Please please! I ordered a gift to be sent to the hospital for a friend with cancer and I monitored my order all day and it only updated to being crafted. I called to check on it and was advised they delivered it and the guy sent me a picture to prove it was delivered to the hospital. My instructions stated to drop it at the front desk. The delivery guy took a picture of it and walked out of the hospital with the edible arrangement. **************** has this on tape and is willing to show it. Online it still stated that it was only being crafted so I had no way to know when to expect it. So the representative at edible arrangement apologized and said he would throw me something in complementary and deliver the next day. So today is the next day. I was told I would get a call back and no one called me back. So I called again and they said it out the blue the owner attempted to deliver it without me knowing. This was so stressful because again I wasn't notified anything. So I just called and request my money back or I would pick it up and the owner ***** ******** cursed me out and didn't let me get a word in. She said that I am playing games and she will give me a **** and hung up in my face I'm so lost to what I did wrong but I'm so hurt over how she just screamed and cursed at me. She cursed me completely out for no reason. I am a long time customer of ********************************************* and I plan to tell everyone and how I was treated. I will never stop telling everyone how I was treated. I'm extremely hurt. The website reviews for this location are awful I never thought to read them until now. I recently purchased a valentines gift from edible arrangement to be delivered on Feb 14th. The company charges extra for valentines day delivery, but the gift didn't make it Feb 16th. After an online complaint the company called me feb 15th to ask if i wanted it to be delivered or cancelled. I told the company no, don't do either until I talk to a manager. The employee said the manager would not be in til Monday. I tried calling Monday and never got an answer. I would like either a refund fo the extra shipping or a refund of the product since it was not delivered on valentines day.Initial Complaint

I have been trying for the past 3 days to send an Edible Arrangements to a friend in ********* at *** code *****. Each time I enter this *** code it DOES NOT give me an option to select a store. It goes straight to the addon's page. I called the corporate number after my order was sent to a store in *************. That's store refunded my money and said that he doesn't know why that keeps happening (implying I wasn't the first one this has happened too). He gave me the corporate number to call. After speaking to someone in corporate, they told me to select *****! That's also not an option online. So they clearly did know what they were talking about. Then puts me on hold and says there is an issue online and IT is working on it. Next I called the closest store to my friends address and they had the same issue, it went to the store in *************. They told me after being on hold that someone just called with the same issue. And to try another ** store in the ***** In the end o email twice including a picture of the *** code and the Massachusetts store 3 says later no response. I also tried different ********* *** codes and the same thing happened, where I can't select a store. I would like a response as to why people are having issues placing orders online to the ********* area and not others. I tried my husband's work *** code in ******** and it worked fine. I ordered a *********** Day arrangement on 2/13/2025 at 9:00 in the morning in the amount of $161.32 to be delivered on 2/14/2025. I requested that it be delivered before 2:00 PM as the recipient is a teacher and leaves school around 2:15 PM. It is now 4:42 PM and the arrangement still hasn't been made much less delivered. On February 6, 2025 I attempted to place an order with free delivery, if I placed the order by midnight. I placed an order online and once I attempted to finalize the order I noticed there was a delivery charge. I did not place the order due to the fraudulent delivery charge. This type of charge happens on a regular basis with this company. Additionally with this order, as well as other orders, I have not been about to use my rewards. Again, this is a reoccurring issue. I CANNOT find a phone number to discuss any issues. Sadly, I feel this company purposely hides actual cost and fraudulently makes it impossible to address these issues.Initial Complaint

W1010632669-1 Delivered 12/10/2024 I ordered a red velvet cake. The details states it is one size. I spoke with the store directly as well. The picture is Very misleading ! I was so Embarrassed at how small it was. I should have been told it was only big enough for 2 people . The cake was for my Son-in-law , my daughter and 5 children... I paid good money... On December 2, I signed up with my email address to receive a 15% discount that they advertised on my first pick up order from edible arrangements. I received a confirmation email with the code for the 15% discount, only indicating that it was for a pick up order. No otherrestrictions were given. I tried numerous times to place my order online, and it would not accept the discount. I got in my car and made a separate trip to their store where I asked them to place that order for me with the discount and they said they were not able to either. I was pressed for time so I placed the order anyway at full price and I sent a complaint through the confirmation email I received, back to the corporate headquarters. They had someone from the store call me. She was very kind, but I explained I understand it was not her problem. It was a deception that came from corporate. She said she understood and has had many complaints about this. But she cannot do anything. This deception should be investigated and stopped.Very poor business practices!
