      EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS ON 34th STREET I order a Valentines Day fruit platter on Jan 31st for Valentines Day delivery. This store is 15 min from the delivery address.Store FORGOT/ LOST the order and did not deliver. I tried calling the store ALL day on Valentines day looking for delivery update. No one answered the phone.At 10pm Valentines night I get a UBER text message that they were on there way to deliver. They were 17 min away. I then get a text from the Uber that the delivery could not be completed!I tried calling the Edible **************** # with no luck of anyone answering either. I sent a message which was replied to: I was issued a full refund for the error. No remorse for NOT sending and ruining my Valentines Day gift for my family. I finally got thru to the store and spoke to a EXTREMELY NASTY person who said she was the manager. Said things happen. When I asked her name, she purposely hung up the phone on me. I cannot get thru to anyone at that store again.I wish I didnt live out of state, or my A** would of been at that store 5 min after that Bi*** hung up on me!

      I ordered an edible arrangement and flowers around 1/29/2024 for delivery on 2/15/2024 for my girlfriend, on valentine **** I had everything for delivery to her job. I will say its my fault for putting in the wrong email, so I couldn't get my tracking number, BUT as of right now my girlfriend still has not gotten a single thing. (date of 2/16/24) What is worse is that when I had tried to call them, I get a busy line, and it stayed that way until the voice machine (that tells you to leave your name and number) automatically came on... I tried to use the tracking extension line and somehow that was down too... It would send me to ether back to the customer service hold line, which still ended up sending me to voicemail, or sometime it would just hang up on me. Needless to say that I tried and did all this calling and left them a call back number a little after 3:30pm and base on online they close at 7pm.....

      My husband ordered an arrangement for our anniversary. He kept texting to see if I got a surprise yet. The day ended and when I got in the car he asked with excitement if I had received it, I said no. He stated he had been trying to reach them all afternoon and no one would pick up the phone. We had them scheduled for delivery at work and they blew us off twice. Do NOT count on getting your purchase delivered, have a plan B. Now we are fighting to my husbands money back.

      Never reliable for delivery window... fooled me too many times, this time on Valentines day. Ordered in advance, it is now 5:38pm on Valentines day and still no delivery...

      I ordered an edible arrangement on 1/22/2024 for delivery on 1/24/2024 for my girlfriend birthday. I ordered from the ***** ******* store and for some reason the woman I talked to transferred the order to the ********** ******* store on Court St. I explained that this was my girlfriends workplace and that she leaves at 5:00pm and she assured me it would not be a problem. On the 24th I had not heard from my girlfriend and it was approximately 3:00pm so I called the ***** store and she said it was set for delivery at 12:30pm, I said it was 3:00 she replied it should be there any minute, I was ok with that. At 4:30pm I received a text message saying an Uber was going to deliver my arraignment and estimated time of delivery was 5:00pm. Of course I'm not a happy camper at this point, so I called the ********** store and the woman that answered ( I did not get her name) had to be the owner or manager because the way she talked to me no employee would EVER talk to a customer like that! I said I specifically mentioned that the arrangement had to be there before 5:00pm because it was a business and everyone leaves at 5:00Ppm and she replied that no one told her when the ticket specifically had the business name on it. I told her to cancel the order that if it gets there at 5:00pm no one will be able to enjoy it they all leave at 5:00pm, she said do you want us to deliver it tomorrow I said NO today's her birthday not tomorrow!!!!! CANCEL MY ORDER!!!!!! As of today 2/6/2024 I still have not received a refund on my credit card! I will never use Edible Arrangements again!!! Luckily I also had flowers delivered for my girlfriends birthday which were delivered on time.

      I have patronized edible arrangements over the years and this has been the worst customer experience Ive ever received in life I contacted edible arrangement in ********* *******, and spoke with someone by the name of *****, who was unwilling to hear my frustrations, and who totally took the side of the delivery driver, leaving my merchandise, which was perishable it was fruit, a fruit tray on the doormat of a front porch I would like for this place of business to apologize and totally refund my money because of their poor customer service, and I would like to also take them to the fullest extent in this matter

      ******* arrived dead to my Aunt in the hospital. The company misleads you with a photo of the bouquet in a vase. Which isnt included ( must read FINE ) misleading print. Plus Im guessing in the ( fine misleading print) they can randomly substitute the flowers! Which they did!!!!! They send a dead white random bouquet ! This is disturbing on every level and I called and they only refunded me the delivery fee of ****!!!!

      On Dec. 13th I ordered online a $139.00 to family for Christmas. I was promised a delivery date of Dec. 22nd!!!! The order was NEVER delivered. The ************ Franchise scammed me- they do not answer the phone. They do not respond to emails. They took my money easily. I will NEVER EVER use Edible Arrangments -shame on them at Christmas time- or anytime- for being such horrible thieves.

      I had placed an order for an arrangement to be delivered on Dec 19th, I placed the order 2 weeks earlier. The local store (**************. ************ **.) They did not try to deliver until almost 8PM. Which I had requested an early afternoon delivery. Called the store 20 times, no answer. Called their corporate, they play games and NEVER properly place a complaint on the store, the corporate never calls people back. Agents are all from ***** and NEVER escalate the complaint. The customer care line is just a scam, so the store cannot get negative reviews. They told me 3 times that the store cannot deliver because they are too busy, I asked for a refund and they refused saying I had to wait 1 week. This was already 1 week of missed delivery, I had to call my credit card company to report it as a fraudulent charge. Told them I would report to BBB, the customer care guy said, they dont care and that no one reads those reports anyway. He said that the company does not care about negative reviews or my bad experience.

      I think this business is one of the most unprofessional I have seen in years! They had no problem taking my money but couldnt provide the service. Shame on them! Couldnt get to talk to anyone. I sent emails with no response. Voicemails with no response! A true **************** disappointment!
