Equifax, Your company is not doing there job and you are costing people there livelihood from not reporting the facts.I have good reports from TransUnion and Experian and then you have a complete 0 reporting from Equifax This cannot be possible to miss everything I could see missing one or two but a complete 0 of reports. You have cost me Millions in business by pulling down a great credit history to ************************************** buying and selling. I will be reporting this to BBB and you need to do something to compensate us for these losses.Thank You ************************* ***** Nursery, Inc.www.penseberryfarm.com

I have been trying to change my address (city name) due to the renaming of my city. It took many attempts via online and mail routes (a total of 16 in at least 2 years) to find out that the system Equifax uses to update addresses is via the US Postal Service. I sent in my driver's license, social security card, and utility bills many times, but they have to destroy their documents within 90 days, so the process starts over if the issue did not get resolved within that time frame. Their way of changing the city name is via using the postal code, and the postal code generates a separate city name. Equifax could not update the city name on its own. Our postal code is shared by two cities, both are not listed under my zip code on the Equifax side. Equifax is not able to connect or route me to someone that *** be familiar with their IT service or **** address system update, or when their system was last updated. This will affect all the consumers with my zip code, as the city will be incorrect, and there are more than ******* residents in these 2 cities sharing this zip code. I am always getting the runaround of why my address' city name could not be corrected, only finally on the 16th attempt I found out why, and yet no one could fix this issue. I am frustrated that a "Big-Three" entity like Equifax could not fix this issue in real-time.

Refuses to remove COLLECTIONS efforts for alleged collection that I am not due ! Must remove from my credit report ASAP. I HAVE A COURT ORDER FROM 2022 THAT SHOWS I AM ONLY TO PAY $100 IN ARREARS EACH MONTH, NOT MORE. SEE ATTACHED. i am 100% current on my support obligations. The credit report agency must remove the negative COLLECTION note and amount/entry from my credit report and send me a new, revised credit report by email and PDF.

Not worth one star. The trouble I had with equifax is too complicated for me to articulate. Equifax needs to learn from Experian and Transunion on how to set up a new account so that the customer can freeze his ********************** account. Customer gives all his personal ********************** yet ********************** wants you to send a drivers license, passport, etc. That is one more thing that a scammer can get his hands on if Equifax has a breach. If I am freezing my account I sure dont want to put my picture online.Experian and transunion does not require this! Come on Equifax!!!

I have never had such a rude experience as I did today. My special needs son had someone steal his identity and only through a bank sending me a letter explaining that someone tried to open bank accounts in several different areas did I know this was happening. They told me to call Equifax and with my son right there we did. Went through the whole process of verifying his identity with someone who didn't hardly speak english only to be told that he wasn't verified and that it was the computer itself that they can't override in order to help me. I said, now let me get this straight...you're not going to help my son and I try to get a freeze put on his account so no one will be able to open accounts anymore and charge things that he will be responsible for? They said oh no, we can help you. You just have to go to the equifax website and do it from there. By that time I was extremely frustrated and my son was livid. So I told them I'm making a better business bureau report because this is horse hockey....not the word I used but if they can't get their act together they deserved to hear it. I'm now worried that the so called verification process that had us taking a photo of his ID is now in another country waiting to be exploited.

I am disgusted and horrified with my experience with Equifax! Despite submitting documents to verify my identity they have still refused to assist me. ********************************* is very rude and hostile and despite me talking kind and calm he still threatened to hang up on me and even spoke to me as if I was a child. He identified himself as a supervisor and now I see why everyone else is unprofessional because clearly their leadership is unprofessional as well.

I can't believe that this is our credit monitoring choice. How does the government and banks allow this company to continue? We our calling an overseas company, whom, at best speak a limited amount of English although tryng their best, and if you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor, they are never available. A bank incorrectly reported a delinquent payment, which they rectified and contacted Equifax 2.5 years ago to remove, which occured immediately. All of a sudden, it reappeared on my reporting 2.5 years later. I have been trying, along with the bank, to remove for 2 months and no one there can assist. However; when I did call they told me my credit rating over the phone it was correct and confirmed that there were no delinquent payment on the report. I have paid for the last 2 months for credit reporting product that is not correct and NO ONE seems to assist, they just apologize. All they do, and I mean, anyone who answers the phone just apologize blah blah blah (scripted conversation they follow). Then you ask for a supervisor and you're told that there are lengthy delays (can't imagine why), then they transfer you but really they hang up the phone. This occured 6 times yesterday alone when I called. I have spent about 20 hrs total trying They are doing everything possible to not assist you.I am reporting them to the Consumer Protection Bureau and I suggest you all do the same. Maybe, just maybe, someone will hear this and take charge and get things corrected.Maybe we should all bring this to the attention of the media as well so the banks and government can step in and get this ridiculous company under control or to provide a better company It sure leaves a consumer hanging and not knowing if their credit is safe or not.I cancelled my service, which by the way, call the number under the account and then product tab. #1,#3,#3 are they numbers to get to a customer agent to cancel. I know people had a hard time finding this too, which is ridiculous.

Equifax is one of the most messed-up companies I've had to deal with in over 50 years! Their customer ********************** is overseas and and could not handle my inquiry even with 4 phone calls including 1 to a supervisor. Their online system is also impossible. It is impossible to reach their US headquarters. I placed a credit freeze with the other two services with only one contact each. Equifax refuses to do so! They do rate even 1 star !!!

My birthday was incorrect on my credit rating. One phone call to a lovely lady and she helped me find your web sight and walked me through were to go and what documents needed to be uploaded. I just received an email confirming that you have received the form. Now I need to wait and see if this issue will be corrected quickly. Once again the customer representative was very helpful.
