      I made a purchase online through Edible Arrangements in ***********, ** on 5/15 for a $117 arrangement to be delivered on 5/16. The item was never delivered on 5/16. I tried calling the store I ordered from three different times on 5/16 and left two voicemails and never got a call back. On 5/17, without notification, the arrangement was delivered at 6pm and looked to have been sitting out all night/day. The chocolate in the fruit was melted, the cantaloupe was rotten, and half the fruit was off arrangement sitting in the bottom of the plastic wrap. I called the store again in 5/18 during business hours again with no response or return phone call. I attempted to called Edible Arrangement headquarters with no response or return phone call. I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card since the item was delivered extremely late and in awful shape. Now, the company sent another arrangement 1.5 weeks later without notifying me or the recipient and the arrangement sat outside for an indefinite amount of time and I want a refund. The company still has never returned any of my calls despite multiple attempts and for such an expensive arrangement I expected much better customer service.

      Ordered a 240$+ order a week before Mothers Day for Mothers Day.Couldnt get in touch with shop until almost 7pm on Mothers Day and was assured it would be delivered that day by a rude member of staff, it wasnt delivered.Finally got in touch with the shop the next morning after reaching out several times. Spoke to somebody who was incredibly rude and who had the audacity to ask that I still wanted it delivered.About 2pm that day somebody finally delivered.It was only the treats, less than a quarter of what was ordered, and it was bad, had to be thrown away immediately.Tried getting back in touch with the shop and couldnt. Reached out to regional customer support and was thrown in the ringer of (theyll be back in touch within 48 hours), they werent.Reached out again to HQ Customer Support and at this point requested a full refund, for poor service, poor quality and poor customer service. Was told it would be forwarded to the district manager and that theyd be back in touch soon, still have yet to hear anything from. Ive ordered from edible arrangements for Mothers Day every year for the past several and this was the first time I had a problem or issue, let alone several. I want a refund.

      Fruit Arrangement was ordered on May 10, 2023 and was told arrangement would be delivered on Friday May 12th. Item was delivered late in the afternoon on a very humid and hot day. Amount paid was $55.99. Fruit arrangement was delivered extremely hot and fruit was falling apart, mushy, watery and not edible. I have called the Springfield store and was told that the manager was not available, left my telephone info for a return call but have never received any return call. Call today, May 19, 2023 spoke to a ****** who was not very helpful or professional in trying to resolve my issue. Asked again to speak to Manager but was told he had left for the day. After some confusion with order number was put on hold and disconnected. Have ordered arrangements in the past but this is the first time that we are disappointed with the item. Would like a resolution and telephone call from manager immediately. I told their customer service that I really did not want to resort to filing a complaint but this is what I am left with.

      I ordered an arrangement for a birthday on May 14th to be delivered on May 16th, costing $48.00. The ordered never got delivered. I attempted to call the store (*******) and could not get through, left messages and no call back. I called another store (****************) and they could not help me because the delivery was from the other store. Sent a message to customer service through the website did not hear anything back. Drove to the ******* store, no manager had to talk to the clerk who could not tell me why my order was not delivered. When I asked for a refund she said she could not do it I had to call corporate and gave me the number. Tried for two days to get ahold of corporate, leaving multiple messages. Went on line again and sent another message via website to which they responded that someone from the Rancho store would contact me within 48hrs. Tried corporate again finally get through and they proceed to tell me they need to contact the store to get me the refund. Sooo I am still waiting, not happy and no refund.

      I placed 2 separate orders, at 2 different locations. Order ***************************** both with a guaranteed delivery date of 5/17. I am starting to think Edible Arrangements is a complete scam because both orders were never delivered. I tried calling both stores multiple times and no one answers the phone at either location. I tried requesting my orders to be canceled online, and get an error. I made the mistake of checking the reviews for these locations after the orders were already placed and there is hundreds of reviews from customers stating this company has stolen from them as well. Both orders need to be refunded.

      I ordered a gift for Mother's Day on May 2, 2023. I thought that would give this company plenty of time to ship my order. It was promised May 13 (that didn't happen), then they promised May 17 (that didn't happen). I next asked for a refund (that didn't happen). I have called both (702) ******* number and (877) toll free number and both go to the same menu. Every time I hit #2 or #3 to speak with a representative, the line goes dead. My mom just got out of the hospital last week and I wanted her to get something nice and sweet. All I got was NOTHING!!!

      I placed an order for a delivery on 8 May 2023 to be delivered on 9 May for a birthday. Around 5pm, after tracking my order all day, I received a notification that they missed the delivery. The next day on 10 May , I tracked the order and all it said was they were arranging the order. The entire day passed and nothing was updated. On the 11 May, 2 days after, it said that the order was delivered. That was a lie because no one received anything. I called the Headquarters and they told me that in order to receive my money back, I would have to wait until the store called me. This is second time I have had orders missed by the same store. 2 years ago, I had to call to get my money back. That time was different because they gave it to me. I am filing this to not only get money back, but warn others about that store.

      Yes, I would like assistance to get my refunds. The edibles HQ told me that the company was going to call me back within 24 hours. It has been 48 hours since my phone call.

No one answers the phone ever. There is no link to customer service in the order confirmation or delivery emails. I live out of town so I cant go in store. I attempted to call a 877 number, no answer. This particular store location has multiple ****** reviews referencing similar occurrences.

      Edible Arrangements ************************************************************************** This location is highly unprofessional and If I could have placed my order at another location I would have. lets start off with the fact that I placed the order online and the only nearby location to populate (this one in particular) stated that they had the arrangements I wanted to order in stock. I ordered (3) arrangements in total. One arrangement came with 3 Mothers Day balloons and plastic decorations for the strawberries. My second and third arrangements came with one ballon each, plastic Happy Mothers Day decorations on the strawberries, cheesecakes, and cookies. In-store I was only able to acknowledge that the balloons were incorrect. Instead of giving me my exact order of 5 Happy Mothers day Balloons they provided me with 4 Valentines Day I love you balloons. The rest of my orders were bagged so I did not notice until I made it to my destination that along with the incorrect balloons, my plastic dessert decorations were also missing. Once I realized, I immediately notified corporate. I spoke with the owner **** who was extremely unprofessional and told me that if I want a refund for the balloons I would have to return themto the ********* store in order to receive a refund. when asked, if you all knew you ran out of these Mothers advance that items will be missing from my order so that I may cancel, Appy rudely responded by saying that what I see on the website is not guaranteed it is just an advertisement and that corporate is held responsible for updating their inventory/stock on the website if the items are no longer available. my order was not as expected especially for the price that I paid, in response Appy said But, did you get your order?I paid way too much money for the bare minimum arrangements and deflated balloons. Let me also add when I requested a refund initially Appy fixed her lips to tell me that because I received so much money off my order (the 20PICKUP discount) I wont be able to receive a large refund amount and only offered $30 out of my $181+ order. I want a refund! I have spoken with a person at this location as well as tried to contact the owner with no success. I have placed a review on their site to which they have deleted each time which only shows how wrong you truly are!
