      most horrible policies AND MANAGEMENT SHEEP and experience in my life and not cAUSE BY ME. JUMP THROUGH 7 ****** AND 4 FORMS, ATTACH ************ INTO A TUCK AND ROLL INTO A FLAMINGO ON 1 LEG AND WE WILL UPDATE YOUR FILE.Just a s***** run organization with too many pretentious workers.

      The first ****** (a male ) didnt call me back even though he had my number- when we got cut off . He also told me I could cancel the service but did not tell me I had to do it in 24 hours !Then I spoke to a young lady and she wouldnt put a supervisor on the phone when I asked to speak to one. I only wish I had asked for the Employee ID numbers

      The information on my credit report is entirely wrong. My current address is from 9 years ago, the previous address is from 21 years ago, a place i lived for 1 year. My current employment is a place i left in 2016.I have been in a feud with Bell Canada but on my credit report it says ******.I also just realized they have been charging my bank account just over $28 per month for 7 months. I have no account with them. I requested a report, for myself, and paid $5.59 for it. I did not request a membership, did not sign up for an ********** seems i will be paying it for the rest of my life as i have been unable to cancel it or have it refunded.What in Gods name is allowing this company to get away with this? I am a victim of fraud and after reading several reviews and complaints, i can see several thousand other people are also.

      Struggle to think of a worse company... messes up your credit score then tries to get you to pay $15 per month to view and resolve it. Totally hapless customer support staff. *************.

      Equifax erroneously filed a collection claim on my account for someone with a different first name and different social security number. The only commonality was the last name and date of birth.Transunion and Experian did not make this error. The collections company confirmed it was an error on Equifax's part and that they have no records related to **** caught the error within 3 days of the issue and filed a dispute, but Equifax has still not been resolved it.Moreover, their online systems are faulty. While logged into MyEquifax account, I was repeatedly logged out before it permanently locked, indicating I should call the support phone number which has extremely long hold times. I was never connected to a human and eventually the phone calls would drop.Still no resolution to the erroneous claim or the account lock.

      If there was a zero rating I would give them a zero. They are scamming people to purchase a service instead of directly communicating how people can freeze their credit for free. They need serious governmental regulation as they are clearly not doing the right thing on their own. Slimy business practices. Unfortunately, you must contact them separately from other credit companies in order to freeze your credit.

      I received a letter from TECO that Equifax did not authorize the electric company to waive the down payment for a back-up surge protector that *** left here in my house. The first check that I mail out when I get paid is my electric bill. Sometimes I pay online. I am entitled to know the reason for this drastic decision. I have tried calling Equifax, but I can't get a live person on the phone. I am a young woman who supports herself financially and on a budget. My electric bill was $96.00 plus the additional cost of the backup surge protector. I am requesting to please investigate this matter further and credit this back to my credit card.

      Terrible customer *************************** I was trying to do was put a credit freeze on my account. Tried via computer system on phone...it would not acknowledge my answers to challenge questions. Tried via customer ***************************** could not verify me even though I sent a photo of my drivers license and a selfie as requested.

      At the dealership and they cant get in Equifax. How is there an internal block but no one can tell me who, why, or when it was placed. I identified myself enough to talk to a rep, TO INCLUDE, send a selfie, but I have to send a letter to a PO BOX to get them to remove the block?! THIS IS BS! Theres a difference in freeze and internal block. They can lift a freeze but not an internal block? *** SENSE DOES THAT MAKE?! I'M BEYOND PISSED!

      The absolute worst customer ********************** I have ever encountered. Their network is constantly down and they won't ever answer a phone call in less than 40 minutes. Also want credit card info over the phone which is very shady
