DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION *******************************************, Order placed on May 9, 2023, and as of today product still a no show. Called the shop and put on hold for an hour then asked to check delivery status did that and they said delivered. ***, my person didn't receive anything from you all. I placed a second order today not thinking it would be a problem don't know where it is either. I have a confirmation order on the first one W2008730522-1 but didn't receive a confirmation on the second order. I'm thoroughly discussed with your product. I went down to the store today May 15, 2023, doors locked people in the building peaking around the corners. I'm knocking because I see you and three others having the same problem as myself knocking on the door until a man came out and said we are closed but your website says 9am to 5pm. He said he knows about the missed deliveries wouldn't give his name and corporate will be calling us in about a day to give refunds and shut the door again. Unacceptable practices if this is what edible arrangements is about. I now want a refund on both orders and I'm considering putting in a small claim for my time, pain and aggravation. I placed an order on Monday May 8th, for delivery the next day, May 9th. I paid $49.77 for this order and it has YET TO BE DELIVERED! I have called multiple times and no one answers, it forces me to leave a message and promises to return my call. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL SINCE TUESDAY! I attempted to drive to the store giving them the benefit of the doubt to see if they were just backed up, and guess what?! THE STORE DOESNT EXIST! It has been shut down. The address on my order is: *********************************************************** ***** There is no such edible arrangements at this address, it has shut down clearly. I went to a different edible arrangements in the area and they were no help either. They gave me a number to customer service. And it gave me the same run around, everyone is busy assisting other callers please leave a message blah blah blah. And still, no one has bothered to return my calls. I even tried email and got an automatic reply back saying someone would contact me within 48 hours, yep, still waiting! This is ridiculous which is why Im filing this complaint.Initial Complaint

I purchased 3 edible arrangements *****x 3=$ *****. It was 3 boxes for my daughters for Mothers Day. One box was opened & had a buzzing fly in it. I placed an online Mother's Day order for pickup on a specific day and time because that was the only day my mom was in town. The store was in *********. I contacted the store several times in the morning with no answer. It was getting late so I eventually drove there to pick it up. The store was closed for maintenance and had been for several days. I contacted their customer service, which was full of idiots. My money was refunded. But that is not fair. My gift for my mother was ruined and I wasted time and gas driving to the store. I requested a $25 coupon, which they declined. My offer was a very fair offer in my opinion. Completely worthless. I wish they had a competitor so I never had to use them again. Since I had to go this route, I think $50 is fair at this point. This should have been one simple phone call with them fixing their error. But no, they are greedy POSsInitial Complaint

Date of transaction: 12/23/2022 Paid: $148.61 Order: Godiva Bundle - Large ***** ***** Village - Large Godiva Chocolates: Godiva Gold Collection Assorted Chocolates #9 Metal Order number: W1007961203-1 Complaint: after ordering, was told by recipient that they wouldnt accept the gift, called immediately to cancel, was told I would be called back, wasnt called back. Called later that day, was told it was resolved and the manager would call me back. They didnt. Called the next morning and was told it hadnt been cancelled but they were taking care of it and Id get a call back. They didnt. Called the next morning, was told the manager wasnt in, but it looked in their system like it had been cancelled and their manager would call me back. They didnt. It was delivered the following day. Called again across the next few days to figure out the issue and they denied having gotten any calls at all. Tried calling corporate and he sent me back to the store who, once again, insisted they had no record of the calls. Order# W1008616587-1 4/7/23 have a voicemail from Edible Arrangements - ****** ** - "due to shortages, my order has been cancelled and they have NO SUBSTITUTIONS available. Scrambled to send something else to my family for Easter and come to find out (3 days later) that they did indeed deliver something...no notice, no call, no email just went ahead a delved something not even sure what. Called directly...nothing, 3 request via email to their corporate customer service...still no response. Finally called their corporate number after being on the phone with ***** for over 30 min...***** said he did not have the authority to resolve...asked for a supervisor and was ubprutly discounted. 5/1/23 I went in person to Store #**** ****************************************************** and ordered an Edible Arrangement to be delivered to my friend and in the thank you card I added a personal *********** card to her for a carwash and sealed the envelope. I paid and left. I then received a call an hour later from the assistant ******* and she said the owner ******************* opened up my envelope and saw I had a gift card in it and if I don't come to get it he will throw it away. I said I sealed the envelope and where did it say I could not put that in my personal thank you note. She said he said come get it or he will trash it. I went to the store to get my gift card and I would have liked to put a personal note on my arrangement but she said he already left for the delivery. How Creepy is that????? I have never had something like this happen before. He opened a sealed thank you note, demanded I get it or he would throw it away (Never posted anywhere that I couldn't put in my thank you note whatever I wanted), and never let me personalize the arrangement that I spent $147.60 on. Creepy man to be opening up sealed personal thank you notes!!!Business Response

My name is ***, ******, and I am a professional in my community. I am a school teacher, I have my masters degree and I am a volleyball and track coach. My daughter recently graduated from college and chose to move down to ************** to also be a teacher. Her birthday was April 19th, and several months ago I set up an order through edible arrangements. I wanted to have something special delivered to her at her school, ************************* in ***********, **************, where she teaches. About one week before the delivery was to go out I called the store to confirm the order and also to emphasize that this is a school, and she is a teacher, and it was pertinent that this delivery get there before the end of the school day at 3 oclock. The lady that answered the phone assured me it would be there. The address of the edible arrangement is South *********************************************. The date of her birthday came, & The end of the school day came and the delivery never arrived. She received a phone call at 3:25 from the driver saying they were stuck in traffic and of course my daughter had left school, so then the delivery had to be delivered to her condo. She never received this until 430 and I am so disappointed and furious as I really wanted her to get something special at work. This is the first birthday that we havent been together as a family, and the fact that I planned this so far in advance, and I also called the week prior just to confirm to make sure it would be delivered, and it didnt happen, is absolutely disappointing. I want to stress that I tried to call this place 22 different times. I was never able to speak to anybody until right before closing. I spoke with a young man who assured me he would take the message and the manager would call me. The manager never called me. I absolutely want a credit for my order, as this was such a debacle. I ordered a flower and fruit arrangement to be delivered on 3/27/2023. The flowers that were delivered were wilted and dead. The fruit was old and disgusting looking. I have pictures to show. The store manger suggested putting water on the flowers and the treatment packet they come with stated the flowers are fine. They are brown and dried out. The strawberries delivered were old fruit and wilted. They look disgusting I am requesting a full refund for this so no effective resolution can be brought forth .
