I am not liable for this debt with lendmark financial. I stated that they needed to come and pick up the car for voluntary repossession. Before they ever charged me a late fee because the car that I was so had engine problems and I could not get it fixed. They sold me a car that had major problems all throughout the vehicle. I pay them close to $$10,000 maybe more and I spent more than that trying to get the car fixed. They restarted a contract for me and started my payments all over again and made it to where I owe them more for the vehicle then when I started paying the vehicle off. The vehicle broke down on me for the last time they stated that they would not come pick the vehicle up from where it was and it got towed.

I have 2 loans through Lendmark Financial. At some point I was not informed that both my loans were transferred to another branch of Lendmark. When they did that my app that I make payments on would no longer take payments. I called customer service to fix the app they informed me they tried several times and could not. I was told you will have to call in your payment every month to the branch specifically that holds your loans. I had issues with that branch harassing me about payments so I asked to transfer my loans to a different branch. I was told only way was to file a complaint but no one has been able to tell me how to do that. I am now trying to pay in full one of the loans and I am told it can't be done with the ***** number i have been using. I can only pay by phone at the branch I have issues with or mail a money order in to make my final payment which is due in 2 days. Every time I call I get accidentally hung up on at least twice and no one has been able to transfer my loans to another branch. So I have to jump through hoops to make my final payment or talk to people that have already been harassing with calls. I have sent a email to the info email on Lendmark also with no response to try to fix the issue. I just want to be able to conveniently make payments again without having to jump through hoops since I wasn't even told about the first transfer so I don't see why its so difficult to transfer it to a branch with actual customer service skills or fix the app on my account.
