      Complete garbage. Online credit report requests might as well not even exist with this company. The other two (you know which ones they are) work as expected so why cant theirs? Ill tell you why, its because they dont want it to work.

      *******, I disputed a collection for what appeared to be medical and I swear to God not even as I finished and reviewed a few other things I got a notification the it had been completed and was said the information was correct and basically not be removed and I no for a fact it wasn't mine but regardless how did the decide so quickly. Something isn't right with them, experian and TransUnion are good.

      Let me start off by pointing out how Equifax is the only reporting agency that never has their information up to date. Also, they are the only reporting agency that has blocked my report from being seen by myself, creditors, and lenders.I have called numerous times to explain their is a code I am supposed to give the representative. None of the representatives know what I am talking about. Then I find one that does, he said send in a copy of my social security card and driver's license via mail or fax. So I did just that and my account is still blocked. I have called twice since sending in this information, more than 24 hours afterward. The representatives still had no clue and even pretended as if I did not know what I was talking about. So they take down the fraud alert and then they take down a So called promo block and still it is blocked. I am in the middle of a refinance which is time sensitive. I do not have time for this second rate customer **********************.

      Awful company, updated documents few months ago after couple months issue was finally resolved, called again recently to get help with login, asking for same documents again to update file again? Why - just cancel subscription - will never contact Equifax again!

      I ordered monthly to view and print my credit report. I was never told that Equifax no longer allows the report to be printed. After few calls I was able to a rep and he confirms, there are a lot of customers upset over the same issue. Please have this feature not available on the website to let customers know its no longer available. Overall experience is horrible with Equifax.

      I had a terrible experience recently with Equifax. I had a background check for a job I really wanted and got an offer for; I severely needed the job after over 2 months of being unemployed. When the background report came back, it said that there was a huge discrepancy between when I worked at a previous company and what was found by the background screening agency. Someone from the agency informed me that they go through Equifax to collect the information. The discrepancy was huge and was definitely a mistake on the part of Equifax. Instead of reporting that I worked at a company for 2 years and then came back to work in another position at the same company for about 7 months, the report stated that I only worked at the company for a 7 month period. The 7 month stint was listed twice under two different position titles, and the second title didn't even match the job I had. Now, I'm hearing that I could wait over a month for my dispute to be looked into. In that time frame, I could lose the job I was offered as it is contingent on this background report; Equifax made me look dishonest. I literally have paystubs dating back to the time I was employed at said company and yet I still have to wait for this mishandling of data on their part to be resolved. Nobody even answers the company phone when I call. Equifax should be ashamed to be throwing regular, everyday working Americans under the bus - especially in times like this - just so you can further automate HR functions and eliminate more jobs for real people. I don't see how this is allowed. There should be a class-action lawsuit for people whose reputation was tarnished by Equifax and possibly lost job offerings as a result.

      Please and delete and deactivate my account if have me in the system and it's was a mistake and please correct my credit score and I don't want my information out there especially with people these if know what I mean. Scared and nervous and worried about this ?? ***************************

      I filed a Death Notice for my Aunt to have a Death Notice added to her Equifax Credit Report. I mailed them, as instructed 3 documents. Letter of Testamentary (original), Death Notice (original), copy of my Driver's License.After 9 business days I received a reply letter stating I needed to send these same documents I had included. I called to find out the Driver's License copy was not legible enough for their OCR and that they had destroyed my original Government Documents. This is unacceptable as these documents take time to gather. Terrible experience. Use a Different Credit Bureau.

      The worse and most delayed reporting agency of the 3! For several MONTHS I have wondered why my equifax score was 687 while my others were 738. I called and was told there was a system error but it would update in a couple days. Not only did it ever update but it dropped by 2 points to 685 after the call . A car dealership literally had to tell me my score was 733 with them. They are horrible and lazy and dont report as they should.

      Equifax has misleading information in regards to the free trial their opening hours over the phone on their website, terms of use and voice recordings and will also not compensate for a full refund on a product that is subscribed to be technically two days late due to their inaccuracy of information, instructions and timelines and contact hours stated from the own company.Online states the available online option of ability to cancel subscription through account but when you go to account, gives you a different phone number with different hours of operations than previously stated. No confirmation email of refund which was said to be processed.All a big hoax and runaround just to steal your money, credit and account information as well as anything else in regards to your personal information. Do not trust them at all.They also have included the wrong address for one the credit reports accounts?

      Very not understanding at all of each situation and they all just continue to say the same thing, even the supervisor. There is no available option of even giving them the need proofs of misled information through their own company. Very bad representation and experience to have gone through which lasted more than a month from the initial start of even creating the account to begin with.
