      I placed an order for a birthday gift to be delivered to my lady and the gift was never delivered. Edible Arrangement used to be a trustworthy company but not any more. It is difficult to trust a company to make a simple delivery especially when the delivery place is less than a mile form where the gift was to be delivered. The one thing you can trust is they will take your money but not deliver the gift, at least not when promised. I was never offered an apology but I have requested a refund.

      Silly me, I have placed orders from Edible Arrangements going far back as ****, the past couple of orders the complaint has come from the recipient's. The fruit was nicely placed but tainted. Either not sweet, " you can clearly taste it was going bad". Started to **** later that day. After spending and patronizing hundreds of dollars I was given a $10 credit. Silly me, this will be the very last I EVER order from Edible Arrangements. I will not recommend this place thy o anyone else

      Your customer care *****. *** is very disrespectful, almost laughing at my complaint. I am embarrassed to say I used your company or ever recommended to others. How dare you charge $140.00 for a product that was never delivered. I was a customer for over 15 years, never again. Especially since I was told that I would be refunded then it never happened

      I ordered something for my mom and dad for their 60th wedding anniversary off of the website. My parents live in *********** ********* so they sent the order to the *********** branch. They did not send what they what I ordered nor did it arrive on time and I had ordered it two weeks in advance. They substituted things that were way less quality and I was totally disappointed and I believe my mother was too

      I am highly concerned about the coffee that I received from the *********, MD store, it was roasted on 02/04/22 (approaching two years roasted) and the red and pink mug covered in hearts was the option the store chose for a sympathy gift. I went to the store and asked about the date on the coffee, I was told the coffee was still good and this is what corporate sends to their store. Also, I explained to the manager that the mug was not appropriate for a sympathy gift.I contacted customer service and I was told that the store uses what they have on hand. My question to the rep was, ***** you send a Fathers Day card to your mother for her birthday or would you give your grieving colleague a happy birthday card if that was the only card you had on hand? Well, I received a Valentines Day mug in my sympathy gift because that was all that they had on hand and the mug did not resemble or come close to what was pictured. The store manager told the customer service rep that the roasted coffee will last three years. So, I asked the **** ***** you go in the grocery store and buy an item dated 2022? Obviously, Edible Arrangements resolution process has not been perfected. Chick-fil-A refunded my total amount when they forgot an item on my order. It was made clear to the customer service representative that would I give them the opportunity to correct the matter or they can refund 50% of my total invoice. However, I keep receiving the same excuses about the coffee and the mug. Overall, it was a poor execution of a $105 sympathy gift and trying to get a response is extracting too much time and energy from my day. I entrusted Edible Arrangements to execute the vision and my expression of sympathy for my grieving neighbor who is mourning the loss of her mother.To date, I have not received a resolution from the ********* Store (***************************************************************) or customer service.       I ordered a new baby gift assortment. It was supposed to be chocolate covered strawberries and a bouquet of flowers. The store putting the order together called to tell me they had no flowers so would substitute with cheese cakes. Fine. Now, nearly two weeks later, this order is still out for delivery. I have probably called customer service about 20 times, but only got through to a human on the last two attempts. I was told that even though I paid for the order via credit card, my refund would be sent to me via cheque and take up to 10 weeks. Are you kidding me? I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company.My advice is to go with a reputable service and not waste your time or money with these snakes.

      This has been the worst experience I've ever had with Edible Arrangements. I put in an order, and no one never showed up. I received an email stating that we missed you and that someone would call to reschedule, no one ever called. I call in the morning and told them that no one every showed up or call me. They said we will send your order out today. I stayed home all day waiting for the order, it arrived at 6:30pm. They don't give you an estimated time of when it will arrive. So, I open my package, the pineapple I could not eat, it was hard and tasteless. The grapes, apples, and strawberries were very sour. The strawberries that were covered with chocolate was sweet but tasted like they were about to expire. It looks presentable and the chocolate was good. That was about it. The absolute worst experience ever and a waste of my money.

      I paid $75.32 to Edible Arrangements ****** ***** and the address and delivery time were confirmed. The fruit platter was never delivered. Im still trying to get a refund for the item that was never delivered.

      I placed an order for a birthday delivery, on Wednesday. The order process was successful and their website had no problem locating the delivery destination. When the day had passed I did not get confirmation the order was delivered. I received a text to call them. I called their location and they said they could not find the destination and will try again tomorrow. Thursday passed and no delivery confirmation. I called them on Friday to see what happened. They said they tried to deliver the item but nobody was home. Fair enough. I asked for a refund since at this point we are trying to deliver a 2 day old birthday gift of perishable goods (could be longer at this point). Edible Arrangements refused my request for a refund advising they will not offer a refund because the order and delivery attempt was made. I think Edible Arrangements needs to be more flexible, especially when in the end they are not holding up their end of the bargain. I will never be doing business with them again and I strongly warn anyone who does, it is more hassle then you may realize.
