      I ordered a 2pc combo with mac&cheese, nuggets, with a Hawaiian punch. when I got home the mac& cheese that I paid for was not included with my order. I called the store twice and got a voicemail.

      I went to the ********* popeyes location and the manager ***** disgusting attitude regarding the upsides of a drink was horrible. I spent 16.67$ at this location around 4:15p.m 09/14/22

      I love your chicken first of all, It seems that everytime I visit your location on ********* my order is always wrong even when its read back to me.

      on July 12 I place an order at the kiosk at the Popeyes in *********** (Store #****) on ************ near the French Quarters. It took 47 minutes to get food, employees just watch me as I waited, with no one asking to help me and why I was standing there. I've contacted Popeyes via customer service at least 6 times and no follow up call. The website that they gave be $10 foe my issue does not allow me to use in ****, where I'm from. I've spent at least 3 hours on email to Popeyes and no resolution

      I scan the ** Code at popeye's chicken on ****************** in ************ ******* and it said I was going to get a free Apple pie or a free side to sign up. They also said they weren't going to carve charge my card anything but that same night charged me a dollar and then the next day they charged me a $1.95 Then today they tried to charge my card $39.95 but it did not go through because I have my card locked for those purposes. This is absolutely ridiculous it's false advertising and I think something should be done about this because they are taking people's money without them knowing anything that's going on hes saying that's going on so can you please look into this matter and contact me back

      I did not place an order for delivery. I was browsing what I wanted to order ans as I was browsing a delivery person was delivering something I did not order. I didn't give credit card info. I was charged (from a previous order) I want. My money back. THIS IS WRONG

      I purchased a meal from the **********, ** location on 4/27/2022. The business was out of receipt paper or the machine was broken so they were unable to produce a receipt. I paid by debit card so I do have electronic proof that the transaction happened. I provided them with a screenshot of the transaction from my bank account. As I was eating my food, I noticed a s**** in my order. It had fried batter bits on it (I still have it). I contacted the company via their website immediately. They did not get back in contact with me until 5/5/2022. Since then it has been back-and-forth emails, at least 5 different agents on my case, and it's been escalated to managers at least 3 times with no resolution. I am continuously told to "wait 5 business days for a manager to contact me." The latest was on 8/30/2022. It is now 9/7/2022.

      This has been going on since end of June ,there was a mistake at drive thru we pulled up to ask and make right only to be confronted with an angry very aggressive manager who treated myself and my family like the dirt under her feet,have reached out to Popeyes numerous times with no response back, please feel free to go on yelp or any review site of your choice and see for yourself it's the weat main street location in ******* ***********,food great management rude service is horrible, nobody should be treated in this manner,not even prisoners

      My complaint is regarding points that were given in January of 2022. However, I was not informed of the six month deadline. I was given these points and asked to download the app because they were unable to make things right with a gift card so I could try a different location.I did indeed try using these points in April through the app as instructed initially, noted by the rep on the last phone call, but was unable to use the ** Code because that location (***** ****************** in *** Nuys, **) did not have a scanner.I have tried, explained thoroughly and followed the chain of command only to wait and then be dismissed. I have the receipts from my last two visits and tried to demonstrate that I am not just a long time customer but also a recent customer when unable to use my points with the app, but to no avail. They gave me some points, but not all of them. They gave the points initially in January, but wont do it again. I want to be able to use my points. Plain and simple. Please help me facilitate simply being treated fairly.

      Everytime i eat popeyes its not cooked correctly, nor is it fresh. Food is always cold and stale and the tinders are always rubbery. Its like biting into a tire. i would love to see them get their stuff together and be a great place to eat again. Their food is so good (it used to be) but now the workers just dont care and the food is always cold and nasty. ive gotten food poisoning twice from popeyes im assuming the chicken wasnt cooked all the way or it was just out for days.
