Popeyes Restaurant experience Driving on HWY 35 south , stoped to eat something before heading home, we decided to stop at store # ***** After we order and went to sit down we noticed how filthy everything was Tables, floor , personal appearance, bathroom, Food had no flavor , entire experience dissatisfied completely Someone should go an audit that location without letting anyone know Being managed by a bunch of kids . I received a $25 Popeyes gift card for my May 2022 birthday. Have gone to multiple Popeyes Restaurants across the **************** and ****** ** to be told they do not accept Popeyes gift card. Aug, 26 2022. Went to your Popeye's location at **************************************************************** 10710.Ordered your 12 piece meal that came with 2 sides for $24.99. When I paid with my debit card it came up $42.78. My husband asked employee to keep meal and delete charge from debit card, because of unethical means employee used by charging separately for sides. Store # *****, order 19. Employee laughed and said "you bought it. I can't cancel it". I find that to be the worst service and policy ever encountered. Waiting for your fair and proper assistance in this matter. In meantime I am filing a dispute of payment with my bank and will never, never give Popeyes any good recommendation. I have purchased chicken here June 24th I've been calling every couple days to resolve this incident that I had me and my daughter had bought Popeyes and spent $42 on chicken and we took it home took a couple bites and noticed it was not Popeye's brand chicken didn't smell like it didn't taste like it they were running around looking in boxes for chicken and didn't have none out in the display within the night me my husband my daughterwas throwing up had diarrhea I've been trying to solve this incident and no one even has decency to call me back I've made numerous of calls send numerous of emails and was told that they would get back to me within a few days tomorrow will be 2 months and still has not heard anything from this company to resolve this incident... my concern is other people including children could've or have gotten sick off of what ever chicken that they where selling from this storeInitial Complaint

08/20/2022 10:55 PM ********************************************************************* Business and it's employees failed to provide me food I mobile ordered. Employees claimed that they "couldn't find my order" despite being given my name multiple times and being provided a receipt and screenshot in my phone.Employees also claimed that they "ran out of food" "an hour" before close, but I completed my mobile order at 9:11 PM, almost an entire two hours before close, and an hour before they claimed that they ran out of food.I would like a form of compensation or refund for the experience. Popeyes locations here in ******* are exceptionally bad, even for Popeyes who are famous for bad service. Issues include always forgetting food items due to disorganization and lack of focus, bad service, closing before advertised close times, never having mobile orders ready in advance, not being able to find food, and many other problems.Initial Complaint

On Saturday August 6, 2022 at 9:55pm, I went into this Popeye's location and ordered a chicken and shrimp combo and a cinnamon apple pie. I was told they didn't have any pies, which was not surprising as this location is always out of something. When I got home, I noticed that the employee had completely left out the chicken and the popcorn shrimp had obviously been sitting in a warmer for much longer than it should have because it was chewy and gross. I had to throw 90% of it out. I contacted the company and was summarily ignored. I spent $10.31 for a meal I could not eat.Initial Complaint

On 8/16/22 I went to Popeyes located on *********************************************************************. So I ordered a 4 pc combo with three wings and one leg spicy with my side being fries with a strawberry ****** Than on the side I order two small red beans and rice and one mashed potatoes. So when getting to the window I gave her my card so first she keep my card and when she handed the food she still didnt give me my card that was the first thing , and second got the food the chicken was not fresh at all , the biscuit was hard as a rock and the rice and red beans tasted dry this have truly been the worst experience ever with this Popeyes and usually they have the best fresh food but not today and yes I want to report this and customer service is so rude and a big turn off and I would like my money back .Initial Complaint

On 8/12/2022 at around 6:30pm and purchased a 2pc all white meat spicy combo meal with mashed potatoes/gravy, fruit punch drink, 2 banana crme cakes. They were out of biscuits but I wasnt given an alternate. When I arrived home I had 2pc dark meat and inlaid more for white meat. I called a few times with no answer. So I went online and filled out a complaint. They told me they couldnt find my order and theyd give me 500 digital points which I know nothing about. I wasnt given a receipt with my order. Im disabled and dont leave the house much. I just wanted a coupon or something to get the right order another time.Initial Complaint

Sir or Madame:This is the worse tasting chicken I have ever tasted! I am surprised it did not make me sick. I did not even order this. I ordered 10 spicy tenders, slaw and rice. I was given mild tenders covered in batter so thick that it was still wet in places. Everything tasted old as if it was about to be thrown out. How can you serve people this food? I placed the order online at 5:45 for a 6:45 drive thru pickup thinking an hour would be enough time for them to prepare the food. I even called the restaurant to make sure about the time prior to pick up. But when I arrived the drive thru was crowded. The dining room was empty, so I went inside to the counter and asked if I could pick up the online order. The cashier said, "Your order is over there." (Pointing toward the drive thru) She left me standing at the count for ten minutes. She continued to wait on incoming customers. No one said a thing, No one said, "You have to go to the drive thru." or "We can't help you here." Finally, someone said, "They are dropping your tenders now." While waiting in the dining room, I hear someone say, "The order is supposed to be for spicy tenders." The cook responds, "Well, she is just gonna have to take them." Unbelievable! The chicken was tasteless, overcooked and pasty! The slaw and red beans and rice tasted awful, old. The slaw container was barely half full. Everything had after taste. The sad part is, they didn't even tell me that there was no spicy chicken! They just gave me what they wanted me to have. I am so upset I can't sleep. I paid ***** for this meal 08/09/2022. This cook should be fired! I am twice retired and disabled. I eat out quite a bit. I am noticing that people are using covid as an excuse to take advantage of others. Anything to make a buck. I believe the employees consumed my meal and gave me what was to be discarded out of the refrigerator because it sure tasted like it!
