      I went to the Popeyes location in ***********, ** on 01/25/2023 around 7pm and the rudeness from the staff was horrible . The unprofessionalism was outrageous. I waited 25 minutes for spicy chicken and fries and they gave my food to other customers . The employee named ****** was rude not following the manager orders and lying to the manager that I drunk my drink and not giving me a full refund leading to an argument about my refund. Also the tall dark skinned **** whom i dont know her name was making slick remarks when I wasnt speaking to her regarding my order. As well as the young lady that is in charge with bagging the food with the piercings in her face . Whom I dont know her name. I just know her by Face. This should not be tolerated whatsoever. And this issue needs to be addressed expeditiously

      I went to Popeyes Chicken on my lunch break the cashier or manager advised it would be a 20 minute wait for White ***** I said I would wait and paid for my food. Well 45 minutes later the chicken wasnt ready so I asked for a refund. The manager couldnt refund the money to my card for some reason and wouldnt give me cash. I advised that I was on my lunch break and have to leave she said that she was not going to give me a refund and when I said then just give me the food she said she wasnt giving me the food either. I have my receipt and I want to speak to te owner for a refund and an apology the manager was outrageous the other people in the restaurant advised that I should contact the Better Business Bureau.

      I paid ***** on 01/17/2023 for 2 orders of Popeye's 1/4 pound of popcorn shrip. Popeye's only gave me 3 oz of popcorn shrimp in each order; totaling 6 oz. A quarter pound is 4 oz, not 3 oz. This means I was shorted 2 oz of shrimp. I reached out to Popeye's 2 times prior about them falsely advertising the amount of shrimp they give. They have been knowingly false advertising this for over a year all across ***** and probably across the **. I have receipts from ******, ********** and ************** that prove this. I had reached out to corporate by email about a location not putting the correct amount about a year ago and they just tried to force me to sign up on their app and that they would credit me $10. On 11/10/22 I bought some in ****** and called corporate to let them know the false advertising was still going on. They even print that it is only 3 oz on the receipt and the manager claims corporate pre packages the underweight portions. A year after the first and months after the second time, Popeye's is still knowingly falsely advertising the 3 oz popcorn shrimp as 4 oz (1/4 lb). I am sick of being defrauded by Popeye's. I have attached 2 receipts showing that it has happened at locations over 150 miles apart. I attached a screenshot showing they were made aware months ago by email and just tried to pay me off with $10 and force me to sign up for their app. I attached a more recent receipt show the fraud is still going on. I attached a screenshot of the website that states it is 1/4 lb (4oz). This fraud needs addressed. I have been defrauded too many times by Popeye's falsely advertising a meal I have bought countless times over the past few years. I don't go to Popeye's much anymore because every time I do I am ripped of by the falsely advertised popcorn shrimp.

      This employer tried fraudulently claiming i quit my job instead of being honest that i was fired to UIA resulting in a denial of benefits. I am currently protesting against this action.

      First time ever visiting Popeyes in *****, ******** on 1/17/23. Ordered only 5 chicken tenders for my daughter. No sides or drink. Got to the window and the cashier tells me my total but has an very thick accent so I didnt understand what he said. Handed me my food and was never given a receipt. Got home and checked my bank account and was charged $14.44. We are sales tax exempt so that amount is AFTER the sales tax was removed. The dinner with a biscuit and drink is listed on their website for $10.99 and on Doordash, 8 chicken tenders only is listed as $11.49. I called the manager thinking that it was a mistake and she wanted to argue that when you order only the chicken tenders and not the meal, that it costs more. When I pointed out that on Doordash, you can order 8 tenders only for $11.49, she said that when you come to the STORE, and order only the tenders, it is more. How does that make any sense. I left a ****** review and after reading the NUMEROUS 1 star reviews, it seems like they are ripping customers off by changing prices and refusing to give customers receipts because they are even adding items that arent asked for. This location needs to be investigated!

      Hello I went to popeyes to pick up my order - on the popeyes app Tried to pick it up after waiting 10 minutes, i have ordered from there multiple times and have had no issues. i arrive and get told they dont have my order and told to come back in a little bit, which i then do, this happens multiple times to where i am then waiting 45 minutes. I showed the manager (was never given a name) on duty multiple times i have paid for my order, and have the receipt and the charge on my debit card to prove it. she tells me we don't know if that is legitimate and says she can not give me my order. I ask how do we resolve this she tells me to contact the number on the app i ask why cant you just do it? she says that the "Popeyes app is not associated to the restaurant" and i say ok then whats the number, she says she has no idea and that i have to find it on the app and figure it out. I then get food from somewhere else nearby this is all after a 12+ hr shift at the local hospital and still cant believe this interaction i was very calm, nice and patient just be treated so oddly inhumane by the manager. My main issues this with i was treated like some sort of criminal from the manager and staff for just asking for my food it felt very odd, then i contacted popeyes support email because there is no number on the app. they say they will refund me and give 500 pts thats is a fake form a currency that their own company created and are keeping my hard earn real dollars.1. i was charged 2 times by popeyes on my debit card. dont know why but their support is just as helpful as the place itself.2. i just want to be properly accommodated for this whole thing, i asked them for a 20$ gift card and they dont even respond to my request they just ignore me and my situation.images charges1&2 interaction1&2 if you do try to contact me, i do not pick my phone up at work (hospital) but will try to reply to your voicemail on my lunch i usually have it lunch between 1-4pm, depends on busyness.

      On December 18, we made an online order and was charged, when we got to the store the employee claimed they had no ********** have to pay again. Today I placed a delivery order, when the grubhub driver got there the employees claim there is no order again, mind you they already charged the credit card. Now I have to dispute the transaction & wait for my money back l, when I never received my order

      Wednesday January 11 2023 920pm I am filing an complaint against the Popeyes Headquarters along with the Management **** Tumblin( and her African American staff) H3**235383839363**534H ******************** on **** ************** in ******** ****. I had an horrible experience in purchasing one of their H33313832363**0373030H dinner meals on the evening of December 12 2022 where my meal I purchased on my bank card was not edible and I had to throw it away inside the restaurant and outside and trash can on OSU CAMPUS AT the traffic light immediately outside their restaurant. I followed procedure on my receipt and filled out the customer experience survey immediately that evening on December 12 2022 and was contacted back through email experience by *********************** the general manager. She apologized for the ************** informed her ultimately through two emails correspondences I want my refund processed through refunding my MasterCard and she said couldnt process the refund but it would be done If i came into receive my refund and ask for an asm or gm to receive my refund back on my MasterCard, which I found that to be a annoying daunting task because all one would need is the receipts transactions information to process a refund on a customers mastercard. I am very busy and I was able to come into the restaurant this evening after 849pm on ********************************************************* to process my refund and encountered the same African American front desk staff that I encountered on December 12 2022 that were lolly gagging around and gossipping the day of my food order. One African American woman that was handling the H33313832363**0373030H was rude and abrupt with me and didn't have on a name tag and didn't address me in an dignified professional manner informed me I had to come early in the morning to talk to the General Manager **** that processes the refunds. I am unavailable in mornings it conflicts with my schedule. My order number was #** merchant ID ************ Out# *****. Do not give me the run.....

      When Popeyes opened a restaurant location in ******* Park, ** one year ago, their giftcards started being sold all over this area in stores. I purchased one for my husband in the amount of $25. For the past year, each time he has visited this location they refuse to honor the Popeyes giftcard. They claim that they do not have the ability to run them. I contacted the franchise and all they did was direct me back to the store which resolved absolutely nothing. They will not honor the giftcard. I requested a refund for the giftcard since it is clearly worthless to use and the franchise directed me to the store again. No one will help resolve this ridiculous issue. There is nothing on their website or at the store they states giftcards will not be accepted. Selling them is dishonest, false advertising if you are not going to honor them at the local location. I would like Popeyes to refund me the $25 dollars I wasted on this giftcard that even after one year of being open still will not be accepted for payment.

      Sunday January 8,2023 I place order for chicken at Popeyes ********************************************************************** ORDER #**, the app said i can use the drive thru, when I got there I went to the drive thru, the girl said I have to come inside ! (WHY should I have to come inside ???) I LEFT, without the food. I was DUBBLE CHARGED on my credit card for $17.53 , WHY ??? (I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THE DUBBLE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD!) I WILL NEVER eat at popeyes AGAIN !, they should be shut down and put OUT OF BUSINESS ! the way they treat the consumer. If you need me to do a TV interview about miss treatment of the consumer from Popeyes, I will do so.
