      Specified no bacon and workers covered the sandwich in bacon. My father went back to exchange the sandwich for one with no bacon and they gave one that caused my little sister to throw up 4 times since she ate it.

      Yesterday I went to Popeyes chicken told them I wanted fresh chicken sandwiches just pickle no mayonnaise. My husband is deathly allergic to eggs first shestuck the sandwiches in a bag like they were fresh. I told her I dont want old sandwiches. She said it would be 20 or 30 minutes. I watched her walk around the store. This is management around there and waited 15 minutes to drop the sandwiches, then I get home andthere is mayonnaise on both sides of the bread. Ive been trying to call them. Theres no answer because the phone acts like its busy and I in there quite a bit And its really upset me that that Popeyes is doing this and letting them get away with it.

      I consumed raw chicken that made me sick for several days from Popeyes Chicken in ****** Louisiana and I feel I have the right to expect that the food served to me at a restaurant is safe to eat and properly cooked. It is the responsibility of restaurants to ensure that they do not serve contaminated food. I went to speak to the manager and when I walked in tihe doors a smell of sewage greeted me as I entered Ive contacted them online no response I have pictures of the food I consumed I am still taking medication for nausea this and its been 6 days since this horrible incident on the fourth of ******* Thus place needs to be addressed and inspected by some authority

      I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered on 1/11/25 @ about 5:50pm. I asked for blackened strips. The order taker said "we don't have any". I said that's ok, I will pull around to the window anyway and I'll be needing the manager's contact info. When I got to the window, they "suddenly" had strips...So I paid. Then the cashier asked me to move up as it would be a 3 minute wait. There was a car directly in front of me already waiting, so I politely declined. There was also no one else in line behind me. The place was literally empty...The order taker **** then escalated the situation and got very frustrated, DEMANDING that I move and even threatened to call the police if I did not move. As the car in front of me was still there, I again declined. Then another male worker came to the window and cussed at me saying that I was "messing up their ***** times" and he also threatened to call the police....At this point I am completely confused by what is actually going on...I said again, that I was not moving. There is STILL a car waiting directly in front of me and NO ONE in line behind...At this point, they all walked away from the window and came back roughly 5 minutes later, **** started taking cash from the drawer and opened the window with a cash refund in hand. At this point, I had been there for over 10 minutes, PAID for strips, and NO ONE was behind me in line waiting. I was VERY confused... He started handing me money. I then asked for a receipt because I don't even know what I am owed. He DENIED. I asked what was going on with the strips. NO ANSWER. I asked for the manager/contact info. DENIED. I am guessing that I set off their tyrant gene...? I still have no clue what is wrong with these people and why they chose to act this way...These employees are aggressive, hostile, and completely unreasonable! I come here weekly. I believe it is ILLEGAL in *****, under the Business and Commerce Code ******* to refuse to provide a receipt when asked. I also have video.

      On 11/27/24 we ordered food from Popeyes. The food showed two hours later. It had been sitting in the delivery drivers car for an hour and a half. The driver told us they were sent to pick up other deliveries and they were delayed. I immediately contacted Popeyes for a refund. There automated system explained we would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. We never were contacted. Filed a complaint several more times over the last six weeks and still no response. Im owed $30 for the inedible food and awful service. They did not deliver on any of the products or services they advertised to us.

      Completed an online order through Popeyes website. When I went to pick the order up, the order was never received. The website can see I ordered through the chat, but cannot retrieve the order to establish a confirmation number. The order was charged to my credit card. I have reached out to the store several times. They are not answering the phone. The staff in the store say there is nothing they can do. I navigated through their online support and have only been directed to bots. I am no longer receiving communication. They have stolen my money. I never received any goods for my order. I just want this transaction reversed and want my refund.

      It's false advertising. They have this advertised for *****. But are charging 40 for the product. The manager would not even speak to the customers. The ********************** on ************** in ********* *******.

      ---- Forwarded Message -----From: ******* ****** <************************>To: ****************************************** <******************************************>Sent: Monday, January 6, 2025 at 05:35:42 PM PST Subject: complaint from 01/05/2025 7:00 PM I would like to file a complaint and request a refund of the $46.48 I spent there last night Sunday January 5 at 7:00 ********: Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen - *************************************** My complaint is as follows:Ordered 8 piece dark meat only mild flavor family meal with an additional large side order Did not receive a normal receipt showing amount spent.. received the attached as a receipt.Requested mild because I have acid reflux disease... they gave me spicy Requested red beans and rice as side order.. .it was lukewarm Requested mashed potatoes and gravy as 2nd large side order -- they were very good no issue with the mashed potatoes. You can subtract the cost of the mashed potatoes.I don't know the cost because I did not get a normal receipt. Requested dark meat only.. received 1 chicken breast which was dry. A customer picked up an internet order while I was waiting for my order. He check his order and told the manager he ordered dark meat and one of the pieces was a wing which was considered white meat. The manager stated quote " Popeye's considers wings as dark meat. I used my debit card and as stated above the total amount came to $46.48. Looking forward to having this issue resolved quickly.       On January 6, 2025 - I placed an order for a family meal, the fries were not fresh and the coleslaw was not full. I tried reaching out to Popeyes several times prior to making this complaint, that is why it is three days later that I am filing my complaint.
