      I preordered and prepaid a Thanksgiving turkey from Popeyes on November 3rd and was instructed to pick it up between November 18th and 22nd. When I arrived on November 22nd at Popeyes restaurant #***** in ***************, **, I was informed by the manager, **** *******, that they hadnt had turkeys available all month, even for preorders that were prepaid. The manager advised me to request a refund through the app. I have since attempted to contact customer support twice but have received no response.

      I tried to make a purchase to buy food and it was through Popeyes app and theres no way to talk to anybody on the phone. The only way to get in contact with customer service is through chat, which is a chat robot. I contacted them and let them know that I was charged three different times. I provided them with proof via email and they have yet to respond. This is not the first time this happened. This is the second time this happened with their app which was the first time December 2 now Im out of $48.90 and I have to proof that I will provide in this complaint.

      On August 27th,2024 I went to Popeyes and ordered a meal, and it wasn't to my satisfaction.. the manager ***** who I requested a refund because of the dry and cold food, instantly she had an attitude and she called the cops on me because of the request of my $12.50...I left the food at the store. I have my receipt and pics of the food left on the counter. the manager cursed at me and left the store so she wouldn't have to deal with anyone. I contacted Popeyes numerous times and they never responded to me about this matter.

      I was a customer ordering food, I heard the General Manager, ***** ******, call one of his employees slow & stupid. He was mistreating and talking to them like they was kids. I felt very uncomfortable about the situation because my daughter was going to work there. It is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

      --ISSUE 1 OF 2. NON-CAJUN TURKEY: This was a Sale under False Pretense I reported my Thanksgiving turkey with no "CAJUN FLAVOR" at all.n Cajun is bold, spicy and savory with a prominent heat from cayenne pepper and an earthy base from garlic.The internet documents that this has happened to others. I deserve a partial refund. - NO RESPONSE YET.--ISSUE 2. Of 2. Raw chicken at Thanksgiving eve. Receipt lost in bag. Debit card proof of purchase.********************************* was the location. I tried calling immediately to bring the chicken back. Location would not answer the phone. On Saturday afternoon, finally a manager answered and stated she was on leave. She could not locate the 11/27 order. She was very unprofessional stating she needed the chicken and receipt and hung up on me. ( I had to call back 2x. ) This with ultimate in rude treatment.Order:8 piece family meal 4 thighs spicy- raw inside 4 thighs- regular not eaten Red beans and rice.

      I ordered an eight piece chicken dinner without the sides thinking that biscuits came with it but when I got home, there wasnt the first one there very disappointed. very ****** off about this. Not looking for a monetary settlement

      I went to the restaurant and ordered a turkey for Thanksgiving. They took my payment and told me when to pick it up. I went on the day to pick it up and they said they did not have the turkey and would go to the ******* location to get it. They said they would call me when I can come pick it up. Hours passed and I did not receive a call and we had no ****** at thanksgiving. I went to the store today and no manager was there and no one would assist me even though I had a receipt.

      Today 11/27/2024 I paid for my items at 8:22 PM via the drive thru. The time is now 9PM and I have not received my food. I have called several times to the store and no one will answer. A young lady approached my car around 8:45 Pm offering me the wrong order. I am beyond upset. I went to the door and was ignored by a female worker. I want my money back and I want to file a complaint in the employee who refused to assist me.

      I through the drive-thru and ordered chicken and fries and asked for bbq (2x) drove up to the window, asked for bbq sauce again, with the intention on paying for the additional sauces. So, as I was pulling off I checked make sure I got what I ordered because the bag seemed light. I realize that this establishment put the loose fries in the bag at the bottom with the chicken box on top of the loose fries. I'm my opinion this is totally unacceptable. So I got back in to the lobby and simply stated, I asked for bbq sauce twice and you gave me nothing, and you have loose fries in a bag with a box sitting on top of them. I asked for a refund she denied to give me the refund then her and another woman proceeded to throw verbal assaults and literally say, " I'm not afraid of you". The manager instead of de-escalating the situation proceed to feed her belligerent worker. It was an unbelievable scene in an establishment. Either way, I ended up walking out and leaving the food after the manager told me to go to another Popeyes and see if they serve fries loose in the bag. I left the food at the establishment after being refused a refund

      As I was eating my food and decided to take a swig of my drink. I tasted and felt a pulpy type of texture as I was drinking and to my surprise as I took the lid off the drink, I could see black residue or maybe dead insects inside the cup I was drinking from. It made me sick to my stomach.
