Since I went through the drive-thru and didnt check my order until I was already down the road, I could not return for a replacement due to time constraints. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for this order.

      I placed an order on March 5. At 1:00 oclock The order was delivered to the wrong address not my home. Ive been trying to contact someone since that daytime but I keep going in circles with the website with ******** tells me to contact the store cause they dont get paid. My card is with Popeyes. This is gotten confusing and frustrating. My order was frustrating. My order was valued at at least $29.

      This Popeyes store# ***-2350 location ************************************************, is the Worst, Most Unprofessional, Unfair and Disappointing chicken place ever! Sunday,March ******, I waited so long to ordered $60.71 of food for our Sunday dinner. Was told spicy was an additional 10 min wait on top of having to wait to even order, customers, behind me and ********* and others got their orders and left. I waited, waited, waited then manager comes in, scolded the cashier, said, these orders have to be in order, which took other orders (like mine)who saw the spicy chicken come up, pushed at the end. Some customers walked out. There as only one at the register and one at the drive thru (awful). Long wait times seems a norm for this location. I thought it would be better-wrong answer!!! I asked about how long more, was told,manager is now waiting on sides now. What??? I ask, please refund $60.71 back on my CC. Mngr said, she dont want it, just put the chicken back on the rack, they did Did not care at all. Mngr keyed something and said, its will be refunded, gave me no backup or receipt, stated,I cant give you proof.What!! Called Discover, *** to wait couple of days for pending charge. Now, Sat: 3/7-$60.71 is charged accumulating daily interest. I went to the location, spoke with the same mngr from last week, gave her my receipt again and showed her my CC charge, with (no credit) she offered my some chicken, no, I just want my $ back, she then called the District Mngr, on receipt, came back and told me. I need to WAIT, this was last week.She said, hes not going to do anything, and she cant refund me even though she saw the charge on my CC statement. I was upset, I went over what happened again, before she came in. My son came to the door, said lets go!They wont give you your money back! I will. As I walked out, I told the mngr that I was soDisappointed! Never again, would I visit any POPEYES.Horrible Sunday Experience!District Mngr-Bad! ******

      Placed an order March 6, 2025 at the wrong location. Attempted to cancel the order but the robot (automated chat) said the order could not be cancelled. I then attempted to contact customer service which is also an automated system that redirects you to the chat bot who does not get you to a human. I attempted to contact the store on several occasions and no one answered the phone. So I was out food and money because there is no way to get a refund.

      I placed an order for pickup from Popeyes in *********, ** on 03/03/2025. I placed a pickup order, when I arrived the order was ready so I took it and left. The store did not inform me that items in my order were not available or give me the option to receive different items or cancel the order. When I got home I realized that the order was completely wrong. I placed an order for a 5 piece original combo with two sides, fries and Cajun rice and two biscuits using my deal coupon. When I got home I realized I had received a 6 piece spicy with fries and mashed potatoes and no biscuits. I even provided photo proof that I did not receive the correct order. I reached out to Popeyes chat support and they offered me 200 in credits. I advised that I did not want the credits and requested a full refund. The chat sent me an option to send an email to an agent who would get back to me within ***** hours but as of today, which is 3 days later, no one has responded. The answer is simple, I just want my money back.

      Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service, App Issues, and Request for Compensation Dear Popeyes **************** Team,I am writing to express my frustration with recent experiences at two Popeyes locations in *********, **: ************************* (************************************************) and ******************** (*************************************************).On March 4, 2025, I placed a mobile order through the Popeyes app for pick-up at the ************************* location. Upon arrival, I was informed by staff and the manager that they were not trained to apply app discounts, claiming the app was a third-party system. This is unacceptable, as the app is an official Popeyes platform, and managers should be trained to handle such issues.The manager at this location was extremely rude and dismissive, refusing to assist me or resolve the issue. To make matters worse, I never received my meal, leaving my family hungry and upset. I frequent this location weekly and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior until this incident.Days earlier, I had a similar negative experience at the ******************** location, where I was issued a $10 credit for a previous issue. However, when I attempted to use this credit at the ************************* location, the manager refused to honor it, causing unnecessary drama.While I appreciate the refund of $21.81 issued by ******* from your digital team, the repeated app issues, unprofessional behavior of your managers, and the disrespectful treatment of my family at multiple locations warrant further action.I strongly suggest training your managers on how to use the app or discontinuing it as a purchasing method if they cannot support it.I am requesting a $50 gift card as compensation for the poor service and inconvenience caused.
