      I placed an mobile order for an INSIDE PICK UP on Sept 28, 2023 for a chicken sandwich, 6 wings combo sweet and spicy and additional sauce I paid .85 for. When I arrived to get my food, the doors were locked. The drive thru had a long line. I was confused on how I was going to get my food that I paid for. I then called them and was pulling around to the side of the drive thru at the same time, to get the employees attention by waving my hand and yelling across to them telling them that I placed an order and how I would get my food. I had to yell my name out for everyone in the line to hear which was ghetto and embarrassing. I Had no choice in this matter. When my food was brought out to me, it was missing my chicken sandwich and the sauce I paid extra for. I then called them back, asked for a manager. I explained to the manager that some of my food was missing and why if the chicken sandwich was the first item on the list. She hung up on me, so I got out the car to walk to the door to see if they were going to bring me the rest of my food. That's when the manager came out with the missing food. I told her that it was unprofessional and rude to hang up on customers. I also asked her if they could read because, the sandwich was listed but wasn't made. I told her that I would be contacting corporate, she become an smart ***, saying that they were franchise as if I still could not do a complaint. Then she mumbled some as she walked off. I said well if there no corporate for this location, then I'll bell contacting Consumers Affairs and the BBB so here we are today.

      10/04/2023 7:26 p.m..Paid nothing 10/05/2023 2:55 p.m.I have tried to call Popeyes to speak to someone about a problem. I have called both numbers they have listed. One is disconnected and the other is just a run around press this button and press this button then back to the beginning. Im starting to assume that the people who work they can treat customers ever how they want and not worry about any repercussions.

      My husband and I visited popeyes store #**** 0n September 19, 2023 , at 3:27 pm. We went through the drive thru. My order was #**. I ordered 2 -3 piece chicken combos, which came to *****. when I got home and looked at the chicken I couldn't believe how it looked as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for at least an hour or more. Having not eaten all day, I decided to try and eat it anyway. My husband and I ate one piece each and it was horrible. The chicken tasted like hay, it was so dried out, and it was just barely warm. I had to meet with a contractor at 4pm at my home or I would've returned it for a refund. I can't believe popeyes would sell such terrible tasting chicken.

      Order some food from Popeyes. They gave me plain rice and expose been red beans and rice, spicy two piece chicken, and it was not spicy breast and thigh very unhappy with Popeyes.

      09/25/2023 6:33PM Store#***** Amount Charged $16.35 Change received $3.57 Host ******** I was shorted .08 cents change. When asked about the shortage, I was told My BadI asked to speak to a manager about the shortage & was yelled @ & told to have a nice day. I never received my correct change.

      9/24/2023 After reviewing my drive-thru order at home I seemed to be missing items. I was not given a receipt so I called and was told that it was "impossible" for me to be missing the items. I returned and an associate clarified what came with each combo meal and I thanked him for clearing it up. I asked for a refund because I was upset that I was basically called a liar over the phone. The manager came out and was immediate rude, sassy and unprofessional. He kept trying to antagonize and instigate a fight. I kept asking him to stop trying to fight with. I told him I was only upset for being called a liar and that I wanted a refund. At least 3 times I asked him to stop and just give me a refund. Because he wouldn't I asked for the corporate number. At that point he refused to give me a refund, handed the bags back to me and told me to leave. He also refused to give me the phone number, nor would he give me his name. He had taken off his name badge. So I said "fine, just give me my receipt". At that point he ripped up my receipt and threw it on the ground. I am legally *********** my receipt. I called 911. While on the phone a customer started screaming right into my face and yelled at me to "get the f*** out". I stood there for 15 or **************************************************************************** While I waited 2 other people came in with errors to their drive-thru orders. He was also rude and sassy to them. I called 911 a second time to ask if a deputy was coming. The manager finally handed me my original receipt that I was not given when I went through the drive through. I asked why he couldn't have just done that the first time. I told him that that was the worst customer service I had ever had. He shooed me away saying I was just one person, he didn't care because I was just one person.

      I went to our local Popeyes on opening day. I ordered through the drive-thru. When I got home I realized this was not what I paid for. They gave me someone elses order. I immediately called the store. The manager on duty, ****, said to just bring my receipt next time I come and she would give us the correct meal free of charge. I told her I could come in and just do a price adjustment today. She said, since were so overrun with business today because its opening day just come in next time you are in the area and well give you your order. I agreed to do that. But when I went in yesterday, Sept 24, and presented the current manager with the correct receipt(which I didnt get but paid for) and the inaccurate receipt (which was taped to the bag and wasnt what I paid for), he told me he didnt know any manager named **** and it had been too long he couldnt make the situation right. My order was placed Aug 3rd. The reason for not returning to eat their sooner was I was out of town with family issues. So, basically, I have been stolen from. The order I received was a kids meal and a chicken classic combo. This order cost much less than what I had paid for. I am asking for the original order cost of $25.65 be returned to my credit card and because of the aggravation for what I am having to go through to make this right, I am complemented the wrong order free of charge. I just want this made right. My experience so far with Popeyes at this location has been so poor it gives our family no desire to patronized their restaurant.

      I arrived at the Brooklyn, **(*****/******) restaurant on Saturday, August 19, 2023, approx, 7:30pm to a restaurant that was very dirty and unkept. I went to the counter to make my purchase of a three piece chicken meal in the amount of $10.81. The restaurant was empty with no patrons. I ask of the associate to please clean the table since I wanted to dine in. He was African American/black American in his late 50s. He came to the table with a dirty towel and threw the content on the table to the floor and walked away. I then requested of his name and refused and did not respond and I proceeded to ask for the manage and he indicated that he was the manager. He was very rude an unprofessional. I then ask and requested my money back and he refused and I left the food there and walked out. I did not want to continue and engaging with this person since I was becoming very upset. This experience has left me quite disturbed of the lack of professionalism and lack of respect of the Popeyes chain of stores since I have tried the text method an numerous phone calls to file my complaint to no avail; therefore, this is the reason for this email.

      Today ***** said we have no chicken. We said ok. So expecting them to drop chicken we called and said is ya chicken ready. ***** said. We drop chicken as it comes. I said I didn't say that. But can u drop chicken now we on the way back to u. She said no you must pay first. If she would have said that then she wouldn't have wasted my times or productive. She also was very rude unpleasant and never said she was sorry for not explaining it correctly. I came in and waited for my chicken. As I seen her tell other customers they don't have chicken yet instead of telling them that chicken is made to order today. greasy

      On August 23rd at approx 6:20 PM I placed a drive thru order which was wrong to the point where I was unable to eat it due to dietary restrictions and I wasn't given the receipt by staff. The phone for the location in question was shut off when I attempted to call which prompted me to reach out online about the matter and send a screenshot of my online bank statement confirming the purchase. The responses were extremely slow and a $15 credit was offered which didn't appear after setting up an account with their site as they claimed then the issue as immediately closed. After reaching out, it was fixed and I discovered this would require me to spend over $15 was offered which is in extremely bad faith as they effectively want me to spend more money when I should have to when a company makes grievous errors. They said that the franchisee would be in contact and would evaluate the matter only for me to receive no response. When brought up, they recommended I return to the store which is an unsound recommendation due to how it can cause potential undue duress amongst staff members who may not have been there. The entire time, the Franchisee was never in contact about the situation and the support ceased responding after I mentioned this. In light of the grievous failures, both the ** and Franchisee need to address this immediately.
