On the evening of 2/23/2025 We placed an online order for pickup after being in the ** for 7 hours, when we got there there was a strong Oder of weed inside the restaurant and I believe 2 of the young men and one girl was extremely high, there employees were extremely rude and refused to put ice in our drinks because we ordered online and not in the store. We got the food home and items were missing the chicken we did get was old and hard, the food was cold with the exception of a 6 piece wing, we got 1/3 container of Mac and cheese that looked like someone else ate it before we got it and the so called popcorn shrimp consisted of 2 maybe 3 shrimp and the crunchiest left in the fryer . We called and spoke with ****** who apologized and said she would leave our names so our order could be replaced and to bring in our receipt. The next day 2/24/25 When we went in ****** had left for the day. We were told by 2 managers, ***** and *****, that they were there when we ordered our food the evening before and the food was made correctly and thats how the shrimp come when I informed them that I spoke with ****** the taller manager told me ****** aint nobody, she dont run s*** here I showed them the receipt and photos. And I was informed that they werent replacing anything and not to eat there anymore if it was so bad, and I wont, I have never dealt with anything like this at the other Popeyes in **************************, the other stores have excellent customer service the food is fresh. On 2/15/2025 I purchased a meal at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. When I went home to eat said meal, it was inedible and I immediately brought it back. I kindly asked for a resolution and even showed video proof that I was unable to eat the food. The employees laughed at me and refused to remake the meal or refund me, claiming that I had already eaten the food, which was impossible! I reached out to corporate, no response or resolution. On date 1/15/2025 I made an order from Popeyes chicken for a food delivery and I never received my order. I contacted customer support multiple times but they failed to respond in a timely manner. This is about my service at the Popeyes at ******************************************. The people are usually friendly and the service is often times slow because there arent enough employees there ever. So Im sure they work hard but this mistake made by the cooking or prepping area in the back could seriously have hurt someone I found a piece of metal in my Mothers sandwich. She already is an older woman with a history of digestive issues this couldve seriously hurt her and its only because I checked her food to make sure it was right that I saw this piece in the breading and fried into the chicken sandwich breast that I saw and pulled this out. It looks like a piece of lead. I thought I took a photo last night but I ripped it off and then my Mother ate some of her sandwich in pieces because I had to check the rest of the sandwich and the other 3 combos we bought. Its snowed inches in ** so we couldnt rush back out or find another restaurant that night. I kept the piece I took off the breading below. It may look small but once it get into or stuck into a digestive track, it can cause so many complications. I kept my receipt my brother didnt keep his but I can prove there were 2 transactions with his bank history if needed. We are a family of 7. It basically ruined everyones dinner cause we were all a little paranoid. I didnt even eat after that because Im pregnant. This is very unacceptable and dangerous and outrageous. I dont know what led to this but this Popeyes needs to look into cleanliness or worker fatigue because this couldve gone a much darker way. I went to Popeye's in ******** last Thursday. I had only $10 to my name and my daughter wanted Popeye's. I sat at the speaker for 9 minutes and nobody took my order. There was nobody at all eating there at 5:15pm. I pulled to the window and the employees would not look at me. I then ordered online and it was $9.89. There was about 4 female employees and a man and 2 other women. I sat there and watched them fix themselves plates of food. They was really all over the man who had brought a package and was then leaving. 12 minutes later the manager , a slim blonde white female opened the window and said, "do you need something?" I told her i had ordered on the app. Then she told me very rudely that I needed to stay at that speaker next time. I told her I waited at the speaker before I pulled to the window. She then very hateful yelled," do you see 3 of us " I was shocked I said I haven't seen anyone I've just been waiting on my order. Then she said "what you are gonna do is get on that app and try to get a refund and have a great day" I could not believe it. I told her i wanted my food I had paid for and she told me to pull up and wait that I would get it when they got to it. I pulled up and she then came running out the door to my car window and was screaming have a great day, goodbye. She had foamy stuff around her mouth and was hysterical. I tried for over a week to contact head office and there's no way to contact a live person. I tried all phone numbers and nothing. I want that person fired. I want my $10 back and I want an apology. My child did not get to eat that day and this person is running some kind of game here. They should not even be open with employees like that with side jobs going on behind the counterInitial Complaint

Bad customer service to correct problem with their website. I have a Popeye's rewards account and have made online orders many times in the past. Suddenly I can no longer get into my account to place an online order or use coupons or rewards. I contacted their customer service and cannot get an answer or resolution. My first contact was on 2/7 and I followed up many times with no answer. I have a significant amount of rewards that likely have since expired as there was a timeframe that an online purchase needed to be made before expiration. Weeks before the expiration date I kept trying to log in and each time the website says it is sending me an email with a code but I never get the email no matter how many times I try a resend. I have tried on three different devices with the same result. As a result I followed up many times to make sure that my rewards are retained while I wait for a response. Then I never hear from anyone. There seems to be no way to talk to a live person and no one will bother to provide any updates.Initial Complaint

On the 16th of February I ordered popeyes on the skip the dishes website at 1.45 pm . I didn't see my order I try contacting skip the dishes I never got no one on the site been unsuccessful. Around 7.30 pm the driver came with my order and place it on my step. The food was opened and thee was no seal that hold the box in place. I called the store and they said to me that its the driver that it was his decision to drop the food when ever he desires to drop ot.The next day I went to the store at ******************************* and I ad iaed them that the food is cold and there was no seal on the box. I asked them for a refund or a food replacement they told me no . The manager name who I spoke to was ***** and the driver name is ***** all I am requesting is a refund. I made pickup order through popeye app 4pc chicken combo menu which includes 1pc drumstick, 1pc thigh 1pc wing and 1pc breast.And what I received was 4 pc of ********* was for dinner for me and daughter. 1 breast piece for me and rest 3pc for my daughter who doesn't eat breast.And All 4 pc was so dry and hard. So they went straight to garbage.I contacted popeye and explained situation but was told tell them what you want better next time so I replied them back i told what I want you did me wrong items. And I asked for refund they issued me a $5 coupon which is less than one third worth my order. So I responded take it back and refund my money and charge me for the drink since I drank it but they refused.
