      I went to the store for the birthday item. The door was locked. I called because that seemed odd. A young girl answered and seemed very confused the door was locked and then another woman started yelling into the phone. She had an accent. The girl seemed very uncomfortable with the conversation and that the door was unknowingly to her locked. The girl was willing to help me get the birthday gift. The woman was yelling saying if I didnt have an account she refused to give it to me. I assured her I did have an account. The girl found the account and the woman again started yelling refusing to give the gift because I hadnt bought anything. I told her we just moved to the area 5 days prior. She was just yelling. I told her at our previous location we bought all the time and maybe they just didnt attach orders to our account since they were personal or grab/go items that we didnt actually need to order. She continued to refuse the gift. She said "this is why I dont leave the door unlocked I dont want people like you in here". She then told me not to even try to come in and go elsewhere. By then I was so upset I didnt even care to go anywhere else.

      On June 28th, 2023 I purchased an Edible Arrangement order of a Large Confetti ***** and Chocolate Bouquet. I also ordered a Mylar Balloon, birthday printed card and a small personal birthday style cheese cake for my wifes birthday. On June 29th, 2023 the order was delivered. I was at work when my wife received her Edible Arrangement. It turns out they did not deliver the personal birthday cheese cake. I had to call them and let them know it was not delivered and how this issue could be resolved. The manager told me I would have to pick up the cheese cake myself before store closes at 5:30pm if I wanted it the same day. Online their hours state they close at 6pm. The manager said if I couldnt make it in on time they would make it for another day. I couldnt do that cause on the 29th is my wifes birthday. I had to leave work early pick up this mini cake they forgot to deliver and I ended up being late to my wifes birthday gathering and reservation. The style of the Bouquet was nothing like in the picture. I also noticed the count of strawberries were way less with only 12 counted for. Online the large order has 24 strawberries. The bouquet was supposed to be in a vase but instead, the bouquet came in square tin can that look nothing like a birthday celebration. I feel that the order description was falsely advertised and I would like a total refund for this purchase. I tried calling customer service however the representative was from a different country, hard to understand and was robotic in his responses. I know there is a disclaimer on the website however the quantity should of been large like I ordered, the cake should of been delivered and instead of a tin can it could of been any color vase. You cant show a vase and deliver something in a tin can- that is not a comparable alternative. There were so many issues with this order and before I dispute this through my credit card I wanted to give the company a chance to make this right.

      Order W1009142187-1 was placed on June 29,2023. ( ***** USD ) It is now July 07,2023. And item is ' still out for delivery, has never been delivered. I've tried calling head quarters & the store front on *************, and no one has returned my call or refunded me. I feel scammed and so many reviews on yelp mention being scammed.

      On April 17, 2023, I ordered 1 (ONE) "***** Tasty ******************* Platter - One Size" for a friend following a surgery. The cost was (supposed to be) $44.99, plus tax/shipping. Reviewing the receipt, I noticed I was charged for 31 of the platters, totaling $1,535.55. I instantly began calling Edible Arrangements to clear up the issue. I left TWO voicemails at the ************ location where the item would be made.[Screenshot 2023-06-19 at 10.16.51 AM.png]?I then called headquarters twice where I spoke with a man that answered the phone. I explained the situation and he said he needed to transfer me to someone else. Both times, I was sent to a line that would quickly disconnect me. The third call was answered and then immediately disconnected.[Screenshot 2023-06-19 at 10.19.06 AM.png]?I also sent messages through the 'contact me now' link on the website but do not have any copies of those, not knowing this would become an issue.A couple hours later Edible Arrangements in ************ called me. The man saw the order/heard the messages and wanted to clarify the ask was for ONE item, not THIRTY-ONE. He indicated they would do a refund and he would call me back once the refund had been completed to confirm. [IMG_3844.PNG]???[IMG_3845.PNG]?The gift was delivered to the home on April 19th.This is the text I received from the recipient indicating his gratitude for the gift, not giftS.[Screenshot 2023-06-19 at 10.10.09 AM.png ]I am ok paying for ONE but not 31 and am annoyed at having to spend all of the extra time and effort to have my money returned to me. I have received a response to a message sent through FB messenger where i was assured I would receive my money back, but have not received money, a response, anything since.

      I am retired Military and a retired ********** of ***************** ************** Officer. On June 18, 2023, my daughter ordered an edible fruit arrangement from the above business. The arrangement was delivered as promised. I attempted to eat the fruit and discovered that all the fruit were too hard to consume. I called the store to speak with the manager and I was told he was not in the store at that time she would leave a message for the manager to call me when he returns to the store. I have tried to reach out to the store manager every day for almost a week and was given the same message, he will call me when he returns to the store. I am sure we could have reached some type of resolution if he or she would have returned my call.       I placed an order on the Edible arrangements website on Sunday June 25 for my grandmothers Birthday. I had to pick from the same day delivery section on the website since it was the morning of the day. I chose a few gifts for her and placed my order and received a confirmation e mail that my order had been sent to a shop close by and they were preparing it at around 12:20 pm. By 4:30 pm I had not received any other e mail so I went to check on the website and track my order. When I clicked on track it said the shop is busy and tracking wouldnt show so I tried to contact them and was sent by phone to the shop the order was dispatched to which was then closed! So I got in touch with headquarters and was told oh it looks like your order is pending and was never sent and theres nothing we can do about that today so we can send it out tomorrow or refund you. I wanted a refund because the point was getting something over to my grandmas house on her actual birthday! I could have called many other places that day but by the time I found out they never delivered everything else was closed! The next day I got a call from the shop saying hey sorry we didnt deliver your order we can send it today give us a call! I called 3 times and no one would answer I only had the option to leave a message. I left a message again that I wanted a refund! Now its Tuesday and I call my bank because the transaction went through and was told there was no refund processed so I had to call this shop a third time!! Was told again I will get a refund and sorry about that but it will take another 3-5 days! Clearly after 2 calls and speaking to the supervisor of headquarters the refund was never even put through! This is horrible business! It is not my fault that a shop decided to close and just not send my order all day and in my opinion it should have been sent the next day for free with a refund too! Who knows how many times I will need to call before they really put my refund through!

      No where does it state online that the stores accommodate business first and residential addresses are last. I placed an order on the 8 th for a delivery on the 18 for Fathers Day now being told well it will be done after five business come first and same day orders are priority. Spoke with ******* and no one else could help so I have wasted 130

      Order W100 902 3199-1 The flowers delivered on June 5th were dead. I have tried to reach out to the location directly and texted photos as requested with no return call. Text sent to ************ and I've texted Friday, Saturday and today with no reply. I would like this refunded.

      The year before last they did not deliver the Mothers day flowers. They called saying they ran out of supply at 630pm on Mother's day. I filled this complaint before, they said I would be refunded. My mother went into the hospital shortly after and I never pursued what happened to my refund.

($46.99 fruit + $7.00 "gourmet Belgian chocolate smiley pop" + $4.86 tax)Fruit was delivered 05/12/2023, gourmet Belgian chocolate smiley pop was not.Contacted Edible to complete order fulfillment. Received no response but was issued refund for undelivered chocolate 05/17/2023.Contacted Edible twice since 05/17/2023 informing that refund is unacceptable. Fulfilment of order is expected solution. Never received any response. Order has never been fulfilled.
