My husband ordered The **************** ******* Classic with vase, on February 6th with Edible Arrangements for me for Valentines and we waited till 9 last night. He got a conformation for order received, order number W0110898805-1. He cancled the order at 9:30 because it is was bed time and they already runied the days suprise. He could have made other arrangements if they only had comunicated. Nothing, no cal,l no email, nothing. He called the office and kept getting a recording. Could not talk to a person. I am so very upset my Valentines was reunied. Don't order from them this is bad business. We never had any problems from them before. We live in ******* and this was sent to the store on Union ave. I saw on their social media page that this was happening all over the US. This is bad business. For no comunication to say if they were out of stock or no delivery drivers or whatever it was to not fulfill the order is not good at all. Word of mouth is the best for all business as well as bad business and as of right now on their social media page that is all that is post on it bad business.Initial Complaint

Order:W1008258523-1 I Place an order for 1 12ct box of chocolate covered strawberries $59.99 and 1 box chocolate covered Caramel heart $9.99 on Feb 10, 2023 for pickup Feb 12, 2023. Picked up order Feb 12, 2023 for 2 early valentines gifts. The party that the chocolate covered caramel hearts were for is allergic to strawberries so I thought this was a great gift. When the party opened the box that was suppose to have Caramel hearts has chocolate covered strawberries also. I call edible arrangements on rt 166 in ********** ** and left a message on voice-mail machine. I received a call back about 10 min later In which the customer service ladies did not care what I ordered or that the order was wrong. The lady continued to State that headquarters told them to replace the caramel hearts with chocolate covered strawberries. I told the lady I should have received a call about this substitution, since allergies to strawberries have been called and advised. The customer service lady told me she doesn't care about the allergy problem take it up with corporate. This issue should not have ever happened. Can I please get a refund $9.99 for my caramel hearts I did not receive.Initial Complaint

I placed an order week of 12/23. The order was never prepared and the status never updated. Therefore the recipient never received their gift. Two months have passed and I have not received a refund. The charge is still in dispute. I called corporate headquarters' customer service and the representative was not very helpful when I asked him to forward the complaint to headquarters - he was **** when I asked what the next steps would be in complaint escalation. I ordered $187 arrangement many days in advance for a birthday gift, the store took the money and never delivered. We called and the store were just rude and not understanding in any way it was horrible, we filed complaints with corporate as well as requested a refund with no response or help in any way at all. Based on all of the complaints on here not responded too, its obvious this company has created a license to steal peoples money with zero regard. There is no consequences for them and their fraud that they are committing but the $187 will cost every source possible including sources not yet created to have daily weekly, and monthly negative reviews until this is resolved. I am in contact with PayPal as well since we paid through them. This company has gone too far too long not being held accountable for these actions so without a full refund these reviews will continue on till No end until its resolved.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with the Edible Arrangements store in ************, ** on 2/3/23. My sister in law had to have her fingers amputated and we wanted to send her something to cheer her up when she got home Saturday. By 3 pm (EST) on 2/4/23 I had not gotten an update on my delivery. The website continued to say in route. I called the store and got no answer. I called again on 2/5/23 and again no answer. I tried to reach out to customer service but they could only take a memo and give me a case number. The agent stated he spoke to someone and they said the delivery was in route. I asked how he got someone when I had been calling all day and couldnt reach anyone. Today 2/6/23 I received a call from the Edible arrangements store I ordered from, they said the driver quit and the staff did not show up this weekend. So how did the agent speak to someone when they said no one was there. I again called customer service to ask how could get the order delivered. She said she had to cancel the order and refund it. I feel like they should have sent the order to another store. When I asked the agent what could be done he basically told me nothing I just had to reorder. I asked for a supervisor and he said he couldnt transfer me or give me a number to contact them. So I had to order another and spend more money than previously to ensure it got there today (hopefully)! I am truly disappointed that they would not make it right and send the order. On the 1st of February 2023 (Wednesday) I purchased a BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION BUNDLE with Assorted Baked Desserts made with Twix for the same day delivery. I payed and waited, and it was never delivered, I called and was put on hold the next day for almost 2 hours, and I was told that it was going to be delivered that day which would be the 2nd of February the person I was speaking to assured me that it was going to be delivered before 6pm of the 2nd of February. Nothing came no notification. No emails no phone calls. It has been 5 days and I get no response I left messages over the phone I was very polite and yet I get nothing. At this point I was already asking for a refund. Im very disappointed, and very upset. This order was suppose to be delivered on the first of February for my dads birthday, I was not able to visit him because I am stationed far away from my dads house. I want my immediate refund and edible arrangements especially the one on ******* ** STORE NUMBER 621 - - *************************************************************. I ordered an arrangement on 12/30/22 for same day delivery order# w0110177790-1 . The occasion was for after funeral service. As it was getting late and the website was not giving me any info I made about 4 attempts to reach the store to no avail. No one was answering and the last call I made recording said they were close. I left a message requesting a call back. The next day again made several attempts to reach some since no one had called me back and again the store was not answering. Finally around 3 in the afternoon a lady answered and after I explained she advised that someone was suppose to call me to let me know that most of the fruit that was on the platter I ordered was not available. Needless to say I was very disappointed. She said she could make a platter but it would look nothing like what I ordered. I advised her that was unacceptable as I had paid $167 and I was not going to pay that amount for something I had not seen thus I requested a refund she proceeded to refund me however I was only refunded $149.09 of the $167.06 that i paid. She claims that she was unable to override the order so she couldnt give me a full credit and told me to call the corporate office which I did. Corporate office advised they dont give credits and the store should have done so. They proceeded to call the store however they were unable to get through. They advised they would take my complaint and I would get a call back within 24 hours, yet here we are 9 days later still no call back and I am still due a refund of $17.97Initial Complaint

I ordered a rainbow and butterflies platter for a new years party. I picked up the platter and drove to my destination. I opened up the platter and it was in no way presented as the picture shown on the website. The strawberries were all smooshed together, not color-coded, chocolate on ***** leaves, and some of berries chocolate coding was crushed. I called the store back and sent pictures. They offered me a refund if I bought back the platter but I could not return back to the store because I was no longer in the area. They offered to give me a platter with smaller strawberries since they no longer had large strawberries however, that would not work since this platter was meant for a large company party and still, I was not in the area. The assistant manager would not give me a refund nor did she offer me store credit. I ended up not being able to display the rainbow and butterflies platter because it was in disarray. on 12/11/2022 I issued an order to be delivered on 12/24/2022 (order# W1007846294-1) On 12/27 this store called the recipient to tell them the order would be late and not delivered until 12/28, 12/29 or 12/30.This was an order I issued for a party platter - specifically for a party on 12/24....the recipient waited on all 3 days for this order. At no time did the store call me. The store never even told her that the order was from me, because she would have advised me at that point and I would have canceled it. The order was never delivered and I found out it was refunded when I went on the site. Not even an apology from the store. I filed a complaint with corporate on 12/26 (case# *******) and was advised someone would call me within 48 hours, I never got a call. on 1/3/2023 I called the ***** store and was told that there were many missed orders and the manager wanted me to realize that it was the holidays. Well no kidding, I know it was the holidays, that's why i ordered the platter. No apology, no offer of any kind to appease me or the recipient who waited 3 days for a platter that was never coming.I am requesting your help in getting my complaint addressed and acknowledged with some type of compensation - even if that compensation is a simple apology to the recipient thank you for your help *******************************
