      I am really really disappointed from equifax. I never ever had worst service throughout my entire life. How come representative do this to customers. I recently got a job offer. Now job requires for credit check so they mention me to call an equifax to merge file or chnage address. I called to equifax and ask the process of changing the address. In perfect world you pay us then we do the work. That's how the works. So I had to buy product which is monthly fees. Now after calling and change of address. You come to know that you have multiple file now they dont wantto let you on first time because you will cancel their membership after you job is done. **** after calling every week and talking to different customers representative still nothing everytime you ask for manager or supervisor is not there. Manager dont want to take the call or supervisor so I am furious to know about working situation as a customer I have no option but everytime you keep mentioning about previous employees didn't done my work. What should we we can't do anything. Since ****** have monopoly on everything so customers can't do any thing. I am really disappointed with manager and supervisor that this how they train them and worst and worst management. Shame on you. Shame.

      DON'T SUBSCRIBE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE AN H*** OF A TIME DELETING THE SUBSCRIPTION!If Amazon has just been fined for making cancelling their subscription difficult, Equifax should be closed. I enter the website and checked a method to cancel my subscription and after some searching, I found that the only way is to contact a number that is not even open 24/7 if you remember your subscription is due the next day and it's too late during the day well too bad, it's your problem.I contacted customer support on chat, and they first replied that the only method was to reach the phone number. Then I thought about all the people that have a disability and can't speak on the phone so I asked for an alternative method. Well, the alternative method was to:"You need to download the form yourself through our website *************************************************************************************************************** you need to do is - click on start - chose online form or by mail - check the Personal information box A form will be sent to you by email or mail, you need to fill out the form and join it with two pieces of government-issued ID (i.e: driver's license, ******** passport, health card, etc) and one proof of address and a written letter explaining the situation."All you need to do is spend one hour doing all of this, then wait for another 15 days waiting to see if this has worked. If this is not making deleting your subscription harder I don't know what else it is.

      Not worth 1 star! People lied to me about the data breach when I asked them about it. They tell customers to take 40% out on your card. Yet I paid off a long time last year on 1 card. But it isnt reflecting on my report. Its time to GET RID OF THE VANTAGE SCORE & use ONLY a FICO SCORE! For all 3 reporting agencies. Im tired of seeing my score go up, then go back down. All other companies dont see a problematic feature with my report. My friend sd that they tell her to go out & borrow on her card too. If we DONT NEED to why purchase things that are NOT NECESSARY? It IS STUPID FOR ANYONE TO DO THIS! THEN THERES GARBAGE THAT YOU PAID FOR & WAISTED YOUR MONEY.

      I used their online form to place a freeze on a minor. They contacted me and told me I did not provide the necessary document/information and then continued to tell me I needed to submit the following, name, address, and former address. The name, address and former address are on the form that I filled out. I guess they do not look at the form when it is sent in. I talked to customer ********************** three times. Twice was told I could place a credit freeze on a minor with no credit history and once was told you cannot place a freeze on a minor with no credit history. The phone rep basically placed me on indefinite hold when I asked to speak with a supervisor. They do not listen or seek to understand. They would not even look at the form that Equifax has online that you need to fill out and send to them to place a credit freeze. If the form is wrong they do not take any ownership of it being wrong and blamed me for not providing the necessary information. Once again no accountability because dealing with the rep is all on the phone.

      I just talk to someone who said her name was ***. I ordered my report to be sent to my PO Box and she said she could not do that cause she doesnt see it in my files. I told her I ordered maybe 2 months ago and have not received it at my apartment address but I did receive Experian who allowed me to use my PO Box. I told her I am having trouble getting my mail here. She said its nothing she can do but to keep sending it there. Please use my PO Box because I am in a racist neighborhood and I wont get it here. I keep a PO Box for important mail. Please allow me to ** my PO Box.

      I have over 800 credit at all 3, but suddenly got rejected for opening a new account due to "can't identify me". Checking my Equifax report, I see the show me having lived in my house less than a year, while paying the mortgage on it for more than 7! (You're welcome previous owners!) Oh, and I'm still shown working for an employer **** miles away that I left more than 12 years ago. (I don't want to hear about long commutes!) Couldn't figure out how to dispute either one, but when I called, ********, informed me she shows the right number of years on current address, despite the report in my hands saying I was at a previous address not a year ago. She further told me she couldn't remove the 12 years out of date employment until I have a new current job to replace it. "Company policy" Wish I could figure out how to at least attach a statement saying they are liars and morons, but she said they'll investigate and let me know if I'm still making a **** mile daily round trip commute within 30 days. In the meantime, I guess I have to lie about where I live and work for bank applications????

      When attempting to place a credit freeze on my account via phone and online Equifax's system did not send me a verification code via text message or email. I repeatedly requested a resend of the information several times. I eventually completed the process of verification online by answering security questions. I found this process time-consuming and quite frankly it appeared to be purposefully difficult to access my account.

      Equifax refuses to remove a negative item that is over 7 years old that is covered under the **** new laws. In fact just by disputing the item with the facts of the **** they dropped my score 25 points. I know this because the last 2 disputes of said item they just disregarded. But you tou apply the new **** laws they push back with lowering your score.

      I have spent over an hour on the phone with zero help. Equifax apparently messed up my personal info and now they want me to mail in documents like SS card and DL. How safe is that!! I asked if the info could be emailed or faxed. I was told the only way is to mail it to them. The process will also take 1 to 2 weeks to be fixed. They have to be the worst people to deal with on Earth. I think maybe ******************* should be fired. This place has zero leadership.
