I ordered an arrangement from the **************** store that was never delivered. I've made several attempts to speak to the man that sold me the arrangements at this location. The last time I spoke to him he told me that he was going to send me back the money which never arrived. Arrangement was supposed to be delivered to cedar Sinai for a friend of mine on his birthday who is getting surgery the next day the amount I believe is $101 again this was never deposited back into my account this has been several weeks I've tried on my own to file a complaint with my bank however because it was a purchase and it was not considered fraudulent however I do believe that this location stole this money from me and I would like this money to be returned to me immediately along with an apology to my friend. This gift was important. if you look at this location yelp reviews you will see that this is a common practice that this location his excuse was that he ordered it through doordash however why would I place an order through edible arrangements for him and turn to door dash and place the order. makes no sense.Initial Complaint

We ordered an Easter arrangement order number W0119361200. It was never delivered. The gave us a reference number *******. Still nothing. They gave us a second reference number *******. I order two gifts on March 28, 2024 which were to be delivered on March 29th to the same location. I started calling the store at 6:30 PM to find out when the delivery was coming. At 8:50 PM. I received a phone call from a young lady telling me that she was on her way to attempt delivery. Was anyone home? No one was at home at the residence and I told her so when I was hung up on. No attempt was made to redeliver the two gifts nor were any Messages sent through the website, or messages left on the voicemail at the place of business were returned. I have called the store numerous times and Have attached call logs. Three complaints were filed with the company none of which have been answered. *** requested my money back on all of these complaints and have yet to receive it. I was told someone will contact me within 24 hours of filing each complaint which has never happened.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for same day delivery from the Edible Arrangemens website. The order was for delivery from ***** ***************** in ***********, **. I received an email confirmation W0119600532-1. The order would not progress when checking order status so I called the number on the email. The advocate that answered stated that location was temporarily closed and orders were rerouted to other locations. But there would not be an issue. No change so I called customer service. They told me due to system issues they could not check on the order but they would call me back. I did that for 3 straight days with no returned call, refund process, or follow up on my case number. Upon doing some research on ****** reviews it appears this location has been closed for months with multiple issues noted with the same payment and no refund.Initial Complaint

I submitted an online order for same day delivery from closest store location. Upon submitting order, I never received a confirmation email receipt. Immediately checked my credit card and the charge was made to my acct. I called the store to inquire if my order was received and out for delivery, and to request my receipt be emailed. But the female I was speaking with hung up the phone as I was waiting on her to figure out what happened to my order. I immediately called back multiple times to no answer. I physically went over to the store 2 hrs before closing time, as indicated online, and found store shutdown. My delivery order was never received. The next day I called the store again from my daughter's ph# and the same female answered and stated that the store location ordered from was closed dwn for months ******* states the store location - Stone Oak- as "Open", and I was able to select that store to order from online). She gave me a ph# to different store location, stating my order was being handled by another location. I called that #, told the male the situation, he put me on hold for 25min allowing the call to hang-up. No intent to help. I called Corporate # that was advertised online but it connected me back to the same female I first spoke with. I told her to just process my ************ stated her boss, Destiny, would have to do that & she would have her call me when she got in to the store. I called back later in the day to speak to the boss and she stated she was still waiting for her arrival. I never heard back. I contacted my bank to report the fraudulent situation in order to open an investigation, in effort to get my refund. I checked the reviews for this store location & found the same incidents have been occurring to many many other customers. This appears to be a scam business. I just want my money back & for this company to be held accountable for all the money they have taken from consumers and hardship they have causedInitial Complaint

I placed an order for a birthday gift on March 12, 2024 and the driver left the gift on the porch without a bag. An animal etc. could have easily destroyed the container simply because it was left on the ground without a bag. The recipient did not want the gift after being left on the ground which is understandable. This is the most unsanitary way to leave a food item and I have sent letters to the corporate office in ******* ******* and the local company here in Grandview, **** no reply. A customer service rep called and left a message stating this was a normal practice and sounded so unconcerned. My issue is the gift being left on the ground uncovered and I would like a full refund. On March 19th, I purchased a bouquet to be delivered on March 21st by 2 p.m. to a local middle school. The order was sourced to the locally owned store (***************************************************) I called the store on March 21st at 11:30 a.m to check on the order status as it didn't show online. ********* answered the phone and was extremely rude. She talked to people in the background as I was trying to explain the situation. She shared that she wasn't going to constantly tell me that the order hadn't been made and may not make it by the time the school closes. She shared we'll try the next day. I said the person won't be at the school tomorrow. She handed the phone to a woman named ****** and said here talk to this lady because I don't have time for this and to constantly tell her this. ****** canceled the order upon my request. Needless to say, I order from edible arrangements often, but after this experience I will not ever order again.Initial Complaint

I submitted an order on 4/16 that was set to be delivered on 4/17. My order was never delivered. I reached out to the business and no one has answered. I also called corporate numerous times and have not received a response. I also sent emails and still have not received a response. I ordered large fruit arrangement to be delivered. It was never delivered. There was NO attempt at delivery. The business called and asked if delivery the next day was ok, I said yes. No delivery. On 2/9/2024, I ordered an arrangement for someone and it was to include a mylar balloon at a cost of $7.00 plus tax. However, the balloon was not included in the arrangement. The order number is W1010076320-1. I contacted the company on 2/10/2024 stating my complaint and requested a refund for the cost of the balloon. No one contacted me back and no refund was issued. I filed a second complaint on 3/2/2024 and as of today (3/9/2024) no one has bothered to contact me, and no refund has been issued.More than the money, it is the principal of the matter as on one has even bothered to reply to the complaint from Edible Arrangements.
