On February 3rd I placed an order for my birthday for an edible agreement and the order was never delivered. The manager lied stated they tried to deliver the order which wasnt true because I was home all day and never received the order. I contacted the store and advised them I no longer need the order and wanted to just get a refund the manager stated she would not refund me. I reached out to the corporate office and filed and claim and also sent an email and i received an email back stating I would receive my money back and it has now been a month and I havent received my money back. The corporate office states the manager said she talk to me and said I would need to pick up the order. It has been a month and I no longer need the order. I would like my money back. The corporate rep also stated the email I received is a general email which means they lied about receiving my money even though I proof that they said I would receive it back. I would like to have a complaint against the store and I would also like for them to refund my money back per the email I was stating I would. Horrible place of employment.Hired me just to start my first day of "training" was there for 3 hours and "let me go" 2 days later after 3 hours of training and with the company total... to also be promised pay for those 3 hours and it has now been 3 1/2 weeks and i still havent gotten that payment store manager also requested to pay me the 3 hours through cashapp or zelle which is very weird and sketchy aswell store manager isn't responding to text messages or calls and blocked me. I called from a different number and he answered immediately.Do not work/apply or order from here it's nasty inthe kitchen with ants crawling all up and down the walls and rotten fruit along with chocolate that sits in a melter 24/7 and fruit that sits out all day long.Initial Complaint

Ordered product on Wednesday 2/14/24 @ 8:44pm online to be delivered on Friday 2/16/24, order #W1010193587-1. 2:45 pm Friday 2/16 I called the Grandview location because online my order was still showing order received . I cancelled the order and sent a message thru their website online with a reference number *******. I received a confirmation email back that the store received my message and would contact me within 48 hours. On Saturday 2/17 the order was still showing as received only, I called the location four more times each time to go to a voicemail, no one ever picked up the phone. Each time the automated service would ask to hold just to come back and you have to leave a message, always said assisting another guest. I called the main number as well and it was the same thing. This was for my mother in laws 82nd birthday and I had to rush around Saturday morning to find a florist open to get her flowers before the family went to lunch to celebrate. I still havent received a call from the location manager but they did send me a confirmation email of delivery a date late after I cancelled the order.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Valentines day arrangement on Feb 10th to be delivered on the 14th through the companies online website. The order was to be fulfilled by this store: ******************************************************************************** The arrangement was not delivered on the agreed upon date and I was told by email after I submitted a complaint that it would be delivered within 48hrs and I would receive $65 credit on my next purchase.The order was yet again not delivered within the next 48 hours and what's more perplexing is that, to claim my "$65 credit" I would have to call the store and just tell them that I have the "Valentines credit for $65". Do they not have a way to keep notice of this? And a better question, How do I call a store that isn't even open?The physical location they said would fulfill my order is not open during stated operating hours. I visited the store twice withing their stated operating hours and was met with a locked door and a seemingly abandoned interior. Nothing on the shelves and all lights turned off. To my surprise, I saw the same thing at their other location, ******************************************************************************. Closed during stated operating hours and empty shelves.On Feb 19th I received a call regarding my refund in which a woman, who I can't recall her name, where she required my credit card information to issue the refund. As in all my info. The card number, expiration date, and security code. If it wasn't for the fact I paid for the service with a gift card I would not have given my information to them. This is yet another oddity in their business. Why do they have to call me to get my card information? Can't their system issue the refund with the infirmation I provided at checkout?Finally, I'd like to add that I'm not alone with these concerns. Their online reviews are awful, with maybe people expressing the same concerns. I believe their listings online for the services the location offers are misleading, if not outright false.Initial Complaint

On 2/4/24 I ordered and paid for an arrangement to be delivered on February 14. The order was never fulfilled nor delivered. I have had zero communication from the business. I have left them two voicemails and did an online complaint. However, I have yet to hear from anybody. But I was charged on my credit card and still have NO order. Placed an order online the Saturday before Valentines Day for a flower and platter bundle to be delivered to my parents in ***** on Valentines Day. Received confirmation. On Valentines Day my parents sent a pic thanking me for the strawberries. I asked did they like the flowers?- they then sent- were getting flowers too? the flowers was NOT delivered! I immediately called and finally got ahold of a guy named ******* at a corporate location. He sent the local store(****** ,**) information from my complaint. He then said they have to give the store 24 hours to make it right - IF I dont hear from them within 24 hours to call corporate back and they will make it right. Here it is now February 17 2024 and I have received absolutely nothing! Not a call or message from anyone! Im extremely disappointed and upset with this entire situation and process! I have called so many times since to both the local office as well as corporate and I can not get anyone on the phone now. No one will return my calls or the messages Ive sent through the online website for inquiries to have someone call me back. This is absolutely HORRIBLE business and the professionalism is beyond ridiculous. I spent almost ****** for strawberries and 3 small cheesecake bites!! $225 order was placed on February 12 to be delivered February 13. Order never arrived. We have called multiple numbers, emailed and sent messages via the website with no response. I placed an order on 2/13/24 to be delivered on 2/14/24. Not only was the order not delivered but I can not reach anyone on the telephone for explanation or resolution. This order was just shy of $100. This type of business is unacceptable.
