My order was initiated on 8/11/2023 after speaking with a rep in person at an event this business had participated at as a vendor. The order was paid in full the following day and I was informed the current turnaround time for the process would be about 30 business days. Throughout the first 30 days I did receive email communications stating the progress of my order. On 9/19/2023 I received an email stating my order would be completed any day now. I did not hear from the business for two weeks after that and I decided to reach out. I was informed by email that due to a recent surge in demand there is a temporary backlog of orders. The last communication I received was on 10/18/2023 still noting a backlog and the need for extra time. At this point I don't have faith that my order will be delivered as expected and I would like a resolution from this business soon.Initial Complaint

Just like the rest of these complaints I ordered my grill back in April ($700) and still havent gotten my grill. Then they said I filled out a form stating that theres no refunds allowed and I asked to produce the document claim I signed and have yet to because I never signed anything. Every month they give me a false date. They keep saying the cant give me a refund because they CAN complete my order so a refund is not an option but its obvious they havent event started it. And the fact they dont tell you theyve been back up since last year on orders is ridiculous. Unless you some type of celebrity, you not seeing your grill no time soon. Then had the audacity to offer expedited service. Glad I aint fall for everything they was selling. And this aint even to knock the business or anything but yall will take folks money and not tell them anything about how backed up yall are. Its messed up. And I think they blocked me on their email cause I tried to respond and now it dont work anymore.Initial Complaint

The problems I have with the company is that I payed $969.08 to have a grill made back in January. I was told that the grill would be done in two to four weeks but now it is October and after months of initiating all of the communication, I am still without a grill or a refund. I just would like my money back at this point due to asking several months, being local to the area if there were any issues, and for the terrible customer service. They have rushed projects for celebrities to be done within the weekend but my grill still not being done at this rate is saddening and disheartening. I payed 288 for a set of two gold teeth, I never got them. First the communication was nonexistent until I started posting to social media about it. Then I got an email saying it was 3/4ths of the way done after about a month. Ive been requesting a refund with no direct answer. What little communication there is, is a runaround. Text to tell you they will email you to tell you they will call you. The last email I received said that I will be getting my order NEXT YEAR? For two teeth? I paid in full 3,7444.86 on May 12, 2023. I was told a 30 day turn around period. When the time came and went the next month rolled around and I was told I was on step 3 out of 4 and that my item was on the way. Nothing happens. The next month of august rolls over and I get a phone call saying my item would be done at the end of the month and still no evidence or no product is done. Im confused on how they just choose to take peoples money in such a way . No comment no replies nothing . All they are going to say is that a product like this takes time and it is on the way but it is not on the way . I dont want a refund I just want my product. I purchased a grill from this business in April of this year(2023). I have not received my purchase yet. With it being so many months of waiting and not getting an exact update on where my purchase is, I requested a refund. I was told a refund was not possible. A major lack of communication has brought me here because even with going in store for an answer/ resolution, I still have nothing. I have proof of purchase and proof of me reaching out and going unanswered. I am very dissatisfied with the business and no longer want the purchase after waiting patiently and being ignored for 6 monmonths.Please help solve this issue.
