      First, i signed up for a free trial of their premier plan, it wasn't worth it so i was trying to cancel it. They have no online option to cancel the subscription and do not list a number to cancel the service. I finally found the number to cancel but unfortunately the subscription amount had already gone through. I called to cancel the subscription on October 5th (same day the charge went through my bank). I was told i would receive a refund (minus an amount for the 1 day of service). Was told I would receive my refund in **** business days. The next day I was charged **** from them in addition to the amount already taken I assumed this was the amount they would charge me for my few hours of their premier plan. I called today to find out what is going on and they are giving me the runaround. Saying they never charged anything more than the subscription, that my services are active (they have not been active since my first call on October 5th), that they do not issue refunds even though I was told I WOULD receive a refund etc. If I could give 0 stars I would, their premier service is absolutely useless and gives me less information than free services through other companies give, they make it near impossible to cancel and s**** you out of money. I'll be calling my bank to dispute charges and block all future charges from them. Absolute joke of a company would NEVER recommend them to anyone ever for any reason.

      Very unhappy with them!! I recently applied with a credit union for a home equity loan, they ran my credit and within 4 hours I began to receive unsolicited phone calls from "mortgage companies" of various names regarding their services and loans. I called the credit union asking where the leak of my personal information came from and they had "no idea." I did my own research. I asked the various companies where they had received my name and phone number. I found they use Equifax for credit score information. Apparently they pay to get the information from Equifax. I have written to managers at Equifax and voiced my extreme displeasure with their treatment of my personal information. Sharing this with you will hopefully encourage you to do the same!

      WORST OF THE THREE. I had a dispute with my credit. The other two saw it was fraud and took it off right away. While Equifax made me file three disputes, spend hours on the phone with them and get mistreated by their staff, but I don't have any other choice.... I'm weighting thise while I've been on hold woth them on my 3rd call in the last two weeks. It's bee over a half hour now...

      In July Equifax started charging me for a "Family Plan" at $19.95 a month. I DID NOT authorize this, I have called them for 3 months and argued. They refuse to cancel or give me a credit because I refuse to say that I actually ordered it and just want to cancel it. They say they cannot cancel it based on their policy unless I agree to this. I will not, so instead I had to close my bank account. This is elder abuse. I am on a fixed income and this is nothing less than theft

      Equifax customer support is a joke. First, their bot asks a series of useless questions, then finally it connects to an agent. The agent was no different than a robot. He just kept saying the exact same paragraphs. I could tell he was reading off a script and didn't even understand or care about my question. The whole conversation was torture. I would give them 0 star if possible.

      By them, my credit score fell by 38 points! This can't happen! Therefore, I open a dispute on one of my credit cards because it has two accounts and an inaccurate amount reported. I opened the dispute on the account that didn't belong to me (it was closed and transferred to a new account, leaving me with just 1). Furthermore, they don't update for two months. So when I called, they informed me that the reason my credit score dropped was because I had opened a dispute on the incorrect account that was meant to be on my credit report. No way! I opened the correct account; they were just messed and disorganized. They can't do anything to improve my credit score, but they remove the dispute. Despite my best efforts to pay off the debt, they are negatively affecting my credit score, which is incredibly upsetting.

      Almost impossible to navigate. High fees for a poor service. Ive been trying to cancel for months and keep getting excuses of why my request cant be possible all while they continue to charge me.

      Complete lack of organization. I have reports frozen to protect from identity theft, and every time I have to unfreeze, they require me to mail in documents. Their system is broken, as evidenced by their settlement for a data breech in 2017. Lenders should stop utilizing their reporting. Only reason it's a 1-star is because I can't leave a 0 star.

      Equifax took 3 months to agree with me that our company had an account with them. No, they didnt tell me, I TOLD THEM and they finally found our account. Then, after that mistake on their part, they overcharged us for *********************** 3 minutes!!! Anyone who has used equifax knows that to enter the info. they request, on their system, it can take 5 minutes or more. Yet, they charged us $198.00 for these 27 reports they claim were requested. I asked them to look into that and fix it. They looked into it and told me we "ordered incorrectly" and they would give us a credit for $58. I asked them how 27 reports could be ordered within a 3 minute window. No reply. I asked them why, if it is my error, they offer a $58 credit (30% of charge). No reply. Then a "manager" entered the discussion and told me my questions were "not ideal". Really? For who? Not ideal because I am offering them facts about how their system DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY?? I told him there are other credit sources to use. Goodbye. I advise you do the same.
