      I purchased two $25.00 Gift Cards from this Popeyes Store to give to my daughter. The first one that she used was ok. The second one was blank. No credit on the card. Spoke to ******* at the store where they were purchased and showed proof of purchase. He said they would call me back in a day or so but never called me about this issue. He would not give me the manager's name or phone number and was very belligerent. I am requesting a return of my $25.00 paid for the card that did not work.       I have a hard time understanding why the Popeye's chicken locations in minority neighborhoods continue to run out of inventory--ghost-pepper wings, popcorn shrimp, and sometimes chicken, but in European neighhoods this NEVER happens. I am making a comparison between **************, ** and **********, **, along with the smallest popcorn chicken I have evver seen. As a consumer, I always want to feel like a received my monies worth--this was not the case when I last purchased popcorn shrimp in Cheseapeake. Again, this was the smallest popcorn chicken I have ever seen--to the point it was just crunch with no shrimp. Please fix this so I as a consume get my monies worth regardless of which Popeye's I purchase. Thank you.

      I placed a prepaid order for ghost pepper wings at 10am of 1/6/2023 to pick up at 11:30am, the order was made to Popeye's that located at ****************************************************, my account email in Popeyes is *******************.(order details see attachment 1)When I drove all the way there to pick it up at 11:30, they only told me that they were running out of this certain item , with no notification ahead telling me this order was going to be invalid. At that time, they told me they are not able to provide this item and I should just go to the app/website to cancel this order. The cashier on the left of the serving counter specifically said all I need is just going to the order details page and choosing to cancel the order. However when I drive back and contact online customer service through my account/my order page, the assistant told me this order can't be canceled, and I can still go pick up the order even though the store employees told me they don't have this item, and a $5 off coupon as apology. I have no interest in dealing with this store any more and this coupon doesn't mean anything to me(email see attachment 2). I intended to make this order for my lunch but ended up buying my meal from other stores. I need no coupon or this order anymore, I only want my prepaid money back. Thank you.

      I went through the drive thru tonight and placed my order for chicken tenders. When I got to the window the person said 'shrimp?". I said no I had 3 piece chicken tender with a drink. He said $28.11. I said no it doesn't cost that much. He shut the window on me. I asked for a receipt and he said he put it in the bag. When I got home I discovered he charged me $28.11 by checking my bank account. there was NO receipt!!!

      Went to Popeyes and ordered lunch for my daughter and I, was given friend paper instead of tenders on 1/4/23 around 2pm

      I ordered food for my daughter and myself, my food was different than hers, I order chicken tenders and she ordered drumsticks  my tenders were fried with some sort of wax paper around them. I ordered a 5pc and kept wondering why it tasted funny then decided to check the last couple and saw that those were completely just fried paper. I took pics and videos

      I placed an online order at the wrong store and had the cancel it so I could make a purchase at the right store and they did. Once I arrived at the store the informed me that they didnt have what I ordered once I made it to the window. I ended up purchasing the **** shrimp special and asking for a refund for the online orders. They told me they couldnt do it because it was placed online. Rude and disrespectful they shut the window and didnt come back as I sat there. I called and only was able to get online automated support because of the holiday. They are now saying that they dont see the charges but my account and the screenshots I sent them show my card was charged 8 times at different times in another city that I dont live in.

      Entered by BBB Staff - lj Consumer is a Senior. Consumer went through the drive through on December 14th. She ordered two spicy chicken combo sandwiches. $7.98 each. When consumer got to the window she was charged $20.24. Consumer questioned the price and paid $20.25 cash. Consumer told them to keep the *****. She was not given a receipt. When the consumer got home and opened the bag it was an incorrect order. Consumer believes it may have been for the vehicle in front of them. She tried to call the restaurant. A code was needed to leave a message. She was unable to reach the restaurant. Consumer called an 800 number on December 14th and reported the problem. She spoke with *****. Consumer was told they are franchises. She would send a message to the manager of that restaurant. Consumer was never contacted. She called the 800 number again and spoke with *******. He would send another message to that location. Consumer called a third time. Consumer has not been contacted.

      On 11-21-22 I placed an online app order. I walked into popeyes in ******, ** about 11:05 am & picked up my order which was $6.63. That night I noticed on my bank acct there was another charge for$6.18 for an order placed @ 9:00 am in ******, **. I have been calling popeyes almost every day since this incident. They keep telling me they will send the report to higher ******************** will call me back. No one has called back. The last 2 times I called they offered me a $10 coupon. I declined because that is not correcting the problem. I don't know if whoever placed an order w my card will do it again. Or is maybe doing it w other ppls cards. I would like to receive a check for $6.18 & a guarantee that that my acct will be deleted from their system. L

      I work at the Popeyes at division st in ************ ******** and they told me when yo come in to work my second or third week when I was coming in to work they randomly had gotten a change of managers I had the original managers number **** and he never said anything to them about me working there and they never told me about the change of managers so now Im jobless with bills I can not pay

      The employee taking orders with the blue hair was very rude at the drive thru because she couldn't hear us. She Was sparky when we got to the window because she heard the wrong thing. She proceeded to talk about how we changed out order and giggle to what looked like the manager in an orange talking helping us at the window. The next car pulled up and the manager told the employee with blue hair the car couldn't hear her. The same issue we had. They didn't include any of the sauce we asked for or silverware. Worst experience I've had at this location. We were not offered a receipt.
