Hello I'm literally at Popeyes in ************** this Popeyes does not have heat I came here last week it was the same way the employees have smoke coming out of their mouths they have on t-shirts and are unable to work in these conditions you cannot sit down and have a meal here without having a blanket I have made complaints to had manager who has not taken the initiative to fix the Heat in the store for his employees or customers he will not respond to his shift managers it is too cold in the store right now it is 20 outside and it is the same inside the store can you please send someone out this is unfair to the employees here to work in these type of conditions this store is in ************** ******** right off of ***********************Initial Complaint

This event happened about 30 days ago around November 20th at the Popeyes Chicken location Broad and hunting Park: ***************************************************************. This location is walking only. I went in one day to get a meal for my grandson and the only reason why I was going was because I received a coupon in my circular that week. When I was next up in line I told the young lady I had a coupon and was about to order my food until she interrupted me and said they no longer take coupons. When she said that, I asked her "when did y'all stop taking coupons because I've never heard of that before"? She stated, " Today". She gave no other explanation except that. I'm very upset and irritated because gas prices and food prices are rising everyday and I can hardly get a meal on the fly because it's so expensive. The only reason why I went was because there was a coupon that I could use to be able to afford the meal that day. I am complaining because there was never a physical notice posted that Popeye's Chicken was never accepting coupons ANYMORE!!! After she said that I walked out and then I purchase anything. There was no manager on the floor at the time and I did not ask for one. I was so deterred I just left because that was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life. Also there was no sign on the door stating that either so how would the public know? I am very upset and would like something done about that. 12/12/2022 - 2:27pm I was at the cashier's counter in Popeyes at ***************************************************. The first thing I told the counter female was that my order was a Senior Discount. I placed my order and when the order was ready, the female counter person advised me that my order was $14.68. I used my Chase debit card and was given my order and the receipt. The receipt showed that the female counter person had not applied the senior discount to my order. It wsa apparent that she did not know how to correct this situation. She went to the manager who rudely told me tht I should have said that my order was a senior discount I explained that the first thing I said before I placed the order that it was a senior discount. A second order was rang up for $13.21 showing on the receipt that the senior discount of $1.35 had been applied. The manager condescendingly told me that my debit card account would be credited the incorrect price of $14.68. I have checked my Chase debit account for 2 days now and I have not been credited the incorrect amount of $14.68.Initial Complaint

i ordered a meal from Popeye's app yesterday, when i went to the local restaurant branch it was closed, i escalate the complaint in the app, and i received an email that i will not get a refund because of multiple times i was given a refund on different occasions,. the issue is that i order every time from the popeye's app and 90% of the time when i go to the restaurant either the restaurant is closed long before the official time or the food is not there and i have to raise a complaint and they refund me, but this time i told them when i went to the restaurant, the restaurant was closed, they said we will not refund me the money, please take action against this popeye's franchisee, it is not following the normal business hours and if we order anything from app nearly every time some issue comes up and order is not fullfilled .Initial Complaint

I went to Popeyes chicken located on ********** in **** ** on Sunday 12.10.22 I asked for a 4pc meal with 3 thighs and a breast , asked the man at the drive thru 2x did he have the order correct as it did not appear on the drive thru window as it was supposed to. Paid $20.61 for 1 meal !! I get home the chicken is WRONG, I call vk and then return to the location for a correction , get home again and finally sit to eat and what appears inside my mashed potatoes but a green fake finger nail !!! I call and get told no not possible , nobody here has ********* provided photos of my meal in the trash with the nail , I would like my money back and a report made to the health **** also! I did not return to the store for a 3rd time because at this point its counter productive and I would end up in trouble!Initial Complaint

Incident occurred on 12/8/2022 between the hours of 6pm - 11pm. The establishment gave a consumer the incorrect order and was also missing items. (The business, also, did not give a receipt , but the debit card used should help locate the purchase). The consumer had to drive 20 minutes back to return meal since establishment's phone was not accepting phone calls. Upon returning to the business, we informed an employee that prior to realizing that the order was incorrect, a plate was made for a child. To maintain honesty and be transparent, the eaten items were included in return to show proof that we were not given the correct items. The food was taken by the employee (now contaminating items) and we were asked to move forward in the line while she replaced the meal. Minutes later, two employees came out and stated that they cannot replace the meal and they stated we could only do a 'refund' or 'get the missing items'. We refused just replacing the missing items as the meal was now contaminated. We agreed on the refund after their refusal of replacement of contaminated meal. The manager, who shared her name was *********, left with employee and came out nearly 15 minutes later stating that we also could not get a refund after speaking with the "general manager" *****. She refused giving us his contact information. The police were called and informed of the incident of theft and cross contamination. The officers advised we reach out above the employees. I am reporting because we were forced to keep food that was contaminated (additionally, they asked for the food again while outside and took pictures, further contaminating). We still have the food, as it was unable to be consumed. This incident definitely shows that this business openly engaged in a health violation with no efforts to rectify. This is unacceptable in a food industry and I'd hope this issue would help them address the concerns of cross contaminator and poor service.Thanks for your time.Initial Complaint

Went to Popeyes in Dublin, ** at 1:20 saw a heavy set woman outside smoking when I pulled into the drive through. I say there for 10 minutes say hello hello hello and no one answered. I then drive around to the front to find the building locked but several employees sitting down on their phone. I called the restaurant and no one answered. I was literally the only person in line the entire time. I assumed they mustve closed early that day. I drove to *** instead. While driving I decided to call the store to speak with management. Someone answered the phone and when I told them I wanted to speak with a manager they hung up in my face. I called back and a woman answered proclaiming to be the manager was very nasty while I was explaining the issue to her. She then became argumentative and called me a b**** and hung up in my face when I asked her name. Its no wonder the employees behaved like they did it starts at the top theyre a reflection of their leadership. It starts at the top. After being disrespected the way I was I will never patronize that location again. Absolutely unacceptable and if thats who Popeyes hire to represent them thats a shame.Initial Complaint

On 11/18/22 I have went to the business of Popeyes chicken to buy food. One of the pieces of chicken was burnt. I told the receptionist that is was burnt and I want it replaced. They've refused and the man that was behind the cashier told me that he is not going to replace it. He then changed his mind and said that he will replace it when he feels like it and I will not get a refund. The man then looked at me in a threatening manner provoking me to do lethal harm to him. When I asked to speak with a manager he lied and said he was the manager. I've called customer service demanding a refund due to me not taking the food but they will not assist me. Please also be advised that after I left the store the man walked up behind outside in the parking lot and then ran away. On 11/18 via the Popeyes app I purchased a meal to pick up through drive thru. They asked for my card despite me already paying online. They told me to get out of the line because it wasnt ready. Later I saw two charges to my account. I contacted my bank and Popeyes online and neither was able to get my money back. I believe a staff stole my money. I call Popeyes in *********** incessantly and no one ever answers the phone. This location is very dubious.Initial Complaint

Complaint Details Ordered food at Popeyes drive thru #**** because the doors were locked for lobby when I arrived at 9 pm, order taker was rude to begin with, they were only serving fries and tenders (guessing these have been in a warmer since this morning) my issue is- the order taker was also preparing the food with no gloves, then touching her headset and face, then back to the food, the biscuit fell and she picked it up and threw it in the box, came to window grabbed my payment then went back to the food. When asked about why she wasnt wearing gloves and was she the only one there she was very rude threw card back and said call corporate. Corporate doesnt do anything! $24 of food that is not safe to eat, if it was even edible! The food was hard cold and sitting out for all day at this location. This is a common occurrence at this location, unsanitary conditions, rude hostile employees, and you can only order one or 2 items from the menu because they dont want to make a fresh batch.
