      I ordered an arrangement that cost me over $200.00 dollars for a large gathering after a funeral. First the arrangement was delivered a few blocks away and secondly, the arrangement was only half the size and the wrong fruits. I tried to contact Edible Arrangements but could not reach them, so I figured to would come here to file a complaint and try to have BBB look into this company. But after getting bumped into just a "customer review" site, it looks like they won't do anything about this company also. Stay clear from this company!! They rip people off.i

      Horrible!!! Paid for delivery 3-4 days ahead of the delivery date and paid significantly so it could be delivered. It was not delivered and then told it could not be delivered for another week. Even though I received confirmation of the order and the website continued to advertise next day delivery, it was all false advertising. I will never order from or buy anything from this business again.

      I am utterly disgusted by the abysmal service provided by Editable Arrangements ********* *******. I placed an order on Friday evening for two orders of birthday strawberries and birthday cheesecake with a customized card, specifying that the delivery needed to be made before 5 PM. Not only was the delivery egregiously late, arriving at 8:00 PM, but to add insult to injury, a staggering 3/4 of the order was missing!The sheer lack of communication is unforgivable. Despite my proactive effort to call in the morning to ensure the timely delivery for my husband's birthday, Editable Arrangements failed miserably. It is beyond comprehension how a company can be so negligent and incompetent in fulfilling a simple order.Celebrating a special occasion was marred by this disastrous experience, as my husband's birthday surprise was tarnished by the late delivery and missing items. Editable Arrangements has showcased a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and professionalism.I am utterly disappointed and appalled by this deplorable service. Editable Arrangements, you have failed miserably in meeting even the most basic expectations of a customer. I strongly advise against patronizing this company, as they have proven themselves to be unreliable, uncommunicative, and utterly incompetent.

      Edible Arrangements in ***********, ** is NOT a good place to place an order! I placed an order for my friend who's Aunt passed away on February 15, ****. I received a text notification saying it was Delivered Successfully. However, not only did my friend NOT receive her arrangement but she never received a called to see if she was home. Additionally, she has a Ring camera and no delivery was captured on film. I have been calling the ***********, ** store several times a day since last Thursday and every time I am told..."Let me look into this and we will call you back." They never call back and this includes both employees and the manager. I want my account to be credited for a delivery that was never made. I also was informed that they use Door Dash to make their deliveries and not even their own employees. I have requested proof of delivery and they can't provide it because clearly the delivery was never made. I am beyond angry at the complete lack of customer service and have received nothing but a runaround in trying to resolve this matter. I will never order from any edible arrangements locations again. Please do what you can to assist with this matter.Thank you,***********************

      Valentine's *** missed delivery.My Husband placed my Valentine's *** order on 2/9/24 in the amount of $201.29. My order was never delivered! My Husband kept calling and emailing and no response. This ruined my Valentine's *** and we have been asking for a refund and haven't received it yet. My husband had to spend an additional $154.96 for a small arrangement at a different flower shop to try and make up for the ruined day. We are very disappointed with your services.Claimed loss: $201.29 plus $154.96 = Total $356.25 Desired outcome: Refund the amount of $356.25 immediately.

      VERY disappointed in this company-all the way around- I placed an order the day before Valentines Day online for a VDay delivery without any issues. Payment was taken without issue. I HAVE YET TO HAVE THE **** DELIVERED, I jhave left numerous phone messages (as you cant reach a person AT ANY OF THE EDIBLE STORES). I have even called the corporate office with no luck. No one has reached out to the receipient and no one has reached out to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It's a scam.

      Unreliable, doesnt answer phones, online misrepresentation. This is the third time I have ordered online from one of their stores on a non holiday, a day in advance and the order was not delivered. Appears to be systemwide deception and poor service with no accountability.They do not answer phones nor return calls.

      Horrible service, did not deliver nor did they answer any messages or deliver anything. They clos** at 5 but they advertise they close at 7. Call ** multiple times left voice-mails even came to the store. They clos** at 5 and the hours state they close at 7. My mothers in laws gift was not deliver** on her birthday. Read a lot of comments after I plac** the order. They just stole *****

      i brought blooming hearts with red mug with extra love. i didn't get the red mug for valentine **** instead.they give a tin can cause they ran out of the mugs. i spent ***** on a tin can. its not fair. and i will never buy anything from. edible arrangements. and i will tell other people about. how this company works. ******************.

      ************ ordered an edible arrangement a week ahead of time and it was delivered on the agreed upon date. The store on ****************, ************* did nothing to resolve the issue. When asked to cancel my order, they did not meet my request. They provided bogus stories and ***** numbers to have me go away. Poor customer services.
