I placed an online order on 2/12/24 for delivery for 2/14/24, which I paid extra for. I tried several times on the 14th to get an update and could not reach anyone by phone. I finally got an email around 9:00 PM CST that said there was a delay and asked if I wanted the order delivered the next day to respond to the email.. I responded to that email and have still not received my order. I have tried several times an hour to get someone on the phone and no one ever picks up. Ordered a valentines and engagement event gift over a week in advanced and was charged extra for next day air for a perishable gift.Order was never received. Phone number on the edible site was not active per ******** Filled out a contact me request and no follow up days after.I ended up having to do a charge back from my credit card. When I called their location they said it was a ******* order directly through the online only storefront and there was nothing the *************** location could assist with.

An order was placed and scheduled for delivery for 2/15. I waited the entire day for this order to be delivered. 7:15pm on 2/15 I received a text stating that Edible Arrangement had set up a delivery through uber. 7:46pm, I received another message stated that it's on the way. 8:28pm, I receive another text message stating that the delivery was canceled. The store opens at 10:00am I called every hour, and no one has answered the phone, and it is now 2:43pm 2/16. I reached out to Edible Arrangement on 2/16 at 2:27 and spoke with some from the corporate office, at first, he stated that the order was delivered this morning 2/16 at 8:20am. I then let him now that I have a ring camera, and no one has been to my home. He then tried to call the store, and no one answered. He then stated that he will send a message to the store for them to call me back but if course they are not going to call back. I started doing research and found many very similar complaints for the same exacts store. I have called and left this store voicemails all day.Initial Complaint

The case reference number I have with Edible Arrangements is *******. I placed order #W1010190625-1 online on 2/14/24 at 4:36pm for a total of $76.19, which included $19.99 for same day delivery. I reached out at 7:40pm to request an update on anticipated delivery time when I had not heard or received anything. The website order tracker indicated that the order was received by the store. That night I submitted another inquiry through their website to cancel the order and request a refund.As of 2/15/24, the site had been updated to indicate that the order is out for delivery. As of 2/16/24, the site had been updated to state the order was delivered with no date or time listed to indicate delivery nor proof of delivery. Despite several submitted inquiries (4) on the site, numerous calls to both the store (4) and *********** (5), an email to ************************************* and response to a survey they sent asking me "to tell them how they did with my order on 2/14/24", I have not received a response as of today, 2/16/24.I note that the inquiry form on the site says to expect a response within 48 hours but it seems fairly unbelievable that I would not receive a response at this point regarding an order that was not delivered on time nor at all. It is also unbelievable that it is impossible to reach the store directly nor a customer service rep on the phone.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 02/14/2024 Order Number: W0118822068-1-1 Item: Eternal Love Bakeshop Platter and Roses Bundle - Single with Clear Vase Cost: $184.26 Delivery Instructions: Place on bench on front porch and text me when delivered Complaint: I only received the Flowers Valentines Day Roses - Single in a clear vase; however, I never received the Eternal Love Bakeshop Platter. I wanted it to arrive on Valentines Day as that day my family was at my house. I called the ****** ** Shop and each time I had to leave a voice mail as they dont answer the phone. Today, the 15th of February 2024 around 11am EST I received a call from a woman who did not provide her name, but was willing to look into my complaints. She advised she could initiate a refund for the delivery fee only, and would set up for redelivery of missing products after 4pm EST but nothing further. After not receiving my order yet again today, I called the represenative back to advise the order was again not delivered. She advised she had an abundance of orders to fill yesterday which were still being fulfilled today and our reship must have been overlooked at the local location. She advised she would set this up for a morning delivery with an extra 12 count of strawberries to make up for the delays. She also advised she could not issue any refunds but would attempt delivery again (now the 3rd delivery attempt). I asked again for a phone call so I could meet the delivery personnel downstairs at the door to accept. At this point I feel this is unacceptable business practice. As a customer I expect to receive what has been purchased and paid in full. The long wait times for phone calls, no availability to speak with a represenative, and hung up while on hold. The inability to complete a full or partial refund at this point is outragious. I would love to have enjoyed the products ordered with the ones I love dearly. I hope we can resolve these issues and customer service can be improved.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for delivery on Valentines Day that was never delivered. According to the companys website, they are only able to deliver to business addresses before 5pm. My delivery was scheduled to be delivered to a business address for my wife. The company attempted delivery at 5:45pm which is after the acceptable hours according to the companys policy. This attempted delivery was after I had spoken with a customer service representative who told me to have my wife wait at her work until 5pm when she was supposed to leave 2 hours prior because the company has until 5pm to make the delivery. The delivery driver then informed me that after speaking with their manager/store owner, they would be delivering the order first thing on the following morning as a priority delivery since they were unable to honor the scheduled delivery date. That day has come and gone and I have still not received the goods and services that I paid the business to provide. I have made multiple attempts to contact the store to come to a resolution for this issue with no result. I have left several voicemails for the store with no response, and even attempted to contact the delivery driver from the first day to get any sort of update about the order with no communication. I also requested a callback from a customer service manager after my first call with customer service at ****** on Valentines Day and was told a manger would contact me within 24 hours and I have not received a call from them either. The company has failed to provide any goods or services that have been paid for and have not provided me any reasonable belief that I can rely on them to ever deliver my order.Initial Complaint

Order number: W1010158953-1 I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an order that was promised to be delivered on Valentine's *** but was not fulfilled. Additionally, my attempts to reach out for an update today, both via phone and electronic message, have gone unanswered.This situation is both frustrating and unprofessional, marking a first-time experience for me with your service where there has been a complete lack of communication and delivery. Given these circumstances, I respectfully request the immediate cancellation of my order in its entirety due to failure to deliver as promised.I would appreciate prompt confirmation of this cancellation and information on the process for a full refund.
