      I ordered online with Popeyes and when I arrived at the restaurant they closed an hour earlier. *** reached out to this establishment for a refund but they just have a virtual assistant so they cant comprehend that I need assistance getting a refund

      Stop selling gift cards at locations that wont honor them and or inform customers you can buy there but not use there

      I went to make an order at 12:20 in store at the location on ************************************************************************. When I went to make my order your employee was extremely rude and starts acting like he cant hear anything I say then proceeds to charge me for the 3pc but only provide 2 prices when I went up to confront him he crumbles the receipts up and claims he charged me for a 2pc. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional I definitely will be going anywhere else from now on lost a customer for life. Unprofessional!

      For a period of 3 months this location has not operated at the hours listed. The information is false. There are chairs placed in awkward areas of the parking lot to block off areas that you don't see until the last minute which can cause an accident. The drive thru line takes approximately 45 minutes and there is no way of exiting. Therefore you are trapped. Money is continuously miscounted due to the location only taking cash payments through drive thru and never give a receipt. I have witnessed items being brought out of the store and placed into an employees vehicle. This cannot possibly be a real restaurant. This store needs to be reported to the board of compliance immediately for shut down. I am looking for no resolution.

      At 10:00 pm on Dec 12 at the Popeyes chicken in ************** ******* location ************** looked online with four family members of this location was open it said it was until 11pm I arrived at **** pm with my family to get there the doors where locked and a sign that did not match the hours . I called and asked to speak to manager and was told I was speaking to one . I told him. What happened and she started to get upset when I requested his name a number of times. He hung up rudely so I called back and he started to fake cry and told me he lied and was not the manager , continued to fake cry about me asking for a manger . And tried to blame me and ****** for there false advertising. I feel this is very inappropriate behavior and customer service. I left VM at the location above with no return. Call. I was told by the fake manager that it was recorded and said good and then to call me. I haven't received an apology and this is absolutely absurd lack of pride to a hours of operation with false advertising. I wasn't my time and money to arrive to this and the way this was dealt with is not professional .

      12/23 6:40 pm. This is the 2nd time in less than 2 months tour store in ****** on river and orange didn't have chick available. The first time they sent me to parking lot and forgot I was there, 15+ minutes later I went in with my receipt and got the *****. This time they told me there would be a hour wait. Its a chicken place that runs out of chicken during dinner rush? I mean its bad enough they forget the coleslaw or potatoes once in a while. But no chicken ready at a chicken place?!

      On Dec 21, 2022, I stopped by Popeyes because I saw their billboard that said, $6 Box special, When I place my order, the manager said he didnt know what I was talking about. I know I can read and saw what I read. I was told I needed a coupon but did not. I ended up ordering 2, number 2s, because I was denied the $6 Box, that was advertised. I usually always check my food but, this time I did not. OMG! My fries smelled burnt! The chicken was cooked in bad old grease! Im sure they will not serve their families, this garbage. Immediately I started gagging and vomiting ??. This place need a violation. Nasty and disgusting!

      12/19/2022 6:23 pm Popeye's #**** ************************************************************* ************ Order 45 This is the second time I've had two negative experiences, so I'm submitting this complaint. The chicken was gummy and cold the first time I had it. Because it was so awful, I threw it away. My receipt was not saved. I saved my receipt this time. To repeat my order, I asked the clerk. She repeated my order accurately, however when I received it, it was incomplete. My thigh was overdone and covered with grease in addition to the chicken being cold once more.I paid $19 for some lunch, and it was awful. It is merely a financial waste. When I neglected to save my receipt. With red beans and rice, I'm having a hot and spicy two-piece, including the breast and leg. My chicken was so terrible that I am submitting this.

      I have been working at Popeyes for 3 months. I only received one check from them. I didnt receive any money from Popeyes on 12/05/2022, or 12/19/2022. I contacted my General Manager and my managers boss no one reached back to me. Ive been calling and texting them no one answered me. I am being ignored and I really dont appreciate it. I am 18 being mistreated by Popeyes. I would like the business to be Shut Down all together. The manager and employees are so unprofessional. I never got a break while working up there. I just want the money that Popeyes owes me.
