I was treat badly and I wear a gm and they had me working over 100 every 2 week. I placed an order at 5.45pm online the money was taken out of my account. the company website shows my order was ready for pickup. At 6.30pm the so called manager has me standing waiting and tells me they never received my order. I dont believe that, i have had many other issues at this restaurant. The amount of money paid for the quality of food and the amount that is given. The prices are outrageous and are unacceptable. These fast food restaurants are all over charging which is called gouging and is illegal in the state of ********. All consumers demand these prices be reevaluated, lowered and explained why people are being robbed at a drive-thru window at a fast food restaurant. Fast food means fast food and should be low prices. I can remember when a cheeseburger was 49 cents at **********. These prices are absolutely ridiculous and these owners should be jailed for theft. $14 for a chicken sandwich fries and a Coke. These b******* should be hanged in a public setting.Initial Complaint

I placed a mobile order for pickup at 11:43. I drove 20 minutes on my break to pick up my food. I went thru drive thru and saw a sign that said closed for repairs I thought it was just the drive thru so I went to pull around and saw the signs on the door as well. I attempted to call the store numerous times and each time the phone just rung. I then started a chat with support to resolve the issue. I stated the store was closed and I didnt not receive my food. They offered a coupon which I did not want, I wanted a full refund because I didnt not receive what I paid for. They said they would escalate the issue. I received a email about 5 minutes later stating the same thing that they could only offer a coupon as a resolution. I stated why **** a refund an option as I paid for my food and the store was closed and that they have mobile ordering on for people to place orders. They said they would send the issue to another agent . Three hours later around 2:40 I received an email asking me to provide a photo of the sign. I emailed back highly upset because it took them three hours to respond and on top of that why would I take a picture of a closed sign. I would think support would resolved it since they had an option for me not receiving my food because the store was closed. I even attempted to call the store back and now its just the dail tone as of the took the phone off the hook. What I thought was a simple fix is now being dragged to be so complicated and difficult when all I wanted is a refund for food I paid for and did not receive.Initial Complaint

On Saturday, May 10th I placed an order to this restaurant at 11:13pm to pick up at 11:30pm. The hours of operation are until midnight. However, when I arrived, the employees were cleaning up and I was told they closed early for short staffing and to contact via the app for a refund. Note, I was never acknowledged by a staff member working, only by an employee leaving who was in the parking lot and yelled to me they were closed. On the app, they refuse to refund my money or investigate because I didnt take a photo that the store was closed. I was offered a coupon of $20 for an order that totaled $33.07. I have been arguing for three days about trying to get a simple refund for an order that was never made or picked up, and continue to get lack of response or a lack of resolution from their agents. I realize its such a minor amount, and only $33.39 but it shouldnt be this difficult or have taken this long to still not receive a simple ********* you can see from my email thread, I contacted them at 11:43pm, still before their closing time, requesting the refund and have not yet been offered a fair resolution.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase in the drive-thru and when the worker in the window asked for my payment, he presented his cell phone to collect my digital payment. I refused and he made comment that I would still get my food. I completed the purchase, but now I am concerned my digital data has been compromised. 5/9/2025 at 3:29PM, Popeyes #***** has completely gotten our order wrong, then proceeded to refuse to correct our order. The total amount we spent was *****. We had to settle with the food we got, even though its not the order we asked for. This has happened many times now and it has got to stop. Most of the workers play around and talk, weve even been forgotten before when we were asked to pull up and wait for our food to cook because they were chatting up a storm and forget we were outside waiting.
