I was very disappointed in Popeyes on *************!! I am a user who buys daily in that store, and last week - Wednesday the 22nd to be exact - I bought 4 specials of 3 pieces for 5.00 dollars and my surprise was that the chicken was spoiled, maybe that is the reason why it is so cheap!! I went the next day and the cashiers gave me my money back. Even so, I went again the following Sunday and the drive thru service was terrible, a very rude young man served me and it took more than 10 minutes to give me my order since there were almost no cars, and they also forgot to give me my 2 biscuits that I ordered extra and that I paid for them. But I didn't learn my ****** and again I went yesterday Monday the 27th and bought 3 sandwich combos and the cashier's response was that it was an 8 to 10 minute wait because there was no chicken ready. Today I went to get the missing biscuits replaced and I paid for another 2. Before this Popeyes was my favorite, it was great service; Unfortunately, for a few months now the service here has been bad, the food is worse and sometimes there is no one to serve the checkouts in front. Popeyes, you have lost a customer who bought almost daily HORRIBLE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!Initial Complaint

very unprofessional that's why customer service skills I had to wait over 15 minutes for my order and they still got the order wrong so I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for my order and then and they didn't have a restroomInitial Complaint

Please see attachments.I'm requesting a refund for my order at 4:36 pm today. My card was charged and by the time I reached the store, there were no blackened tenders. I was told to go on the app and request a refund. I've been having difficulties doing this. , I was billed prior to arriving at the shop. Than they told me that there wasn't any blackened tenders available. However, my account was billed. So I placed another order at a different location immediately thereafter. I'm requesting a refund on that order for which I was billed for. Is there a problem with this? I haven't been told that I would get a refund. Yes, i received reward points for the inconvenience but does this mean that I don't get a refund for the order that I have not received?Initial Complaint

Everytime I come to this location. Is always a bad experience. The food is terrible and when you try to ask for a refund its always an argument. So I have to keep the food that I'm not going to eat. 1/24/2025 placed order on app Went into store mgr said no orders for me existed but they charged my card. I had to reorder my food and she charged me another 50$ for a 10pc so Ive already spent 85$ for 10pc of chicken. Doesnt seem fair and right. Ive reached out to support and they wont help me either. Its not my fault the app glitched and just took my money and didnt produce my order. Its been very frustrating week to get a hold of anyone , no one wants to help me and it feel like no one cares. I placed a mobile order for my family. I was planning to pick it up in ******, **. However, upon placing the order I realized the location was incorrect. It was at a *** location. I quickly attempted to cancel, I filled out a form and emailed... even went by the store as it's a few blocks from where I work. I have not received any food or money in return for the money they took from my account. I was at the Popeyes located in ********************* on 1.26.2025. I presented a coupon code at the window and the attendant presented the wrong price. When I went around to the window the attendant stated the price and I handed them the coupon, The attendant returned and asked for my method of payment. I gave my card and she swiped it. She told me the receipt would be in the bag. When I got home the coupon had not been applied and I had been overcharged. Ordered multiple times for food delivery and every time there was items missing from my order. I went to buy chicken thru the drive thru and the total was $39 . When I got to the window the order was wrong as was the total . The lady fixed the order and adjusted the total which should have been $28.55 . I get my food and leave and drive back the 60 miles to my home . I checked my bank account and this woman charged me the $28.55 AND the $39 . I. Call Popeyes back right away. She told me she could not refund the $39 because she needed the credit card and I informed her that I lived 60 miles away and I was not driving back down there.. I filed a complaint with ****** online. They refused to issue a refund, but said they would give me some kind of voucher or some kind of bonus Popeye points or something to that effect . Basically what they did was charge me for $77 worth of chicken only gave me 28 they should not have charged my card two times and I want my $39 back..
