  This Company location needs to be taken out of Business. For over a month and one-half I have been trying to get my credit report released. I was told to overnight a copy of my drivers license front and back, social security card and pay stub with proof of address where I live. I did as requested. It took them one full week to sign for the overnight delivery. Which sat there at the post office. Then every time I called I was told it was not received or if so not processed. They said the people who get the mail is not who processes identity verification. So why not have a phone number so those trying to have their credit report released they can talk to that department? Why now ask me to resend something I just spent $30 on to overnight? This is a breach of my personal identifications or a privacy protection breachment. They have a 0 score from me! EXOERIAN AND TRANSUNION DO NOT HAVE ISSUES!!! Why is is so hard for EQUiFAX to pull their heads out of their butts? Frustrated and furious and their rudeness doesnt make it any easier!!!

  The fact that they cannot transfer you to a live person in ***************** where we live is complete non-sense. Their outsourced employees cannot speak English well enough to be managing peoples credit. The multiple disconnects, inaccurate information and overall awful service should not be allowed for an agency that handles very sensitive data.

  I couldn't log in to my account to unfreeze it, so I started a new account (per customer internet suggestions). I signed up for the free equifax (no trial, just the free version). I was charged $4.95 anyway and had to cancel the subscription or it was planning to charge me $19.99 per month after that. Despite calling customer **********************, they refused to refund me my $4.95 trial - even though I had signed up for the free version. They are a complete scam! Avoid equifax at all costs!!

  Cancelling my subscription was a painfully process, I've used them a few times over the past decade and any time I need to cancel it turns an hour wasted on the phone getting put on hold, transfered, given an automated phone survey followed by an automated "goodbye". The website has a menu labeled cancellations, but instead of a straightforward ************** like TransUnion, Equifax says " for security purposes call our number to cancel so we can ask you to read back all the info on your credit report to verify your identity before we let you cancel"...

  I can't believe that Equifax is 3 major credit monitoring bureaus. Their service system is so inefficient and flawed. I wanted to take action on my legal name change by becoming a paid member of the Equifax in order to restore my lowered credit score due to my new name. So I followed the instructions on the website to file a dispute and uploaded a new photo ID with my new name. However, after the 30 days they told me to wait, Equifax still hadn't changed my old name. So I called customer ********************** but was told that I would have to open a new dispute online, and add more documentation to prove my name change. Moreover, they said I have to wait another 30 days.Equifax never informed me via email or phone that additional documentation was required for the name change, and the agent who answered my call was rude and only offered a lip service apology for my frustration.As a result, I wasted membership fees and time. Equifax is a very inefficient and unprofessional company.

  Absolutely atrocious service. I subscribed to their service, but can never get into their website. Their customer ********************** agents are clearly not based in ******. They really should lose their accreditation here in ******, and our big banks should get together and set something up. Waste of money, if you ask me.

  They are not updating when credit cards are being paid down, tried to call and check on it and they wanted me pay and wanted my card info, obviously I did not give it to them and told the gentleman ******* I did not feel comfortable with this suituation, can someone please make sure to check on this, thank you

  Equifax ****** has made it impossible for me to apply for a mortgage or rent because they are unable to get my ADDRESS HISTORY correct. They told my bank that their hard credit check on me was incomplete because Equifax had found another address that they said should be included. They can't seem to fix it and have turned it into total gibberish, not useable for anything by anyone. I keep phoning, sending them email tickets and they claim to have corrected things. So far - but still counting, I'll be spending 2 additional months in an apartment I hate because I can't get a lease or mortgage. EQUIFAX has WIPED OUT 30 YEARS of my residential history and has demanded and received more of my personal information than they are entitled to in ******. I am paying a subscription to them to monitor how EQUIFAX IS DAMAGING MY CREDIT. I am desperate and have nowhere to turn!!

  I want equifax to remove all Inquires and public records thats thats on my credit which I didnt give any consent to Ive that the courts does not share information there for making it illegal to report anything on my. Credit illgelkay Ive call email also have mailed letters to you asking for removed and I get no response I will be taking legal action against you if this is not corrected in timely manner

  Attempted to establish a credit freeze on our credit report, However the agent we spoke to on 8/18/23 kept insisting on getting our cell phone number which we don't share. (have a home phone for that purpose) he then stated the information we provided did not match his records. No such problems with the other credit bureaus.
