I ordered a Cajun turkey from Popeyes on November 20th and I was told that it would take one to three business days. I was thinking that I would get it on this Monday and and I did not get it or waited till Tuesday I waited till Wednesday still no ****** I have all this tracking saying that is being shipped but I haven't received it this is very bad business for them they should not have an online site if they're not going to do delivery this is all false advertising then on top of that they said the turkey is $54.99 I end up paying $108.85. I was looking forward to be able to taste and see if it was good but of course I did not get it . It ruined my Thanksgiving and I would love to have my money back.Initial Complaint

Today Wednesday 2024/11/27 I came to Popeyes located on ***************************************** at 10:00pm to try and order through the drive thru, when I first pulled in I seen two employees on the window but I had to go around in order to get to the drive thru and then when I got to the speaker thing where you order I waited for about 10 minutes and started saying hello and nobody would answer, I went around to the window again where I had seen the two employees standing and I guess they just hid somewhere because they were nowhere to be found, even though their vehicles were still parked outside, now the hours roster they have online and the one the have at the window as well both say that the drive thru is open until 12:00 but I guess they just decided to not follow the rules. I then decided to park next to their vehicles and waited for them to come out. They closed the store and came out at 11:15, when they came out they looked at me and started laughing and then proceeded to get in their vehicle and drive off.Initial Complaint

Dear [Popeyes Customer Service/Manager's Name],I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the food I received during my recent visit to your restaurant. As a long-time fan of Popeyes, I was genuinely surprised and dissatisfied with the experience, which fell far below your usual ************** are the specific issues I encountered with my order:3pc Classic Chicken: The chicken was noticeably undercooked, with parts appearing raw. This poses a serious health risk and is unacceptable for a food establishment. Additionally, the chicken seemed old, lacking the freshness and signature crispness Popeyes is known for.Biscuit: The biscuit was dry and stale, far from the fluffy and buttery texture I expected.Fries: The fries were overly oily and clearly not fresh, tasting as though they had been sitting for some time before being served.This experience was disappointing and concerning, as I trust Popeyes to provide high-quality and safe meals. I ordered and paid for. Cajun Turkey from Popeyes chicken and biscuits for the amount of $78.74 when I went to pickup the turkey was told by employees and manager store and District that they were only given 4 turkeys and they can not refund my monies because it was on the app, I have tried calling customer service no answer they send me to a support team which is an automated voice but tells me someone will contact me its been 5 days and no one has contacted me or respond to emails and I have not received my refund. I found that the meal I got has an uncooked chicken with the blood still within the meat and when I ask the cashier to change those pieces for me with a well cooked one they show me a hostile attitude and one of the employee give me the fingerInitial Complaint

Date of transaction 11/22/2024 Amount of money ***** The business failed to provide me information that there were out of a certain item and decided to charge for it anyways, upon coming back after finding out that the order was not complete the man with tattoos on his arms and his coworkers laughed at my frustration and told me good luck figuring it out at the time they were covering name tags so I could not get a name.I am unable to get this issue resolved immediately as their support line is nothing but robots. I do not want to talk to a robot I want to talk to a human.The person at the business itself did not want to resolve the issue and did not want to issue a refund on the item that was not given. We spent almost 50 dollars on a family meal and they gave us the wrong items, it was late at night they just subbed things and didnt even ask us. we complained on the chat and they could care less! i want a refund or Gift card to make up for this .. unnaceptable. I bought a turkey from on the Popeyes website. They gave me pickup date range of Nov *****nd. I went every single day and they kept telling me they dont have any and are trying to get more from other stores. The manager suggested I contact customer service in the mean time. I contacted customer service on the ********************** website on the 20th and it is now the 25th and they have not called me, as they said they would. can y'all just close this location , so something else can be open there with workers who actually want to work. This location is the only location who is rude and doesn't want to work , It is 11:16 on 11/25/24 am and the worker already says the have a 20 minute wait on chicken , 7 min tenders and only take cash , which they do that alot. didn't even let me complete my order just kept asking if I have cash. Once maybe a month ago, i went inside and it was only 2 workers and i waited over 30 minutes just to place my order. WE need a restaurant in the area with workers who actually want to work and not just be collecting a check . Also only taking cash payments is crazy , PLEASE DO BETTER OR CLOSE IT DOWN , next stop will be the Better business bureau
