I went to Popeyes on February 23 and got charged 3 times. Since then, I have called the store with no answer, called corporate with no help. Ive emailed multiple times the store and the district manager with no answer.Initial Complaint

Today march 11 2023 this is not the first time I ordered chicken and it was raw. I noticed it when I got home. This is not OK. This is not the first time it happens. The employees dont care. I ordered a larges chicken strip meal with fries double fries and it was expensive for my meal to be raw chicken and the fires were cold. This happens all the time last time I got a chicken sandwich and it was wrong. also not OK people will get sick like this. Nobody seems to care *** contacted them and nobody has contacted me back its not the first time he keeps on happening. I thought I would give them another try and it still going on. This is not OK they should not even be operating if they dont know how to cook chicken the only thing they have on their menu.!Initial Complaint

At *********, ** franchise:-We drove up through the drive-tru on March 7th,2023 @ 19:40 (Place should be open until 21:00 and display an ''OPEN'' sign on the front door.)-We waited a little bit, waiting to hear someone from the speaker, we could only hear music playing -we drove up to the window and we could clearly see two employee cleaning and washing the kitchen. Even after after we ''eye-contact" with one of the employee, still no service. until a couple minutes later one of them finally open the window. After confirming we were there to order and that they were actually open, the employee told us their Interact machine was out of service and close the window without waiting to know that we actually wanted to pay cash.Basically, we have been denied service while the restaurant employees agreed they were open and could take an order if paid with cash but made it impossible to us to actually order anything even with cash money. It was my sister birthday, and we planned on going there for dinner for a long time. We were both really disappointed to be denied this dinner on a special day.Initial Complaint

On February 13th 2023@2:10 Store#***** Ticket # *** Total$25.17 I was asked after paying in drive thru to park in lot and wait for food. After waiting 12 minutes I walked in restaurant where the manager recognized me and instead of addressing me, she addressed the kitchen and they said they were waiting on chicken. After two more minutes came out, they were now waiting on fries.Meanwhile three more cars went through the drive through while my child was alone in the car outside.17 minutes went pass till I got my order, with no remorse.I would like accordingly on this matter?Initial Complaint

I purchased three meals via the drive-through at the Popeyes location in ********* **********. One of the meals was missing when I got home. I try to obtain a refund via email through the company. They replied that they would as in gesture of Goodwill offer me 500 points to my Popeyes rewards. I said that would not cover the cost of a refund and requested at least **** points instead. She said she would escalate the matter and I would hear back from another representative within 24 to 48 hours. That was 48 hours ago, and I have heard nothing back.Initial Complaint

I was given a meal that was improperly packaged. The side dishes I ordered were sealed with large fountain drink cup tops instead of tops, causing them to spill over into the bag and ruining the meal. I contacted the restaurant, however due to closing hours, the young man I spoke with by the name of *********, advised me to call the next day to speak with a manager. He offered to replace the meal, but I declined and asked for a full refund. I also asked if I would need to bring the food back, he said no. I informed him that I would take a picture anyways and he said thats ok but most likely wont be necessary. He said the manager should be able to issue the refund with no problem. I called the next day and was refused a refund. The manager yelled unnecessarily over the phone and continued to be rude and aggressive. He said I needed to bring the food back and that a picture would not suffice. He would not let me get a word in and continued to over talk me. I just want my money back so that I can go about my life instead of causing confrontation.Initial Complaint

Receive a coupon on the 25th in the mail so we decided to use it at a nearby Popeyes. First issue the manager stated they did not honor the coupon because it wasn't right. Then she returned me to a different coupon. However it wasn't nothing that I wanted from that coupon. To keep from the argument I ordered a piece with size I was charged $20 without trying to cater of what I want. A bad experience false advertising of coupon and I spent way more that I intend to for something I necessarily did not want.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order for the local Popeye's at **************************************************************************** on February 23, 2023, right around 7:00 pm. I ordered what turned out to be two small pieces of chicken, a biscuit, two small drinks, a spicy chicken sandwich which looked NOTHING like the photo, and I thought I asked for red beans and rice, but it turned out that I mistakenly ordered Cajun fries. These items, which cannot really feed any more than 1 average adult, cost me $18.64. Hardly a bargain. I chose to go inside and pick it up around 7:35 pm. One thing I noticed immediately is that the young lady working the register seemed unusually gruff and crabby towards the customers in line. By the time she reached me, I handed her the confirmation paper I had in my hand, told her my name twice, and when she retrieved my order, she gave me ***********. Now, I never eat Cajun fries, ever. Every time I went to this same location, I get the red beans and rice. I asked her nicely (as nice as you would ask someone to "please, excuse me) " "I do not recall ordering Cajun fries, may I have some red beans and rice instead?" It almost seemed as if she barked at me, "you ordered the Cajun fries" Hardly, hardly not worth arguing about. I admit I could have made a mistake. It happens. Never used the online app before. So I replied, "I understand, my error, but if possible, I would like some red beans and rice instead of Cajun fries. She then walked away, tossed the Cajun fries back into the metal bin got me a container that somebody put two spoonful's of beans in and FORGOT the rice, and guess what! That was my side. She said "have a good night" but her tone sounded more like "please get out of my face!" The whole interaction was totally, totally opposite of customer service. Feb 14th 2023 i Ordered a 16 piece tender family meal $54.85 i ordered a 16 piece tender meal and i only got 14 pieces the food was cold i want them to refund me the full price
