      The popeyes located ***************** by far is the slowest and nastiest location ever and they never have honey or other condiments the wall are so dirty and filthy. The staff was severely understaffed and why does this occur in black neighborhoods only. 9/5/2023 the two young men working there deserve a raise they did the best they could with what they had. Have a hiring fair or something

      I visited this Popeyes to purchase chicken for my kids, upon arriving home and preparing to feed my kids I noticed the chicken was uncooked(Dangerous) I called and spoke to a manager named ****** he told me this was his first complaint, I said what is that supposed to mean? He told me to load my kids up and bring them back to return the chicken. I advised that was an inconvenience that I traveled there sat in the line and paid for raw inedible chicken. I asked for the number to corporate he told me he didn't have it and wasn't helpful at all. I'm requesting a full refund of the $21.29 I spent for raw chicken and $32.18 for having to order my hungry kids something edible to eat as they were extremely hungry. Just because there's a line and a wait that's absolutely no excuse to serve chicken that's not thoroughly cooked. I'm extremely disappointed and sure I'm not the only customer that encountered this.

      i WENT TO POPEYES LOCATED AT **************************************************** I PLACED AN ORDER WHEN I RECEIVED MY ORDER IT WAS COLD. I ASKED FOR HOT FOOD AND A BISCUIT. THEY TOLD ME IF I WANT FRESH FOOD I NEED TO PULL OVER. SO I DID I WAITED **************************************************************************************************************************** I WAS NOT WAITING LONG AND IT DOES NOT MATTER IF I WAIT 20 OR 30 MINUTES CAUSE I WANTED FRESH FOOD SO I NEEDED TO WAIT. THEY BROUGHT MY FOOD 5 MINUTES LATER AND SAID A BISCUIT IS NOT INCLUDED IN A COMBO ORDER AND WAS VERY RUDE. THEY DID NOT EVEN PROVIDE CUTLERY TO EAT THE **** POTATOES WITH. AM I SUPPOSE TO EAT IT WITH MY HANDS? SO I LEFT WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR A CREDIT FOR THE FUTURE

      August 25, **** i went to Popeyes ***** Kuykendanl rd Spring ** *****, I order 2 Ghost Peppers, the sign in front of the building was advertersing Ghost Pepper Wings back $****, and Spicy Wings $****, I order 2 ghost peppers, beans and rice and fries. I sat in the restuarant to eat, when I left I noticed the special bright and bold on the build board Ghost Peppers wings are back $****, i went back into the restaurant and talk with **** she says she was the manager I told her you charged me **** for each order and it should have been ****, she told me I was wrong I told her look at the build board in bright colors stating Ghost pepper wings are **** and the spicy wings ****, she told me no she didnt care what the board said the register was correct and charged me *****, i then asked for corporate contact she told me she didnt have it, she told me you already ate the food now you complaining I said I am not complaining about the food the fact that you over charged me and refused to give me my difference back, this place is horrible Popeyes has no way of contacting them I will pursue this further to let everybody know that I was over charged and was refused my refund I want my money back and someone from corporate to contact me at ************

      Never receive my order . I order from their app and when I arrived half order was not available . The cashier told me I could cancel the order on the app. Popeyes refused to give me a refund and tried to give me points that dont add up to the money I spent. Billion dollar industry taken advantage of working class people.

      Yes few months ago I went thru drive thru ordered 12 piece chicken meal. Chicken was overcooked. And sides were not good either. Mash potatoes were very dry. And biscuit dry too. Don't have recipes sadly. But I'm a loyal customer many years now. Hope can help.

      I ordered from the Popeyes app on 08/23/2023. Popeyes uses DoorDash to deliver their orders. The driver called me to say he was at my door but I did not find him anywhere. When he told me the address he was at, I realized that he was actually no where close to my home. He marked it as delivered even though he did not actually deliver the food to me. I was on the phone with the driver for almost 10minutes, with him explaining to me that it was not his fault ******** gave him the wrong address. But it was his fault that he marked it as delivered, because now Popeyes believes that I got my food when I did not receive it. I have no idea where the food was supposedly delivered to. I've been trying to get in contact with support about my most recent order but the support chat is broken. *** tried emailing different addresses to get a response but I still have not heard back from them. Its been almost a week now. Ive attached screenshots of the broken chat and emails Ive sent to Popeyes with no response back.

      They need to be shut down with all the complaints they get I ordered food from them I did not receive and now Im going back and forth trying to get my money back and they got the nerve to no ask me for a picture of the food and they do not purposely have a **** number to call

      I made a $181.85 purchase on the online app yesterday 8/20/23 for the ***** govenors hwwy ************ ******** Location. The online App showed everything I was ordering was available there and as soon as pulled up to the drive thru I was told my order was canceled out. Ive been ignored now for a 1 day but I was assisted on the second order I placed for $***** and they happily refunded me the ***** that I have to 3-5 days on but now Im not being helped for the bigger order that I placed. Cant call and talk to a representative everything is done through automated system when you call their number along with text messages and Im still being ignored through texting and emails. They had no problem charging my card $181.85 but now it seems like they dont want to give it back to me. I cant even escalate the issue to a corporate supervisor because I cant talk to anybody on the phone. App is inaccurate, and customer support service is terrible. I have attached screenshots on being ignored and also my receipt.

      On 8/15/23 we went thru the drive thru of Popeyes, we waited in the parking lot as instructed. Waited 30 minutes and the employee stated it was on the way three times. There were no employees that were willing to help us. We left as there was a homeless person in the parking lot going around to all the cars and no employees to help the situation. I would like my money refunded $29.11. I have reached out to the franchise owner with no response.
