      The nature of my dispute is that I placed an order to be delivered on the 16th of March from a location in DC. The amount was $52.86, for a fruit plate and the order number is W0112030378-1. It wasnt delivered to the proper address and I have tried for four days to contact store, left numerous voicemails. I called customer care three different times, and all *** kept saying was he sorry that he couldnt get any one to answer the phone either. He stated to me that he was submitting a request to the store, and sent me an email with a reference number *******. I received very rude customer care. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told he would give me a call back. This has been going on for four days. No one has called me to try to resolve the issue l would like to have the order delivered to the correct address of ******************************************************************* The recipient has not received the delivery. *** states that it was delivered to *******************************************************************. I would like to have my money refunded, or either the fruit tray be delivered to the correct address. I feel that it is bad business when a company cant answer their phone NO time during the day, morning, noon, or evening. They dont respond to voicemails or anything.       Placed an order (W2008311255-1) on Saturday February 18. Approx. 10 min after i realized i had entered the wrong date (Feb 21 instead of Feb 25). Called the store located at *********************************************** ** and no one answered (tried 20+ times). Called Sunday, Monday and Tuesday morning (abt 20x Per day) and again no one answers. Tried the customer service email and left 2 emails (no return email). The product was delivered on Tuesday however, daughter was not at home. I have spoken with customer service now 3x (when they answer the phone) and while promising a resolution have heard nothing in a week. When speaking with them they put me on hold as they tried to call the store - same result. Tired calling Corporate reception today *******************) and like always no one answers. This is the absolute worst **************** ever

      I recently experienced various forms of identity theft in which multiple forms of my personal information was stolen. I also had another issue in which a social media account from another company was hacked that I had for 15 years. In light of those issues there has been multiple reports that my personal information has been used to order Edible Arrangements in order to contact people. I am asking that any accounts created using my information are identified, flagged and deleted. I also would like to know if someone used identifiers from my person or phone to create accounts. My phone model number is MGEQ2LL/A, Serial Number ************, EID is ********************************, IMEI ***************, MEID **************, ICCID ********************. I am also asking that a list of said accounts are provided to me. My name is ************************, my birthdate is 12/21/1990. This has caused a number of issues and I want to know if this is true that things were purchased in my name to contact people and when it occurred.

      ******************* - Order #W2008217704-1 $113.00 Order placed same day delivery Feb 12th. Call received from store staff stating unable to deliver as scheduled. No driver available to go to area. Rescheduled for Monday Feb 13th. Prior to delivery on Feb 13-Recipient had emergency -admitted to hospital. Customer Rescheduled for February 16th. No delivery notification on 16th. No email received. No call received. Prior to closing I placed Call to store, spoke with Manager ******** who stated she did not know why no documentation or notice of delivery if it was made or attempted. Manager could not provide an answer only Suggested that recipient pick up their own gift 45min away even after delivery fee was already paid . No offer of reimbursement. Store attempted delivery on 17th without notification to Recipient before, during or after , to ensure someone was home. Noone was available to collect item.Customer notified via email on February 17 of delivery unsuccessful. No calls were attempted to recipient by store or driver.Call placed by customer to store on February 18 to inquire about delivery. No offer of weekend delivery - I Requested refund and denied. Was told by manager ******** that refund had to be requested to Corporate . Spoke with Corporate who stated they spoke with manager ****** who also denied refund. The store is supposedly going to deliver item. As of Feb 21st Noone from store has contacted me, Item is still not delivered and the Occasion has now obviously passed. Corporate staff stated Store policy is manager can only give refund and was confused as to why the store advised me to follow up with Corporate.Customer requested a refund or store credit from a different location and was denied with no explanation.Very incompetent, unprofessional and purposefully deceitful. Very disappointed with the whole situation. Waste of time and they steal your money. Certified Happiness?! For who? Not the customer or recipient. I want a refund.

      I ordered from Edible Arrangements from *********************************************** location to be delivered on Feb 14th. The 14th came and I was notified that my delivery couldn't be completed cause no one was home. Someone was home at the time but no one came so I called and notify the store and they said they will try again later. Again the samething happened and I had to call and notify the store that no one came again. They said they would try later again but no one came. Feb 15th came and I was notified that my order was delivered but nothing ever came. So I called the store and told them I didn't receive anything and that it was delivered to the wrong address, so they said they would re-deliver it later on. No one ever came later on, on Feb 15th and i was notified they attempted again. Feb 16th I call and notify the store no one has ever came and that I never received my order especially for the specific day I ordered it for so I would like a refund. The manager refused to give me a refund and said she can only re-deliver it or give me store credit. I told her I want a refund because it has been going to the wrong location constantly and it already been days so I want my refund. Later on I called the coperate number and spoke to someone who said they will gladly give me a refund and I will be getting a email to confirm shortly after we hung up the phone. I never received the email and when I call the coperate number again no one answers. Today Feb 17th, I've been on the phone waiting for someone to take me off hold for 3 hours in total and still no answer.

      Details about the transaction: - Date: February 14, 2023 - Order #: W2008268377-1 - Amount: $121.61 - Description of the issue: Ordered a Valentines Day fruit basket and ***** bear for my wife to be delivered within business hours between 8am to 5pm. No one showed up at my wifes job and on calling the business, they committed to redirect the product to our home before 9pm. However a lady showed up at around 11:30pm to deliver the package after we had already put in a cancellation request. We informed her that we had cancelled and required a repayment and she took the product back with her.On calling the store back over about three days we kept getting the response that the manager will get back to us, however, no one has yet. Moreover we havent been offered a refund yet. Please provide any assistance.

      On 2/14/23 I ordered a product through your app to one of your franchises located at **************************************************** to be delivered to a friend. When I was trying to track the order status at the time., it kept saying that the work order number was invalid. To this date, my friend has informed me that it has not been delivered. Now the status on your app says it was delivered, but my friend still says it has not. Im requesting a refund.

      On 2/13/2023 I ordered an item in store (********* store 657) only to be called 2 hours later saying that they will not be able to complete the order. The lady that called said that the refund will be processed automatically. So I drive 35 min to another store and got the item after place the order on the phone (Germantown) better ran business. I tried calling the business for two days several times at different times of the day. No one ever answers the phone. I went up there and the lady said oh we tried to call you to tell you you need to come in the store and we need your card which was not true. I gave the lady my card once again and she said she processed the refund still there is nothing. Yet again the store is not answering the phone and not returning voicemails. Im not understanding how you are a business you take and money, render no services and dont know how to refund customers money.

      I spent ****** on a valentines arrangement for delivery - and it was NOT delivered!!! I called the location for four days in a row, left message after message and could never get anyone to answer or respond. I tried corporate office day after day and tried to get on the website to get a refund. Its been almost a week and I have yet to hear back from anyone in this business. I finally had to drive an hour and 45 minutes to the store location and speak to someone in person. They were very rude and told me I had to wait another 5 days for my refund to hit my card. This is ridiculous and unheard of for customer Service. I have nothing good to say about tbis place - ****** is a lot of money to be treated like this.what a scam!!!!
