      2/11/25 Please see my attached 2/7/25 Popeyes receipt because on 2/7/25 I went to the Popeyes on **********************************. I purchased the two piece chicken meal. And when I arrived home 12 miles away. I noticed that the chicken was kind of raw on the inside. I tried calling the Popeyes store at the phone number ************ on my receipt but there was no answer. So when I was in the area again on 2/10/25 I stopped by the same Popeyes store around 5:30pm. When I showed the male Popeyes employee my receipt and told him about the raw chicken. He was very rude and discourteous started to yell loudly at me in front of customers and was not helpful at all. Im a disabled veteran and the male Popeyes employee behavior is just unacceptable. I would like Popeyes to email to my address on file a $10 Popeyes free meal coupon that I can use at another Popeyes. I also would like Popeyes to give the rude, discourteous male employee ******* some appropriate customer service training.

      I went to this restaurant for lunch, placed my order and got my order. It was incorrect went back, asked for them to correct. It was metwith attitude by the manager they corrected my order gave it back to me. It looked like it had been compromised in some kind of way. It not look sanitary or healthy or like a normal product. I went back again and requested a refund. They began to give me a hard time.They told me they couldnt give me a refund unless I had my card I used Apple Pay to pay for I asked for a receipt because was never given a receipt initially they gave me an attitude Finally printed out a receipt that did not look like what I order, but ended up being a receipt that was used for my order, even though it was not accurate of what I ordered they gave me an attitude. They came out in film and took pictures of my license plate and call 911.

      The store was: Popeyes ********************************** On January 19th, I placed an order through the Popeyes app for delivery via DoorDash. The order, totaling $46.19, was confirmed at 10:28 PM. However, at 11:00 PM, the order was suddenly canceled without any explanation.I have not received my food or a refund for the order. This has left me uncertain if the store was closed, the food was stolen, or if another issue occurred.       Attempted to visit on 2/8. Posted business hours CLEARLY state open at 10:30am. Walked in at 10:35 to be told lazy a******* refuse to begin service until 11am. F*** off enjoy irrelevance!

      I ordered lunch on the popeyes company *** at noon on February 2. When I went to the store at that address to pick up the meal, the service staff told me that my order had not been received. After a while of communication, I had no choice but to contact the customer service staff on the *** and give feedback. This question. **************** said they would provide me with a coupon, but that didn't solve the problem because I spent ten dollars and a ton of bonus points on that order. The coupon was only worth the $10 I spent, so no one was able to resolve the lost reward points for me. I repeatedly stressed this issue, and finally the customer service chose not to reply to me. This is really speechless. What a simple truth. Arent my reward points my property? I hope the company will give me a clear answer and compensate me for this incident.

      Hello! I ordered on the app 2 $5 boxes that come with a leg, wing and thigh. It states it on my receipt and when I got to the store the manager gave me breast stating they have a national leg shortage when I already paid for it. I asked if they had any legs she said yes but she did not want to give them to me. So she charged me again for 2 legs in addition $6.69. I called the General Manager and she was Very Very rude and did not care because she was not at work that day. She also did not take my complaint neither did the assistant manager working that time. This was located at the Popeyes on **************************************************************.

      Locations: ************************************** & **************************************** I placed a mobile order, went to get it and the employee handed me a bag. It was not my order. I gave her the bag back and left and didn&#**;t get my ******** you went to the other location on Page and they said that they didn&#**;t have any chicken left. A Door Dash driver was getting all the chicken that they had in the restaurant. So again, I didn&#**;t get my order. I got a long receipt. I spent $70 total for both orders - $32.29 at the Page location and $33.54 at the ********** location. I would like to get a refund.

      I place an order 01/17/2025 that I never received. I contacted Popeyes via email the same day to report that my order never arrived. They them told me that the order was delivered and that they have a picture. I never received the order. I spoke to someone on 01/17/2025 he them told me to contact **** or DoorDash to make a claim because they didnt know who pick up my order. No one wanted to help and Popeyes refused to refund my money. I order directly from Popeyes app. On 01/21/2025 I spoke to Julendy supervisor and she confirmed that my order was thrown away because the driver never pick up the order. I spoke to her at this number **********. I recorded the conversation because no one wanted to give me my money back. I been in touch with Popeyes via email and they dont want to give me my money back. I never received the food.

      The food I purchased had the purchase price of $13.99. I was charge sales tax at the rate of %8.25 which came to $1.15. I WAS ALSO CHARGED A FOOD TAX OF $1.15. I have no idea what a food tax is. This is outrageous and possibly illegal.

      I went to Popeyes after a long day seeking dinner for family. I live ************************************************************************** had been sitting for awhile. Ordered all mild food and got all spicy . Got no drink with combo . Chicken strips were nothing but crispy skins that had fell off of strips . If they knew they couldnt fill the order at that time they should have told us it would be at wait and not just give us what they had available knowing it was a drive thru order. Not to mention the fries it was about 6-7 fries and they were burnt and seriously no one could eat this fiasco. That was way too much money to spend for dinner to not be able to. Eat any of it and too far away to take it back . I reached out to customer service of which is only a message center that you leave a message and they email you back . Had to send them receipt for the ***** and they offered 2 dollars and said they would contact restaurant. Because this order was at 08:1:8 pm on Jan 24 Im assuming they were wrapping up for closing but should have informed us of that and not have us left over food and items we didnt order.
