      I went to the Popeyes located in ***********, **. I ordered and went to use my gift card, and was promptly told they dont accept gift cards, that theyve never accepted gift cards, because they dont have a reader that will allow them to accept gift cards. What type of business doesnt accept gift cards?! I have a $25 gift card with only one local Popeyes and its useless to me.

      We placed an order on March 11, 2023 on the mobile app drove 30 min to go pick it up but they closed early at 6:00 pm EST when they was supposed to be open until 11:00 pm EST. When we arrived to pick up order there was a note on drive thru speaker that they were closed early at 6:00 pm due to shortage of staff. We wasn't able to pick up the order and still haven't received the refund of $6.42 almost a month later. This is unacceptable and this company should be held liable as this should be illegal to keep our money even though we was not able to pick up the order. Furthermore, it's absolutely ludicrous that we have contacted corporate numerous times by phone and email but still haven't been able to get the refund. This is a completely messed up process to have to go through all of this for a refund when the order should have been canceled automatically when we wasn't even able to pick it up. I am filing a complaint due to all the trouble trying to get this refund and I'm hoping that this never happens to anyone else. I would like the refund plus they should compensate me for all my trouble fighting for over a month to get it and for a wasted trip to pick it up as well as a wasted trip to other locations two other times where were were also closed early. My kid is autistic and very upset he wasn't able to get the order so I tried two other times to go to another location the night before on March 10 and the same night March 11 and they was also closed early. They are making it seem as if we are trying to scam them out of our refund when in actuality they are the ones that are trying to rip us out of our money when we wasn't even able to pick up the order. Hopefully this will help to get back our refund ASAP. Thanks

      ************************************************** came to this location on 4/8/23 around 9 pm. I brought my son 5 pierces chicken tenders. We went home and my son found hair on his food. The cashier didnt give me no receipt. I came to the restaurant tonight to speak to his manager. I even try to call last night but the store phone wasnt working. Manager told me she cant do anything. I have my card transaction from my bank.

      It was in March 2023.I was inside ordering some Chicken,( I am from ** and I like the chicken the best of all the Chicken chains)However here in ********** I had my hands folded on the counter ordering and I watched a ***** crawl across the counter over my hands and back onto the counter and crawl away.I saw another crawling ** in front of the counter. Need I see more!

      On February 9th, I went into Popeyes and ordered two meals. As I was eating my chicken, I noticed a dead fly on my chicken. I look all over the box and I found another fly on the inside of the chicken box on the Popeyes wax paper as well. The fly on the box was smashed with blood on it. Ive called customer service over 10 times, still havent spoke to a manager.

      Location: ******************************************************* I ordered Popeyes through Doordash on Monday 4/3/23. I was missing some items from my order so I called Popeyes about the issue. The person I spoke was the manager and was very disrespectful and said they couldn&#**;t do anything about it. I offered to come in with my order and receipt but he still insisted there wasn&#**;t anything he could do.

      Went to the business in ************, ** on 04/02/2023 at about 6:14 pm. Upon pulling up to the business there was an advertisement poster in the window showing "The Shrimp Tackle Box" for $6.00, the poster showed, shrimp, fries, a biscuit, and a drink; I pulled into the drive through and ordered the shrimp tackle box, they didnt ask what I wanted to drink which seemed oddI thought but maybe the staff was new and they would rectify at the window. I Was told that would be $6.53, when I got to the window they took my money I told them I wanted Iced tea to drink, they took 3 minutes to give me my change never got a receipt, they then instructed me I needed to pull around to the front and wait for them to bring my order. 10 minutes later a bag of food came out no drink the kid said it didnt have a drink also still no receipt, I figured it's just a drink oh well I guess I dont need it. I started my drive home, now when I had taken the bag from the kid I thought to myself this feels light but sat it on the seat beside me anyways. Got to a red light decided to look into the box, the box only had 8 shrimp in it. So I called to complain, the "manager" told me there was nothing he could do and he didn't know why the poster was wrong but the register only has the option for the 8 shrimp. He then hung up on me, I tried to call back and they refused to answer the phone. Not only are they false advertising from what the poster shows to what I got which I was told was accurate according to their register, they refuse to make it right.

      The original date of the online order was 01/21/23. I've reached out to customer support 5X up to 2/28/23 with only the promise of resolution from the restaurant that has yet to happen.I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru lane to be told that I needed to pick up my order NEXT DOOR at a building that was still under construction. It was only accessible by going inside and I was in a wheelchair. There was NO handicap ramp and the sidewalk was not completed at the time. There was no way for me to retrieve my order that had been paid for and I ended up tipping a stranger to bring my food out to me. It was obvious that the food had been prepared earlier as it was all cold and the biscuits had turned into rocks. I blew the horn repeatedly but I was unable to get the employee to come out. I repeatedly reached out to bring attention to the *** violations and my money being wasted, but my contacts continue to be ignored.

      I just left the Popeyes in *********** **. I ordered a flounder sandwich an 2 legs I paid they told me to drive around to the other door on the other side of the store an somebody will bring it out. So I drove around an saT their sat their an say their 45 minutes so at this point I was mad so I go in an ask the lady what's taking so long she ask what I ordered so I told her she turned around an grabs it off the shelf an said I was fixing to bring it out. So I get it go back to my truck thinking I was fixing to get a hot meal an omg was cold....
