      If popoyes wants to charge for sauces they need to start since the day the open the location. What kind of c*** is that the food already $8 and they want to charge for 1 sauce. I been to other location in houston and ******* and is cheaper and they give you the sauce. Then they gave me a little bit of smash potatoe and a little bit of fries. This meal is not worth $8 is worth $5. Honestly than they are short staffed and rude. I suggest yall close down is new but this location i promise it wont last long. I will be posting a review on ****** as well

      Garbage on the floor and debris on table. Sandwich not cooked to order. Two men working on broken heat lamp were swearing, "F" word. Food still there where heat lamp was broken. Employees on phone texting while food coming out of trash cans inside establishment and garbage on floor and eating areas in need of cleaning. Food portion size at least 40% less than brand new ******, ** Popeyes location. Cold and rubbery; only finished half and left. Diarrhea was three hours later and lasted almost two days. I notified ******** at Popeyes corporate headquarters and she could not guarantee a manager or owner would call me since they were a franchise. After requesting a refund of $4.62 she explained the only way to get that was download the Popeyes app. I explained it was only my second visit there and would not put the app on my phone. Situation not resolved and unwillingness on customer service to resolve, let alone guarantee a callback from management. ********************************* notified. ******************* 10/11/2022

      I arrived at the drive thru and asked for an all dark meat order and was told no - I offered to wait and was told no again - I was then rudely asked to pull to the window to order, so I repeated my request and was told no again and reluctantly switched my order to tenders when I was then asked to pull forward and wait - my food arrived after over 40 minutes with no receipt - I went inside and requested receipt where I was first ignored and then finally got an employee attention and was told to wait again - I was then told that since 10+ other orders had been processed I couldn't have my receipt - I pointed to the giant pile of receipts on the floor and still politely requested they find my receipt in the pile and was told no again - so I backed my truck up and blocked the drive thru and told them I would move when I had my receipt - the cops were called and I was ordered to leave or be charged with trespassing... I find it suspicious that the employees were ok helping people that looked like them but refused decent service to me because I look different. The specific location is ********************************************************.

      I have a $25 gift card for Popeyes Restaurant which I have been trying to redeem since Feb 2021 and then again on Aug 18, 2022. Both stores are in ********* **, ************************************* and most recently ******************. When I went to the first store after placing my order and trying to use the gift card I was took the card reader was down and I would have to pay. I did contact there customer service and was promised an additional card for my troubles which was never sent after two more calls to customer service. When I tried to use the card at the second store, again the card reader was not working and I asked if they could just enter the card into the system manually but was told that they did not know how to do this so I asked to speak to the manager which I was told no manager was in. The next day I went onto Popeyes web site to confirm that the card was still active, card #**** **** **** ****, and found that it was still active with a balance of $25. Therefore I called customer service again on Aug 19, 2022 and spoke to ***** who told me she would notify the gift card and IT Depts and I should hear back by email by Wednesday. As of Sept 2,2022 still no word back on my complaint so I called customer service again, but they could not find the previous complaint. The agent then confirmed that the card was still valid. At this point I asked that the card be deactivated and a check for $25 be sent to me, as I felt this was fraud since I now have a gift card which could never be redeemed. The agent agreed to this and stated I should have a check in 3 to 5 business day. The case # for this call was *******. As of Oct 5, 2022 still no check so I called customer service again and gave them the case number but there was no note stating what we agreed to above, just that there was a problem with using the card. At this point I told the agent I was going to report this to the BBB. Again I feel that Popeyes is issuing gift cards knowing that they cannot be redeemed

      my mother and I attempted to purchase food from this establishment, the employees were Impudent towards us as and we was rushed thru the drive thru when we arrived at the window our food was thorn at my mother and I and we told them our order was wrong when we were handed an order that was completely different from what we actually ordered, we explained the mistake that was made and were told that that's the order we were getting.

      Several months ago I went to Popeyes and ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. When I got home there was only one sandwich in the bag. I called the store and they told me I could come get the missing sandwich next time I come in. I told the manager that I rarely go to that side of town and it would most likely be several months before I am back in that area. He told me that would not be a problem. A couple months after that I went back to the Popeyes with my receipt and the manager their refused to give me the sandwich they owed me. I called their corporate number and relayed this story to them and they told me they would send me a $5 gift card in the mail in a few weeks to make up for the missing sandwich I had paid for. Its probably been more than 8 months and still no gift card. In summary, Popeyes took my money and didn't provide me the product I paid for. $5 isn't a lot of money but its the principle of it. The manager that refused to provide me the sandwich I am owed was incredible rude and Popeyes for all intents and purposes stole from me and despite my best effort they never made it right.

      Never in my life have I had to deal with Popeyes in this way. Not only did your app charge me twice for errors with on your app which left me with two pending charges totaling over $100. I had to go-to Popeyes and deal with the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. This is ridiculous. Is this how Popeyes want to represent itself? Shame.

      Tuesday September 13,2022 at 6:31 pm. I purchased 16PC box meal 4 Breast Spicy, 12 Wing Spicy, 8 Biscuit, Large Cajun Rice, Large Mash ***************** and another Gray on the side, and Large **** Slaw.My issue is the poor quality of the food I purchased. The chicken was not fully cooked. The **** Slaw was slimy and had a unusual taste. I called the store when I purchased from 5 times with not anwer. I spoke with corporate customer service. I spoke with 3 difference occasions, and I still have not heard from an executive. The next day the **** slaw had a back odor. I still have the order in my fridgetor. I am thinking about contacting the health department also about the food I received.
