      9/19/23 I ORDERED THRU MOBILE APP AT 8:00PM... 1.) ITS SAYS PICK UP ORDER INSIDE STORE OK DOORS LOCKED THEN I PROCEED TO DRIVE THRU LONG LONG LINE. 2.) THE WAIT IS JUST RIDICULOUS I MADE IT TO THE WINDOW AT 9:00PM EXACTLY WHY I WAITED CAUSE MY FOOD WAS ALREADY PAID FOR 3.) GET TO THE WINDOW JUST TO GET ASKED TO PULL UP OK IF THE STORE IS SHORT STAFF SOMEONE SHOULD OF BEEN NOTIFIED. 4.) I GET BACK TO WORK JUST TO EAT SOME COLD COLD MASH POTATES..THEN I HAD TO GET DOUBLE CAUSE THE STORE WAS OUT OF MAC AND CHEESE AND MY BREAST WAS SPICY..IF I WASNT GONE FOR OVER AN HOUR I COULD OF CHECKED MY FOOD..BUT I WAS ******* TO GET BACK TO WORK...I CALLED THE STORE OH LOCATION IS *****************..       On 09.02.23 I went through the drive thru of Popeyes, drove the 15 mins home and went to eat my meal. I ordered Popcorn Shrimp/Chicken Tender Combo.My popcorn shrimp had plastic in it. Plastic! I took to ******* because I have found companies to be more responsive that way. Via DM, I provided pictures of proof, along with the receipt. I asked for a refund. I know it was a manufacturing issue, wasn't done by an employee, no malicious intent towards me as an individual. The ******* team response was to ask me to download the app and tell me they would provide me coupons for future use. I don't want the app. I received an email from the Compliance Metrix team with case number ****** thanking me for bringing the plastic to their attention, but not offering a refund or resolution. I threw my meal out. Would you eat the plastic? I tried to respond to the email, only to be met with a this email is not monitored and you won't receive a further response.I went back to the DM On *******, asking for a valid email. As of this writing, that request has not been responded to, so after 4 days, I called the corporate 877 number. That is nothing but automation, and the only way to get a response is to agree to a text, which is then met with a robotic team and questions. It's impossible to speak to someone. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund when I have submitted all the proof. Popeyes, your customer service is horrible. Not having a valid phone number for someone to speak to a live person, not having a valid email for customer resolution, not receiving timely responses via social media, and only offering a robotic team via text - you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is NOT okay.Please, just refund my money. That's it - that is all I want - a simple resolution that should have been able to be resolved a couple weeks ago without going through hoops.

      Every time I visit the Popeyes restaurant drive thru at ********************************************************* I am asked to pull up to the front of the store and someone will bring my food out. Today I stated I would not move as I entered the drive thru and would like to receive my food instead of waiting around front. Last time, I waited around front while they served other customers. I was told they are being timed and needed to get out of line. I have never heard of this practice but you should remove timed drive thrus if franchises arent going to act with integrity to make the numbers. I would not have advised my customer that the reason they have to get out of line is so they can fake as if I left already. I just wanted to let corporate know this is happening as this is bad practice. I hope they dont receive incentive for making customer get out of line to stop the timer. I already received a refund and a $5 coupon from customer service so I am not requesting anything further. Terrible customer service. I was told since I didnt want to move out of the drive thru- they would refund my money. I gladly accepted my money back. Wont visit that location again.

      I placed an order online. When I arrived to the store to pick up my order, the associate said that the store didnt have the items I wanted. The associate stated because I placed the order on the app they couldnt refund me my money it had to done thru the app. The manager on duty and myself both tried to navigate the app and was not successful in getting me a refund.. the app stated I could get a $5.00 credit. I want all my money returned to my card, not store credit.

      I was given a ***** Popeye's Gift Card for my Birthday it was purchased on May 25, 2023 at the ******* on paseo and ******* in *********** **********.I tried to use it several times at the Popeyes in ********** off of 528, they said it does not work at all, not that it is in valid, or not activated or no monies on card just that it does not work. So I said what can you do can I speak to a manager at the time no one on site as a manager. So I went to the Popeye's in *********** at Cottonwood, same thing cannot use it so happens the District manager was there on Thursday 08/24/2024 name is Jorque he stated it has not worked for weeks they wanted me to go all over *********** to see if it will work anywhere else, that is crazy not going to drive all over ***********. So I tried calling it stated I can chat. with someone in customer support I just loops back and forth with same number same website after I text to state how can I get the ***** back. Go to WEB Site to ask I get no where at all just back to the ************** chat no one responds just keeps giving you the message to submit a request please visit www.popeyes.com/suppot I go there fill out it just keeps stating ok me thinking they got it but I have not received any responses as all from them. I am handicap 71 not trying to cheat anyone just want to be able to get an answer and/or refund on honestly I have tried so many times especially in ********** and just tired of the run around.For all I went through I would really like an additional ***** added to the refund for a total ******.

      Today 9/14/23 I visited Popeyes on ********************************************************** ** ***** I got a two can dine deal 12piece sweet and spicy wings and 2 bacon and cheese classic chicken sandwiches. I get home and realize I was given 2 regular chicken sandwiches no bacon or cheese I try to call the store ofcourse their phone is out of service I reach out on the app was told nothing could be done because I paid in cash instore offered me *************************************************************************************************************************** person. I'm angry because this isn't the first time this has happened once recently with these same sandwiches I made it specific I make it specific everytime I go that the people consuming these sandwiches are allergic to pickles so please no pickles or juice or anything what do I get Pickles! Even though on the receipt it says NO PICKLES! I had to travel back to the store to get it corrected like are the people making these sandwiches illiterate? Also why can't I trust that my food will be made correctly I literally have to triple check before I leave the store????? That's ridiculous I'm no longer going to Popeyes I'm done! Also I have photos of sandwiches and my receipt but BBB is saying my files are too big

      Popeyes in ********* ** tells customers that two small sides equals one large side and substitutes two small sides for one large side regularly as they did to me Tuesday , Sept 12, 2023. However, this is inaccurate. A small side is 7oz and a large side is 16oz. Therefore, two small sides equals 14oz NOT 16oz. Cheating customers out of 2oz. A large side costs $3.00 per 16oz or ***** cents per oz thus fraudulently over charging customers by **** cents every time a Popeyes subs 2 smalls sides for a large. **** cents does not seem like a lot. However, we are talking about thousands of customers over the course of days, weeks or years. Therefore, is fraud. Plain and simple. On evening mentioned above, this was brought to the attention of the said Popeyes manager and she completely dismissed me. This needs to be stops. Popeyes corporate needs to address this fraudulent practice or a lawsuit should be filed. Stopping fraudulent practices that deceive customer should be a concern of all consumers.

      I visited Popeyes on September 8, 2023. I ordered my food through the drive thru. I noticed I fish odor, but thought it my came from the seafood they sell. I got home, I ate the chicken breast and my daughter ate the leg. She tasted it and had to spit it out. I smelled it and it was spoiled. I contacted the manager and took it back. My entire order was about $20, he only refunded for the chicken which was $10. The manager wouldnt even smell the chicken so I ask another customer to smell it and he also said it smells spoiled. The manager on duty didnt even offer the whole refund nor offered any complimentary for my inconvenience.

      They gave me a wrong order, charged me $14.76 from my debit card,gave me a cash receipt for those $14.71 but charged $21.70 to my debit account.

      I went to buy at the Popeyes **** store, they are the worst in every way, the manager is terrible, the food is super bad, the chicken is raw and super slow, the chairs and the store in general are dirty! I would never eat there
