    I got this charge on my account and i did not authorize this nor do i know what its from. I tried to go into cancel all this c*** and i camt get the option.

    If the trial is not cancelled within the 7 day period the account will automatically enroll in our monthly subscription service as outlined on the signup page. 

    We were able to locate your account that matched all of your details, Name, address, phone number, and have cancelled it as requested. 

    Cancellation and refund details have been emailed to the email address on file.

    Used the $1.00 with my venmo and I got charged over $44 in my Venmo!! I dont remember signing up that amount!

    The account was created on 11/17/22 with our $1.00 7-day trial.  Upon further review, it appears we did not receive a request to cancel prior to the end of the trial. In that event, your account was automatically renewed to the monthly subscription of $44.86.
     
    When signing up for our background reports, the subscription does outline that it will auto-renew until elected to cancel. 

    Please be assured that your account was canceled and you were issued a refund of $44.86. The refund was processed immediately on our end, however, please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.

    On 11/30/22 we were notified of a charge of $35.88 against our Pay Pal account by ***********, *******, **, for a detailed report on certain improved property (500 *************, ********, **********). The report we received from NeighborWho contained numerous glaring inaccuracies about the structure on this property (e.g., square footage, number of floors, whether there was a basement, etc.). We are unwilling to pay for this woefully inaccurate report and want a refund of our $35.88 from NeighborWho.

    On Nov 30 I noted that there was money taken out of my Chime account, and I do not subscribe to this business or subscription, nor did I give my Chime account number to this business. I do want to cancel this subscription and request, as well as never to use my account information for any reason in the future. I don't know how this company obtained my card information. Please refund my money.

    On Oct. 28th 2022 neighbor who took $44.86 out of my account and I didn't authorized them to then they said they refunded it back but never did then Nov. 16th 2022 they took $1.00 and $44.86 out my account again mind you my so called account has been closed and blocked with them and they still charged me not once but twice and I never seen a refund I want my money

    When signing up for our services the terms and conditions in addition to the privacy policy are required to be agreed to prior to signing up.
    Each customer must agree to these terms before successfully creating the account.

    I was just charged $47.66 and I did not opt for it - only the dollar free week.Want a refund !!
