On the 16th of February I ordered popeyes on the skip the dishes website at 1.45 pm . I didn't see my order I try contacting skip the dishes I never got no one on the site been unsuccessful. Around 7.30 pm the driver came with my order and place it on my step. The food was opened and thee was no seal that hold the box in place. I called the store and they said to me that its the driver that it was his decision to drop the food when ever he desires to drop ot.The next day I went to the store at ******************************* and I ad iaed them that the food is cold and there was no seal on the box. I asked them for a refund or a food replacement they told me no . The manager name who I spoke to was ***** and the driver name is ***** all I am requesting is a refund. I made pickup order through popeye app 4pc chicken combo menu which includes 1pc drumstick, 1pc thigh 1pc wing and 1pc breast.And what I received was 4 pc of ********* was for dinner for me and daughter. 1 breast piece for me and rest 3pc for my daughter who doesn't eat breast.And All 4 pc was so dry and hard. So they went straight to garbage.I contacted popeye and explained situation but was told tell them what you want better next time so I replied them back i told what I want you did me wrong items. And I asked for refund they issued me a $5 coupon which is less than one third worth my order. So I responded take it back and refund my money and charge me for the drink since I drank it but they refused.Initial Complaint

The employee was very rude after I asked why my card was charged twice. The employee ******** at Popeyes in raceland cursed at me and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to her General Manger. She claimed they were not there. She then got very rude with me and hung up on me agian. I called back and asked for her name to file a report. She claimed my reason was stulid. I told her legally she needs to give me her name because it is aginst corporate code of ethics and the business bureau maintains that an employee has to give there name for a report to be filled. She claimed that she would not give me her name. I also tried talking to her on the phone and she was too busy eating this is unsanitary. Employees should not eat while on shift and she didnt bother to talk to me she preferred to smack her food into the phone with her mouth and talk to *********** My food was also incorrect and I did not complain about it then because I know it can be hard working a restraint. Alroughter though that manager should not be a manger anymore and should suffer either job lose or wage loss. This is highly unprofessional of her to be. This is the Popeyes in ********, she would face consequences and I belive I need a full refund after the failure to help. I also will not be eating at this restraint agian. As a company yall should do better and not hire bad employees.Initial Complaint

I was given two gift cards from two members of my family for Christmas. In January I went to the Popeye's on Precinct Line in ***********, ** and ordered food through the drive thru. I handed one of the cards to the person at the window, *****. He was rude, I handed him the card and he told that cards did not work with their computers, so I left without my order. Then in the early part of February I went back to the same restaurant and one of the cards worked. On 2/14/2025 I return to the restaurant, and ***** was there again. I told him I had checked the cards on-line and knew there were balances on them. He swiped both cards and it rejected both. I asked him how was I supposed to use the cards and he told me to go to another Popeye's. This is unacceptable.Initial Complaint

I ordered off the Popeyes app and it said my order was delivered but it was not delivered to my house, called store 14 times no answer, posted in social media to neighbors about missing food no response, filed complaint on Popeyes app no response, went to store told not their problem.. that took my money and didn't deliver the service to me!!! Chicken tenders were cold, dry and hard. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender with mashed potatoes and a fruit punch. The mashed potatoes taste like water. The chicken was hard and dry. I also order 2 piece leg and thigh with a biscuit. The biscuits were harder than a rock. The 2 piece chicken was hot but it was dry as if it had been sitting under the warmer for hours. The staff was very friendly he explained he was the only person working today and that everyone else had called off due to the snow. I understand that but I spent cold hard cash on my food and I cant eat it. I want my money back. He did not give me a receipt if you need proof of my order run the cameras back.Initial Complaint

2/11/25 Please see my attached 2/7/25 Popeyes receipt because on 2/7/25 I went to the Popeyes on **********************************. I purchased the two piece chicken meal. And when I arrived home 12 miles away. I noticed that the chicken was kind of raw on the inside. I tried calling the Popeyes store at the phone number ************ on my receipt but there was no answer. So when I was in the area again on 2/10/25 I stopped by the same Popeyes store around 5:30pm. When I showed the male Popeyes employee my receipt and told him about the raw chicken. He was very rude and discourteous started to yell loudly at me in front of customers and was not helpful at all. Im a disabled veteran and the male Popeyes employee behavior is just unacceptable. I would like Popeyes to email to my address on file a $10 Popeyes free meal coupon that I can use at another Popeyes. I went to this restaurant for lunch, placed my order and got my order. It was incorrect went back, asked for them to correct. It was metwith attitude by the manager they corrected my order gave it back to me. It looked like it had been compromised in some kind of way. It not look sanitary or healthy or like a normal product. I went back again and requested a refund. They began to give me a hard time.They told me they couldnt give me a refund unless I had my card I used Apple Pay to pay for I asked for a receipt because was never given a receipt initially they gave me an attitude Finally printed out a receipt that did not look like what I order, but ended up being a receipt that was used for my order, even though it was not accurate of what I ordered they gave me an attitude. The store was: Popeyes ********************************** On January 19th, I placed an order through the Popeyes app for delivery via DoorDash. The order, totaling $46.19, was confirmed at 10:28 PM. However, at 11:00 PM, the order was suddenly canceled without any explanation.I have not received my food or a refund for the order. This has left me uncertain if the store was closed, the food was stolen, or if another issue occurred.
